Очень грязный пол. Войдя в комнату, ноги начали прилипать к полу, поэтому вынуждена была сама помыть пол полотенцем. Ванна была грязная. Ходя по полу босыми ногами, наступила на острый осколок стекла. Хорошо, что этот осколок не впился в ногу. Я послала фото осколка администратору, а при отъезде из отеля, оставила ему этот осколок на столе в качестве подарка. Мне ОЧЕНЬ повезло, что этот осколок не вошел в ступню, так как он был тонкий и острый, как игла. При заезде в отель дегустация чая нам не была предложена. Мне выдали упаковки чая после напоминания. Я хотела съездить на экскурсию в деревню Мяо, которая предоставляется при заезде в отель, но получила отказ. Потому что надо бронировать места за сутки. Я сказала, что специально останусь ещё на сутки, чтобы съездить на экскурсию, но всё равно отказали. Я жила там 2 суток, но на экскурсию не попала. Я могла остаться ещё на третьи сутки, но мне надоело выяснять отношения с администратором. Большое спасибо администратору, что встретил нас возле автобуса и довёл до отеля. Местоположение отеля очень удобное. Прямо посередине реки, рядом с мостом. Солнце светит в окна с самого утра.

昨天入住的，必須給個好評！剛到鳳凰古城，在平台上找了下酒店，下單後，前台立即聯繫了我們，還給我們講解了鳳凰古城遊玩攻略，問了好多問題，前台小姐姐都很耐心給我們解答。大致描述一下酒店情況：新開的酒店，在鳳凰古城下游邊上，步行到江邊大概五分鐘，停車也方便，酒店後山上有温泉，但我們行程太趕，來不及泡，下次來了一定去體驗！房間裝修風格簡約大氣，還有智能小度，第一次入住這種智能語音控制酒店，新奇，玩了好久“小度小度”，哈哈哈哈哈，衣服臟了拿去洗，第一次用智控洗衣機，還是打電話給前台後台給我們啟動的，打了好幾個電話給前台，我都不好意思了，為前台小姐姐的耐心點贊！！！

來鳳凰之前🐦🔥就攻略了很久也思考了很久，終於來到這一家心心念唸的久野劃重點做筆記_zui喜歡的就是是🈵️🈵️設計感的度假風格 🏠但每個房間都有不同的設計，純白為主的北歐風格_浪漫又小眾的感覺很出片對旅行的我們來説觀景也是很不錯👍 民宿在半山，hin出片而且就是喜歡這種登頂的感覺，呆一整天都很舒服，空氣贊贊噠❤️就是天然的氧吧。三樓露台觀景特別舒服👍感覺整個沱江都是我的哈哈哈。四樓是一個超大的露台花園，很多打卡點。感覺可以發很多組照片存起來慢慢欣賞哈哈哈。這家絕絕子❤️寶子們沖呀🦆

RRainyeengloThe hotel is close to the Fog bridge in the Fenghuang ancient city. My room has the river view and two balconies, which is excellent for night view of the city. The room is spacious enough for four adults, but needs to share for one bathroom. The breakfast buffet only offered a simple Chinese breakfast with limited varieties. The hotel room was quiet at night time. The staff were friendly and helpful the whole time. The restaurant was excellent and offered authentic Hunan style food. Overall, this hotel experience was excellent.

Only cons were that scheduling a taxi to the train wasn’t too possible with the desk service so we had to go to look for one in the street, and gym was very cold and not much in it. But nothing major, we would stay there again for sure if we came back.

