"A lovely boutique hotel in a great location. Our room was large, spacious, and beautifully styled with modern décor. We especially appreciated the kitchenette (including a dishwasher) and the two balconies, which made the stay feel even more comfortable and airy.
In terms of cleanliness, I’d rate it around 4/5. While the room was generally clean, some items are starting to look dated — for example, rust on the stainless steel racks. There were also a few maintenance issues, such as a fridge that wasn’t working properly and a chunk of plaster missing from one corner. With a bit of TLC and some updates, this hotel could easily move from good to fantastic.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated.
The location is excellent 10-15mins to the centre — trams are just a 2-minute walk away, and there’s a supermarket directly opposite the tram stop where you can also purchase a Myki travel card, making it very convenient to get around.
Overall, a spacious and comfortable stay in a well-connected area, with just a few areas that could use some attention."

"Really pretty hotel! Lobby was beautiful and so was the room. Location was great. Close to many attractions and tram was just a 4 minute walk away.

Bed was really soft, though I'm not sure why I slept better without the pillow than with the pillow.

sound proofing...is not that good? I could hear housekeeping cleaning other rooms, curtains being pulled open and I could hear a whole man's conversation although it might just have been him speaking louder. To close the door from the outside, you kind of had to pull it shut so it was pretty loud.
I had trouble setting up the ironing board and let a note for housekeeping to set it up and they left chocolates, cute!! Also I think I got upgraded to a deluxe because my room ended up on level 19 hehe thank you!"

"We stayed at Vibe Hotel Melbourne Docklands over the weekend and had a great experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and very spacious, with a lovely view. The bathtub was a real bonus and the range of toiletries provided was excellent.
It was super easy to get into the city with a tram stop right out the front. Credit to the management for maintaining such a high standard throughout the hotel. We would definitely stay here again."

"I most liked the location, being able to walk across the park to Lygon St or catch a tram easily down Royal Pde (#19 was every 7-9 minutes) into the heart of the CBD. I also liked the excellent soundproofing, since the next room occupants returned after midnight and I expected to be kept awake, but as soon as they entered their room and the door shut, noise was well muffled. I was very happy then, as broken sleep is hellish for a recovering insomniac... The room was spacious, clean and in excellent condition, as was manchester. The room service was only refreshing towels. A leaking gutter pouring onto the walkway's laserlite roof made a noisy splattering sound right outside the room when it rained, which was pretty much the whole weekend. We'd consider staying again if offered the same special discounts. I am not sure why we were told that we'd have to pay $20/night for parking or else could park on the road outside, because in the hotel parking space (not pay the magnetic white gate) plenty of people parked. Presumably it was a con, as I had deliberately searching for a hotel with free parking."

"I recently stayed here for a couple of nights and had a pleasant experience. The location is unbeatable—it's situated right in the heart of the city, making it very easy to access public transport and local attractions.

Outside the window of the room was plant equipment that looked like heating/air con banks that hummed quite loudly all night. We couldn't sleep. We were only staying 1 night. Thank goodness.

"This was an absolute gem of a place to stay. From the moment we checked in until we collected our baggage hours after checking out, we were treated to a great place with great service.
The room itself was perfect. Very clean and comfortable and the view was amazing. We even slept with the blinds up - too good to block out!

"Room is perfect, location is also closeby station. Do not use google maps (if you are using bus from airport, drop off in southern cross station, just take escalator and go up from southern station or ask anyone for spencer street outlet, once you are above the station near to spencer street outlet then use google map. Its 3 mins from there. If u use google map inside station then it will show u longest distance, which is annoying. We walked 20 mins and in morning we found out that its just 5mins away from station."

"If you dont want to stay in a airbnb, this is one of the hotels that has the best location. Popular overlay cafe just downstairs. Walk 5mins to melb central mall, bourke street mall for shopping and little lonsdale street for korean food.
Clean and comfortable stay. No kitchen etc in the hotel.
Safe location, lots of pedestrians walking on this street till late night as there are many restaurants and desert place around the corner.
But if you want to stay in a 4 star hotel right smack in the city just choose this"

You will see kangaroos and cockatoos outside the cottage in the morning and evening. My kids enjoy the stay very much. However you need to either cook your own meals or drive out to eat. The drive is about 15 mins.

