"Our stay at Feliz Hotel Boracay was generally pleasant. The hotel itself is nice, and the front desk and overall service were good and accommodating.
However, I was deeply disappointed with how our concern was handled by the housekeeping management.
We checked out of Room 318 on January 7, 2026 around 11:30 AM. Unfortunately, I accidentally left an ampao wallet with cash on the table, medication in the bathroom, and some personal face essentials on top of the TV.
We returned to the hotel around 6:30–7:00 PM for a room transfer and were assigned to Room 308. At around 2:00 AM, I remembered what I had left behind and immediately reported it to the front desk.
The following morning, I was informed that nothing at all was found — not even the medication.
I could understand if the items were mistakenly thrown away, but being told that absolutely nothing was seen is extremely frustrating. What made this even more disappointing was the feeling that our concern was not being taken seriously, as if our integrity as guests was being questioned.
The hotel and its services are good, but the way this situation was handled by housekeeping management needs serious improvement. Lost-and-found cases should be treated with more accountability, sensitivity, and respect for guests.
I truly hope management reviews this incident so that no other guest has to experience the same frustration and disappointment."
