The location is quiet and good. Tourist attractions need to be walked for about 20 minutes, overall within acceptable limits. As for the rooms, they are clean enough. Service is in very good condition. The bathroom needs to fix the brightness a bit. Hope to have the opportunity to use the service next time.

由於暑假，房間緊張，沒訂到看江景的房間，有點小遺憾。幸虧酒店的位置很好，就在沱江邊上，到虹橋五分鐘左右就到了，酒店提供免費的車位，還能幫忙停車，前台小姐姐很好，酒店設施一應俱全。酒店還能代買景點的門票，還有優惠，想到鳳凰的姐妹們可以沖！

Hotel location is very convenient, it's opposite the entrance of fenghuang ancient city. I went during winter, the weather is too cold till the warmer in the room doesn't works on the first night, the hotel is so-so, but the service is amazing. The hotel staff helped me to move the bed right under the warmer in the middle of the night and because they doesn't have a lift, they actually helped me to carry my heavy luggage 3 levels up and down. Glad the hotel hired good workers.

I arrived late in the local area and checked in at 7:30pm. It was extremely hard to find the place, and it's not very obvious. Upon my arrival, the boss said, ”Because you are from abroad, it was difficult to contact you. We normally go and pick you up. ” The reception/ check-in area stank of cigarettes and felt so uncomfortable being in a confined area. The owner took me to my room, which was the biggest he said. It smelled musky/damp, but the bed was soft and comfortable. Since I was only staying for 2 nights. The second night, the card key didn't work. Texted the owner, and he said it needs to be checked in every day, which he didn't mention. Luckily, I left my window open during the afternoon and managed to open the door from the side. There is a mini fridge, but it makes a lot of noises, so I have to unplug it. The bathtub was really nice. Breakfast is good, a bowl of hot noodle soup, hot fresh soya milk. .

The owner is very helpful & supportive. He helped us carrying two luggage stepping up , equivalent to 3 floors level, to hotel and also do the same in the next morning when we checked out and accompanied us the taxi stand. The room is big & quiet including bathtub

The location of the hotel is nice, it’s close to everything but not quite in the midst of all the loud bars and restaurants. The rooms themselves were fine, although the walls were a bit dirty, and much of the tile could have used more caulking. The entire counter of our sink moved if bumped. Also, there was something not quite right with our shower head. However, the bed was comfortable and you can’t just beat the view from the balcony. The owner was helpful when I took the initiative to add them on wechat as well. They gave us recommendations for food and advised us on where to do the river boat ride. Overall, a fine place to stay for a night in Fenghuang.

The hotel lady was super accommodating, she met us half way and took us to her hotel. And she was super helpful with what to visit and what to see. We had a wonderful time! The room was cute and clean.

Очень грязный пол. Войдя в комнату, ноги начали прилипать к полу, поэтому вынуждена была сама помыть пол полотенцем. Ванна была грязная. Ходя по полу босыми ногами, наступила на острый осколок стекла. Хорошо, что этот осколок не впился в ногу. Я послала фото осколка администратору, а при отъезде из отеля, оставила ему этот осколок на столе в качестве подарка. Мне ОЧЕНЬ повезло, что этот осколок не вошел в ступню, так как он был тонкий и острый, как игла. При заезде в отель дегустация чая нам не была предложена. Мне выдали упаковки чая после напоминания. Я хотела съездить на экскурсию в деревню Мяо, которая предоставляется при заезде в отель, но получила отказ. Потому что надо бронировать места за сутки. Я сказала, что специально останусь ещё на сутки, чтобы съездить на экскурсию, но всё равно отказали. Я жила там 2 суток, но на экскурсию не попала. Я могла остаться ещё на третьи сутки, но мне надоело выяснять отношения с администратором. Большое спасибо администратору, что встретил нас возле автобуса и довёл до отеля. Местоположение отеля очень удобное. Прямо посередине реки, рядом с мостом. Солнце светит в окна с самого утра.

Great location in the middle of the old town. Room's balcony overlooking the river. A little tricky to get to the hostel from the taxi drop off particularly if you have heavy luggage. Good thing the owner met us and guided us to the hostel.