Since we didn't have breakfast included in the booking. There are 2 choices for the breakfast: 1. Hotel's breakfast for 35AUD/person 2. Deli cafe. We had a sandwich & muffin there. It's quick and easy to get ready in the morning.

1. The location of this hotel is second to none. Right outside the door, you’ll find endless food options from quick bites to diverse international cuisines, plus plenty of cafés, bars, and public transport. Having the SkyBus stop to the airport just around the corner was convenient.
2. Every team member I met was friendly, approachable, and genuinely eager to help. They are well-trained and motivated to provide excellent service.
3. The room itself was spacious and modern. Both the daytime city views and night lights from the window were wonderful, and the furnishings felt new and well-maintained.
4. Guests have access to some excellent facilities, including a gym, a library, and a full wellness area. The indoor pool is comfortably heated even on a chilly Melbourne evening, and it comes with a sauna and bubble spa, which makes the stay feel more like a resort.
What Could Be Improved
1. The room setup felt unusual. I booked a one-bedroom suite, but was placed in a two-bedroom apartment with the master bedroom locked off. I completely understand that I only paid for one room, but it felt a little strange knowing there was a part of “my” room I couldn’t access. Personally, I would have preferred a proper one-bedroom layout with full access.
2. The bedroom I was 'allowed' to stay in also didn’t have its own air conditioning. It relied on the living room’s unit to keep cool, while the locked-off master had its system. This design made things a bit uncomfortable at times, especially overnight.
3. The sofa had an unpleasant, urine-like odour, which made us reluctant to rest in the lounge.
4. The main door lock was rusty and stiff, making it frustrating to open and close.
5. There was no landline phone in the room to contact reception, so the only option was to head downstairs. A couple of times, even during office hours, the reception was unattended (likely because one staff member was juggling multiple tasks). It could be so inconvenient to have a more extended stay.
6. While the pool facilities were lovely, they were often crowded. The common facilities are shared with residents of the building as well as hotel guests, but this detracted from the relaxing vibe.
Would I stay here again? Yes, probably. Mainly because of the unbeatable location, the great facilities, and the friendly staff. But I do think the hotel needs to address the details so that it can align with what they claimed as 'luxury'.

TTina FeThe hotel carpet smells, the building is old and needs a total replacement of carpet. When we entered our room. It smells like bleach everywhere. We have to open the window to make it go away. The room is decent size and the toilet and bath are separated where there are no hand basin to use after using the toilet if someone is using the shower or bath tub. The view from our balcony is magnificent, the Melbourne tall buildings skyline. I also love the location because it is near public transport, free tram and shops, even universities. The kitchen are complete with cooking utensils and pans. They got free coffee, tea and milk. The toiletries were given 1 set of tiny bottles but we are 4 people booked in.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is geared towards sustainability, which I love. There is a shared fridge, and pantry where you can store and reheat the food you buy outside. One downside though is that the water is only available at the pantry which means, you always need to go down to Level 2 to grab some water. The room was small but clean. Location-wise, it’s very ideal - there are many restaurants, cafes and convenience store nearby! It is near Victoria Market too!

SstellachenlyAsrama anak perempuan saya betul-betul bertentangan Walaupun ia adalah kawasan yang tidak bebas, anda boleh menaiki trem percuma hanya 400 meter dari perpustakaan Ia sangat mudah untuk menaiki trem atau berjalan ke mana-mana setiap hari. Saya menginap selama tiga malam dan menukar kepada dua jenis bilik. Bilik ini mempunyai dapur dan ruang tamu, sangat dekat dengan Pasar Wei Ma!
Kelemahannya ialah tong sampah dan tuala mandi tidak ditukar sejak beberapa hari ini, tetapi kami tidak peduli, kami hanya boleh mengeringkan tuala mandi di balkoni .
