Hotel Terbaik dengan Gimnasium di Innsbruck

Ich war für sechs Übernachtungen im Hotel Binders. Es liegt sehr zentral und ist gut mit der Straßenbahn zu erreichen. Sehr freundliches und hilfs bereites Personal beim Check-In. Mein Einzelzimmer im 2. OG war sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Ein sehr geräumiges Bad rundete alles ab. Das Frühstücksbuffet war großartig. Vom frisch gepressten Orangensaft, tollem Kaffee, österreichischen Brotspezialitäten, gute Auswahl an Käse und Wurst, ebenso die Möglichkeit eines engl. Breakfast waren gegeben. Frischer Obstsalat und verschiedene Yoghurts und Müsli ergänzten die Auswahl - es war der perfekte Start in den Tag. Ich werde das Binders auf jedenfall weiter empfehlen :-)

Wir waren eine Nacht zu Gast in diesem Hotel. Stage 12 liegt mitten im Zentrum. An der Rezeption wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war gemütlich, modern eingerichtet , sauber und sehr ruhig. Zum Frühstück gab es von allem etwas. Besonders freute ich mich über eine große Auswahl an Obst. Wenn wir wieder nach Innsbruck kommen, dann nächtigen wir wieder in dem Hotel, vor allem wegen seiner Lage und Freundlichkeit. An der Stelle noch einen schönen Dank für das Upgrade. Das Zimmer mit Blick auf die Berge war umwerfend.

The Alphotel Innsbruck is probably the worst hotel we've ever stayed at! But we had no choice since we were on a tour package and this was the hotel that Gate1 chose for our itinerary. We weren't the only tour members who did not have a good stay at this hotel. Our tour group had a long day and we were scheduled to arrive late so we were all pretty tired when we arrived. Unfortunately the room we were assigned to didn't even look or feel exceptionally clean and I'm surprised I didn't take photos of the room! Comparing posted photos of the rooms on TA our room looked much older and didn't even have a real chair, but only one of those small round ottomans. And that ottoman was dirty and stained, so we didn't want to sit on that! The bedspread had that ”ick” factor, so we removed it but at least the sheets were clean. Carpet looked grungy so we made sure to wear our slippers and not walk barefoot on it. Regret not taking pictures of the room now. We've stayed at hotels with older or ”tired” decor but they were at least neat and clean, but not at this hotel! Now the ”fun” part was our bathroom door. I was getting ready to take a shower and went into the bathroom, but wanted to use my own soap and toiletries, so I went out of the bathroom and my husband (who was standing in front of the bathroom, looking at the closet or something right across from the bathroom) shut the opaque glass bathroom door. I went back to the bathroom and tried to open the door and it was locked! It was one of those simple privacy type locks where there's usually a pinhole that you can usually press and it'll pop open. Unfortunately, there was no pinhole but a screw so I tried twisting the screw but the door remained locked. Husband tried but it kept turning and he didn't have any tools so he called the front desk and they sent the maintenance guy up. The maintenance guy looked at the door and tried twisting the screw with the same results and said he needed to go get his tools. He returned with his small toolbox and tried several screwdrivers, with no luck. Then he tried using a small drill to remove the screw and still couldn't get the door unlocked. Meanwhile, we were sitting on the bed and watching tv since there was nothing else we could do. I texted our friends who were also traveling in the tour group and assigned to the room right next door to let them know what was happening. And to apologize to them for the loud racket, as the maintenance guy went and got his large power drill and was basically removing the entire door knob and panel. So the guy had to destroy the whole door knob panel because the door lock screw or nut inside the panel was probably stripped and couldn't unlock or open the door; so if I was on the other side of the door I would have been stuck in the bathroom! I really don’t know where to begin on my review of this amazing hotel. We stayed for 5 nights in December, hoping to experience the Christmas Markets and some snow. The weather wasn’t kind to us but this didn’t ruin our trip. The hotel was a short walk from the Main Train Station and a welcome sight to end our journey. Check in was easy and quick. The hotel reception was beautiful. A Typical Tyrollean feel to it. Our room was wonderful. Just on the first floor, we took the handy lift with our luggage. It was a spacious beautifully decorated room, with air con and a lovely big window which we preferred to have open a little for fresh air - even though it was freezing outside! The bathroom was amazing- massive shower, very modern. All in all, everything we needed - including tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast was included in our booking. To be honest it was one of the loveliest breakfasts we have had in Europe. A great selection of hot and cold food, hot drinks and an amazing fresh orange juice machine. We could have stayed in the breakfast room all day. The service was really quick, all the staff were really attentive and the food was delicious. All in all this hotel was amazing. Well managed, well maintained and it had a ‘family run’ feel about it, which is lost on most of the larger hotels around. We would not hesitate to stay here again. We were sorry to leave. Thank you Hotel Leipziger Hof. One member of staff stood out to us and made our stay really special. Vaji, was on duty for most of our stay in the breakfast room and made us feel really special. Her service was amazing, she was so attentive, polite and professional. Our favourite member of staff. She made our stay complete. So a special thanks to her.