YYehYehYeh葉子We had the best service of our trip at this hotel- they truly go beyond and above. It was only a 15min Didi from the train station, also the bus shuttle from HSR to the city is right in front of the hotel. The location is perfectly situated at one side of the main bridge, but a nice 5min stroll away such that you are away from the noise on the main ***** (in front of the river). Also, no mosquitoes. We initially booked a riverfront hotel but I am SO glad that we changed to this hotel after actually walking the whole tourist ***** on foot. Legit the cobblestones near the river are terrible, and cars can’t get in so it’d have been a nightmare. Next, Xiao Dai （小代） who helped us and the manager were all so sweet. 小代answered all our WeChat questions extremely promptly (literally 1-2mins), and when we asked about the free laundry self use machine onsite, she offered to have us leave it in our room and do it for us so we could go out and explore. I thought this was truly above and beyond- she picked the clothes up from our room, washed them (separately as well for colours and whites), hung them and sent us a photo, dried them and returned them to us folded and freshly laundered. We were simply floored by this level of service. They are so so so kind and I can’t recommend this hotel enough for their kindness and eagerness to ensure your comfort during your stay. We stayed on the 7th floor in a suite and it was very comfortable- the bed itself and pillows were just right. Sheets felt high quality, pillows not too stiff and high, duvet was fluffy and nice. I liked that the toilet is separated from the shower and vanity- the soft but bright filtered lighting for the bathroom vanity was amazing for getting ready (for the girls who are sick of hotels with dark lighting and can’t do their make up). The room was spacious and although some aspects were a bit outdated, it was clean large and comfortable - we were so happy with our room. They also gave our group of 3 girls 4 room cards which allows for each card to breakfast. The breakfast ayis were so nice and made eggs freshly your way when asked. The cucumber and radish pickles were yummy and we really liked the corn soup and congee as well as all the vegetable dishes. The selection was good for us, as we like clean and simple, easy to digest and nutritious foods in the morning. Oh yeah they also sent us to the HSR on check out without charge, in the hotel’s car. They were so prompt in getting us to the HSR and the driver was really considerate, safe and careful. Literally the most calm drive we’ve experienced in China. Side note- the gym is massive and looks largely unused but the equipment is good, there are weights and cables and everything. There’s also a pool table and table tennis. A yoga room complete with a good amount of gear and mats.

RRiffrathPros- Great location by the river, beautiful and close walking distance to the food shops, famous bridges and the red lady singing on the boat (5-10mins). Clean warm room. Bit of scuff marks and stuff on the walls and wooden furnitures but overall charming, nice and modern and no like stinky smells from the river/mosquitoes/cigarettes etc. Warm showers and has all the standard amenities (hairdryer, soap shampoo, shaver etc). The manager is super friendly and hospitable even though she doesn’t speak English she really tries her best to help. Cons- noisy bars and karaoke until 11pm, tour groups in the morning start like at 7am below the balcony (maybe one or two when I was there 2 days) and 9am construction work starts. The free tour is sadly in Chinese only, and the free outfit doesn’t include photos or makeup, it is about 199 yuan for that but if you don’t want photos or makeup it’s free. Don’t think they wash the outfits super often either. Laundry is apparently not a proper one and you have to hand wash. No lifts if you have a lot of luggage.

JJia TongOverall it was a good stay. It is located at the end river section, so you can still see the lighting up at night but not as much as the middle section. The room was clean but the cushions on the chairs (balcony) were stained. Would suggest to not put cushions and just have Rattan chairs. The room is located at the fourth floor so we had to carry our suitcases up. We read the reviews prior booking so we kind of expected it too and didn't come as a shock. The staffs were very kind and help us to carry the suitcases together. We had an early day next day and the kitchen staffs served us our breakfast prior to the official breakfast start time.

PPengguna TetamuWe are from Thailand, self-guided travel with family. We spent 1 night here in 2 separated rooms. Location 10/10 : We love it here. This hotel is not in the heart of the village area but it's just perfect. It's on the west wing but not too west, you can easily reach the center by walking. And this area is not very loud as center that has many pub and bar. The street behind the hotel has many store such as drugstore, convenient store and simple restaurant. Service 9/10 : The hotel maids here are very strong. They helped carry the luggage up to your room and give the advice. They can also recommend restaurant and activity to you if you ask. Cleanliness 9/10 : They did well both inside the room and public area. Even the terrace and balcony. The hotel look new and modern inside too. Facilities 9/10 : This room is on the 3rd floor. It's the room with balcony. We can sit and see the scenery. Very relax there. They provide the helpful service in pick up and drop off too.

YYeeKunVery strategic location running by two young, motivated and thoughtful gentlemen. It is outside from the ancient city. Just one street away (100m) from the Riverside in which is pretty good to keep us away from the loud singing at drinking pub along the Riverside and have good rest. The hotel and room very warmly decorated. The location mark at Trip.com a little misleading. Do remember to call up the hotel and they shall lead you the way better. Luckily we have the hotel staff helping us to book can from train station. The downside was there are too many stairs at the both ancient city and to the hotel. Fortunately, there is a lift co-sharing with another hotel to bring us up. Stairs are unavoidable since majority hotels and shops are built on the valley slope by Riverside. It is good to bring along walking cane for those with weak knee. I really love the bath tub and projector screen lol. 😂😍
