"I found this place to be super convenient! The location is perfectly situated right between the airport and the city center, so getting around was a total breeze.

"I stayed at Hotel Suisse Geneva during my time in Geneva, and the standout feature of this hotel is its location. It is literally right across the road from the main train station, which makes it incredibly convenient whether you’re arriving by rail, heading to the airport, or planning day trips.
Being so close to the station also means excellent public transport connections, but what I found even more useful is that most of Geneva’s main sights are within easy walking distance. You can comfortably reach the lake, the Old Town, shops, and restaurants without needing to rely on transport, which makes exploring the city simple and efficient.
The hotel itself is comfortable and practical, with clean rooms and everything you need for a short city stay. It’s not overly luxurious, but it’s well maintained and does the job perfectly if you’re planning to spend most of your time out exploring Geneva.
Because of its central location, it’s a great choice for both short stays and stopovers. It also works particularly well if you have an early train or a tight schedule, as you don’t need to factor in extra travel time to get to the station.

Check the hotel's terrace on the 4th floor - which gave a very nice opportunity to watch the planes taking off. The staff was very nice and helpful. At the reception you can receive a free public transport pass for the Geneva city area for the duration of your stay. The bus stop is near the hotel. The room was big enough with the kitchenette, which was very convenient. Supermarket is nearby.

EEmmanuel HemmerléI was going to arrive late in the evening last night so I wrote the hotel to enquire about transportation from the airport to the hotel. They told me very diligent it and precisely about their shuttle service. When I arrived at the hotel, the desk person, a Swiss gentleman, was extremely hospitable, friendly, authentic, detailed in a good sense, helpful and professional. He also helped me book a taxi for the next day. What a great way to welcome a guest. Really best practice. Lots of desk employees around the world should learn from him!
The room was very nice, all fine. Large enough, and having all amenities.
Excellent lunch at the hotel: very good cuisine.
I needed to leave my luggage at the concierge: they did it all very well.
The only point for improvement: when I left, I asked a lady at the reception, apparently Swiss, to help me get my luggage back and book a taxi for me. She did it but in a cold and distant way. She should go find another job in a different industry. One where she can continue being unfriendly.

KKFManThe Ruby Claire Hotel is situated in central Geneva, very convenient to getting around especially for first time visitors. Staff at the hotel were super friendly and helpful. Rafael, the staff who checked us in, recommended us a number of places of interest worth visiting, showed us the best way (transportation) to get around the city, and public transportation was free as offered by the hotel. Knowing that we’d be staying for three nights, he recommended us to take the “daily make up room service”, rather than the welcome drinks. Good advice! Self service coffee and teas were available for free from the “library” situated on each floor, 24/7. Highly recommended!

Из минусов - очень скромный, даже аскетичный и старомодный интерьер, хотя кровать удобная. В целом, за свои деньги хороший отель.

KKamalathaI went a day earlier to confirm my stay with the hotel. They couldn't find my booking. I showed them my confirmation on my phone. I was told that they can see my confirmation number but no payment was made by trip.com. They assured me that such has happened before and told me to be on the safe guard book another room as a standby. They assured me that they will not swipe my card until matter is resolved. That assurance made me check in. I kept coming to the front office every now and then and I was told it was resolved. Only on the last night I was told that by Trip.com of the error in the address. In the meantime the hotel had swiped my card. Surprisingly they did not honour the feedbacks I gave to Hotel Montana Geneve and Hotel Montana Zurich. There was no email to apologise for the oversight and delay in handling. I went to the hotel one day earlier to check, they could have attended to it and not confidently putting the blame on trip.com since there has been previous incidents where [ayment was not received.
I thought Hotel Montana group could have handled this matter better. Quite disappointing.

PPengguna TetamuI had a wonderful stay at the Green Marmot Hotel. The location is excellent,close to plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, and bakeries, so everything you need is nearby. The hotel itself is very clean throughout. Although the room is small, just as described, it suited me perfectly.
One downside is that sound travels easily, so you can hear even minor noise from neighbouring rooms, earplugs are definitely helpful. The motion-sensor lights in the corridor were also a bit disruptive, as I’m easily woken by light, so an eye mask is recommended. Additionally, some guests arrive late, so it can get a little noisy.
Overall, I would highly recommend staying here.