This is a lovely hotel with extremely helpful staff. They helped us book reservations, with directions, and anything we asked them for, and always with a smile. The rooms are large enough, but most importantly, they are efficient. There is plenty of space in the oversized closet with drawers. There are multiple places to put luggage, a desk, and even a couple of sitting chairs and a table. We were very impressed with their breakfast. Not only did they have a lot of choices, but also many options for gluten-free diners (since I’m GF, I notice that). We were also impressed with the number of staff monitoring the dining room and replacing items as soon as they ran out. This hotel is also well-situated. Just down the street from Congress (Hofburg) and a 10-minute walk to Old Town. We highly recommend this hotel. One example of staff going out of their way for us was the night we decided to eat dinner at the hotel after being out all day and coming back dog tired. It was cold and rainy which precipitated the decision to stay in and eat in the hotel. Unfortunately we found out the hotel does not serve food on Sunday and Monday nights. Melike Y. helped us order a meal online from the equivalent of Uber Eats. Not only did she help us translate the menu and input the order, but she also called the restaurant to ensure they got the special order correct. When we went down to get our dinner the bartender, Ashok G. had plates, napkins, and silverware set out for us to use when our meal arrived. We didn't ask for any of that, he just did it on his own. Now that’s service!! As mentioned, the hotel is very well situated. Just down the street from Congress and about a 10-minute walk to Old Town. It’s right across the street from the Nordkette up to Innsbruck mountain and to the Zoo. Finally, we obviously dropped some money on the floor in our room and it went under the bed. The housekeeping staff found the money and laid it on the nightstand. We never would’ve known if we didn’t see it on the nightstand. The staff at this hotel couldn’t be nicer. We felt like they were family by the end of our stay. We highly recommend this hotel for any type of stay.

Von außen vielleicht nicht unbedingt ein architektonisches Meisterwerk, aber innen toll! Wunderschönes Zimmer, unglaublich reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet und sensationeller Ausblick aus dem Zimmer über das nächtliche Innsbruck (Zimmer im 7. Stock). Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Alles in allem wirklich empfehlenswert!

We originally had our main hotel stay booked in Hintertux. We were paying a lot for the hotel and after considering our long journey from Australia, we figured it may make sense to stay close to the airport at Innsbruck for our first day to get some sleep and continue our journey to Hintertux the next morning. We saved quite a bit of money making this decision and made a great choice! We walked to Penz West from the airport with four suitcases and four back packs. It was five minutes on foot and that was in thick snow! The room was way beyond our expectations for a hotel so close to the airport. It was very spacious, beautifully decorated and included breakfast that was simply magnificent. The hotel also had a wellness area including sauna, steam room, cold plunge shower and a gym. The price was extremely reasonable given all it had to offer us. The staff were very helpful and gave us some local tips about the town of Innsbruck (beautiful Christmas markets) and some mountain trips. We were too tired to do the mountain trips but enjoyed Innsbruck. We could easily have spent more time in this beautiful place and would not hesitate to book Penz West again if we are travelling this route. Mr 11 and 12 year old loved this place!

Design hotel with excellent accessibility to the city center and high-level services. Parking outside the hotel, approx. 5 minutes on foot.

Was hoping for so much better. We were on a Trafalgar Tour and stayed at this hotel on December 13, 2023. We were told it would be a 5 star hotel. First thing that happened was they lost our (and many others in our group) luggage. I asked at the front desk and they said ”We have never had problems getting luggage to the proper rooms. It's your tour operator's problem, there's nothing we can do further. After 2 hours our luggage still hadn't shown up. Went to reception, and another Trafalgar guest was there, who's luggage was also lost. Finally they had someone from reception go to the tour's rooms. Our luggage was found, however, the other guest's luggage was still missing. Our tour director went room to room (not just our tour's rooms, but EVERY room starting on the first floor.) and finally found their luggage in the 37th room she checked. It was an empty room with nobody staying there. Then, I found there was no remote for the TV or extra pillows. Requested them at front desk. They were delivered to my room, but the pillows were terribly mismatched. Carpet was stained and somewhat dirty. At our evening meal, they wanted to charge my wife extra for a refill on her soda/pop. Overall, this was the low-lite hotel in our tour. Not worth the money they charged our tour. Their customer/front desk service was bad, at best. Most Reception persons had a bad ”attitude”. Would never stay here again.

Das Hotel liegt gut erreichbar etwas östlich der Innenstadt. In 15 Minuten kommt man zu Fuß vom Hotel in die Innenstadt. Es gibt einen Hotelparkplatz, den man vor der Anreise buchen sollte. Er liegt etwa 50m vom Hotel entfernt. Man kann zunächst zum Anmelden und Ausladen des Gepäcks direkt vor dem Hotel halten. Die Zimmer sind modern platzsparend kreativ eingerichtet. Es gibt alle mögliche Küchenuntensilien in der Küchenzeile, Kostenloses Trinkwasser, Espressomaschine. Das Bett ist gut. Der Service ist ausgezeichnet. Was es alles gibt, kann man auf der Website sehen. Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Einchecken ist auch nach Schließen der Rezeption (19 Uhr) problemlos möglich. Alle Infos dazu bekommt man per Email und wann wird sogar noch vorher angerufen und nochmal informiert, wie das genau geht. Es ist sehr einfach. Wir waren leider nur zwei Nächte auf Hin- und Rückreise nach Italien dort. Wenn wir wieder nach Innsbruck kommen, werden wir wieder hier übernachten. Dann gerne auch länger.
