Semak lewat adalah tawaran baik yang anda berikan. Secara keseluruhan penginapan yang baik! Bar di tingkat 12 juga menyenangkan untuk bersantai pada waktu petang. I really don’t know where to begin on my review of this amazing hotel. We stayed for 5 nights in December, hoping to experience the Christmas Markets and some snow. The weather wasn’t kind to us but this didn’t ruin our trip. The hotel was a short walk from the Main Train Station and a welcome sight to end our journey. Check in was easy and quick. The hotel reception was beautiful. A Typical Tyrollean feel to it. Our room was wonderful. Just on the first floor, we took the handy lift with our luggage. It was a spacious beautifully decorated room, with air con and a lovely big window which we preferred to have open a little for fresh air - even though it was freezing outside! The bathroom was amazing- massive shower, very modern. All in all, everything we needed - including tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast was included in our booking. To be honest it was one of the loveliest breakfasts we have had in Europe. A great selection of hot and cold food, hot drinks and an amazing fresh orange juice machine. We could have stayed in the breakfast room all day. The service was really quick, all the staff were really attentive and the food was delicious. All in all this hotel was amazing. Well managed, well maintained and it had a ‘family run’ feel about it, which is lost on most of the larger hotels around. We would not hesitate to stay here again. We were sorry to leave. Thank you Hotel Leipziger Hof. One member of staff stood out to us and made our stay really special. Vaji, was on duty for most of our stay in the breakfast room and made us feel really special. Her service was amazing, she was so attentive, polite and professional. Our favourite member of staff. She made our stay complete. So a special thanks to her.

The hotel is beautiful, in a very good position, central but quiet with a public parking going directly to the hall and the rooms are super clean, the breakfast is good and with a lot of choice...so why only 3/5? Because the staff at the reception is completely useless and the wellness area had very restricted hours (from 5 to 9 p. m. only), they wrote due to the cost of energy, but if this is the reason, why the heating in the rooms was always so high? We had to turn it off and open the window during the day to breath, it should have been around 24-25 °C. If they kept it lower they could open the wellness area for more time, especially because there were a lot of people (60 rooms most or them booked) and it was difficult to use a 8 people jacuzzi and around 20 deck chairs if everybody go there at the same time. The problem with the reception staff totally useless happend twice: in the wellness area you shouldn't drink or eat (it's logical but I asked to be sure), I said there was a group of teenagers with beers and bottles in general (glass) but nobody came to check and say somehing: bringing glass near a swimming pool could be very dangerous if a bottle fall, but nobody cared. The other episode was with the restaurant: we asked at the reception for a reservation in any night of our stay (5 nights), but they say to ask directly to the restaurant without caring at all at our request. At the restaurant they were very rude and said they were fully booked any day any time without even checking, fortunately just around the corner there was another very good one and we went there twice, but usually if in the hotel there is a restaurant, the staff is much more helpful and there is always the possibility to try it if you are a guest of the hotel.

Perjalanan ke Hotel Penz ini mengejutkan saya. Lokasinya lebih senang daripada hotel veteran lain di tepi sungai yang saya tempah. Perlu setengah jam untuk berjalan-jalan di sekitar kawasan pemandangan yang terkenal. Di sebelah bawah adalah pusat membeli-belah dan makanan Thai yang lazat. Bilik-biliknya juga menawarkan pemandangan gunung. Sorot restoran taman di tingkat atas di tingkat 5 dengan pemandangan yang luar biasa. Sarapannya kaya dengan pelbagai dan lazat! Terdapat juga lumpia Cina dan zucchini goreng. Daging, makanan laut, pencuci mulut, jus, buah-buahan, keju mempunyai banyak jenis yang dibahagi dalam setiap kategori, dan mereka lazat. Mengesyorkan secara khusus semua jenis kimchi gaya Eropah, terutama tuna yang dibungkus dengan tomato kecil, dan keju lembut yang dibungkus dengan lada acar. Kombinasi rasa yang luar biasa, anda mesti mencubanya jika anda mempunyai citarasa antarabangsa!

This is a lovely hotel, and the stay was very pleasant. We booked a room with a city view. The view was over the Inn river (just the other side of the road in front of the hotel) to various buildings, both new and old (eg. the old town hall tower and the market building). In the background were the snow-capped mountains. There was a cute window seat in the bow window. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and functionable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very close to the old town, and to the start of the funicular that goes up to the start of the cable car up to one of the main ski resorts. There was some traffic noise during the day as you'd expect from the location, and also occasional aircraft noise, but the windows provided excellent sound insulation.

Von außen vielleicht nicht unbedingt ein architektonisches Meisterwerk, aber innen toll! Wunderschönes Zimmer, unglaublich reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet und sensationeller Ausblick aus dem Zimmer über das nächtliche Innsbruck (Zimmer im 7. Stock). Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Alles in allem wirklich empfehlenswert!

Wir waren eine Nacht zu Gast in diesem Hotel. Stage 12 liegt mitten im Zentrum. An der Rezeption wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war gemütlich, modern eingerichtet , sauber und sehr ruhig. Zum Frühstück gab es von allem etwas. Besonders freute ich mich über eine große Auswahl an Obst. Wenn wir wieder nach Innsbruck kommen, dann nächtigen wir wieder in dem Hotel, vor allem wegen seiner Lage und Freundlichkeit. An der Stelle noch einen schönen Dank für das Upgrade. Das Zimmer mit Blick auf die Berge war umwerfend.

The hotel was lovely. It was cleaned every day . Reception staff were very friendly and so were the cleaners. They even gave us a discounted bus ticket pass. Would definitely recommend this hotel. It was in a great location , a 3 minute walk to the train station and bus stops. It was a 5 minute walk to the town centre with lots of shops and restaurants . It’s about a 10 minute walk to the old town and golden roof. There’s also a cable car about 12 minute walk from the hotel and you can get on there to go to the zoo or to see Hungerburg. Really recommend this hotel.

Fantastic location!! Right next to the train station, very central and with Mountain View. Clean room and the best bathroom we have ever had in a hotel! Sparkling clean, huge shower and fantastic facilities. Nice lighting in the room Lovely and quiet room despite being so close to the train station it was silent. Reception staff were incredibly friendly and made an exceptionally good check in and out service. The reception team have a very cute Labrador! :) Would I come again —- most definitely!!!!
