"Bilik sangat bersih dan luas, dengan TV besar dan balkoni. Ia juga sangat hangat dan selesa. Kakitangan perkhidmatan sangat mesra dan responsif terhadap permintaan kami. Lokasinya juga sangat baik, dengan banyak restoran dalam jarak berjalan kaki yang singkat. Ia hanya kira-kira 1km dari Changbai Mountain North Slope Distribution Center. Jika saya berpeluang melawat Gunung Changbai lagi, saya pasti akan memilih hotel ini."

"Double Tree Hilton is awesome hotel with professional service from the ground staffs. Friendly front desk staffs, attentive housekeeping team Wonderful buffet breakfast and dinner at the ”LUSH” ALL DAY DINING team. Double Tree signature biscuit is always our favorite and thanks for the free Valcano onsen and free ride back and forth to the ski activities. Will definitely stay here again for our further visits"

The level of service here is world-class, particularly the housekeeping team. When I found my room a bit too warm and realized the windows were fixed, the staff proactively provided a fan to improve airflow. This, combined with the in-room humidifier, ensured a perfect night’s sleep. The room amenities were also incredibly thoughtful and comprehensive. The hotel facilities are a major highlight. The hot springs offer an impressive variety of both indoor and outdoor pools. Furthermore, the logistics are handled seamlessly; the shuttle service to and from the High-Speed Rail station was very convenient. For those visiting Changbaishan, the hotel offers a direct bus service (provided you have a ticket), which made my trip stress-free. I want to extend my sincere gratitude to Da Ling and Yin Ling. Their attentive care and constant check-ins throughout my stay made me feel truly valued and were the highlights of my trip. The dining experience was equally impressive. The breakfast buffet featured a wide variety of delicious options, and the on-site restaurant served a diverse menu where every dish was flavorful. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed. I will certainly choose to stay here again on my next visit."

"Suite eksekutif ini sangat bersih dan luas, dengan dua bilik mandi berasingan dan teres yang menghadap ke pintu masuk ke padang bunga tanah lembap di seberang jalan. Ia tidak jauh dari Taman Edelweiss Elk dan Pusat Pengedaran Cerun Utara Gunung Changbai, dan kira-kira 500 meter dari Pasar Genting (sibuk pada waktu malam). 🌃 Nasib baik, pada hari saya melawat Lereng Utara, cuaca cerah dan cerah, membolehkan saya melihat keseluruhan Tasik Tianchi Lereng Utara. Saya mengesyorkan mengambil Laluan B terlebih dahulu, kerana ia menawarkan pemandangan terbaik Tasik Tianchi Cerun Utara dan mempunyai beberapa anak tangga, menjadikannya sesuai untuk pejalan kaki muda dan tua. 🥳 Laluan A lebih sesuai untuk mereka yang lebih stamina, kerana ia penuh dengan anak tangga dan pemandangan Tasik Tianchi adalah sederhana. Ia juga sangat sesak, jadi saya terpaksa menunggu walaupun untuk mendaftar masuk dan mengambil gambar. 😅 (PS: Pada musim panas, saya memakai pelindung matahari sepenuhnya semasa melawat Gunung Changbai: pelindung matahari, topi matahari yang tidak mendedahkan kepala saya, dan jaket/jaket pelindung matahari. Sebagai orang selatan, saya terlalu malas untuk memakai topi untuk bergambar, dan kini saya pulih dari selaran matahari... 😢)"

"Had a good stay at the hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. What was outstanding was the travel concierge. She was patient and highly helpful and took care of all our itinerary bookings and transport. All at a very fair price. She explained everything in detail and was very honest with her recommendation and charges too by not overselling etc which was very common in china. Her recommendations were all highly suitable for my group of elderly travellers as well. She even took the time to help us book chang bai sha tickets on wechat in which she had not commission on. She even tried to help us save money by trying to fit all our large airplane luggages into a single car. I deeply appreciate and will not forget her kind priceless hospitality that she has shown us. This hotel is worth staying just for the service of the travel concierge alone. This hotel is lucky to have such a valuable staff and asset."

"Room was clean and new, Breakfast is good Location is a bit far from town center, but you can travel to anywhere in the town by DiDi. Recommend for traveller who planned to visit Changbaishan North side. Additionally, There is a black cat who stay in front of hotel. Please kindly give her some cat food and clean water. She is very cute. (Cat food can be bought near the hotel). Thank you for your kindness."

"從長白山站出發，衹需要十幾分鐘的車程，就能抵達這片獨棟三角尖塔全景落地玻璃的漂亮酒店 青山停雲☁️，閑看落花，主人很懂風雅，所以有了好聽的名字——青停酒店 周圍是紅豐灣大片豐盈的稻田和鬱鬱葱葱的水草，遠處工業感的建築和頭上白雲流走，自然和人文結合剛好的的氣息，讓心情也可以平穩鬆弛下來 前台大廳很有藝術設計感，尤其是晚上特別漂亮，户外養着四衹可愛羊駝🦙早上來大廳用餐，除了常規的自助餐也可以提前預訂套餐，營養搭配很豐富，還有現榨的胡蘿蔔汁🥕 入住的獨棟院落通透感極強 側邊牆體採用空心圓木堆砌肌理，屋頂鋪設木質瓦板，自然原生態氛圍感濃厚 部分房型帶室內觀景恆温浴缸 這十座獨立小院，房前配有水景池塘，水面倒映房屋輪廓 可以站在院中看靜波蕩漾 晨起能聞到露水的味道 這裏拐過去就有水色漂流，定房享受漂流的權益  冬季透過三角落地窗可直面山林雪景、觀賞霧凇，夜晚能看星空，寒來暑往，這兒更像是長白山下的隱世村落"

"Our family of 4 had a wonderful 2 nights stay in mid December. The great service started even prior to our stay as we had 2 personal concierge 小张 & 莹莹 assigned to us. We had requested for connecting rooms via Trip and 小张 & 莹莹 contacted us directly via WeChat. They not only helped us get connecting rooms, they also gave advice and helped to arrange for our luggages to be sent to the hotel while a private driver (additional cost) picked us from the train station to start our tour of Changbaishan immediately so that we do not have to waste time traveling. All the staff at the hotel were wonderful as well. Our room package included 3hr ski tickets and access to the natural hot spring. It was our family’s first time trying to ski and we asked our personal concierge to arrange for private coach (additional cost). Immediately upon arriving at the ski lodge the coach was waiting and led us through the entire chaotic process of collecting and wearing the gears. The hotel has direct unlimited access to the hot spring and it was also a great experience not to be missed (Don’t forget to pack your swim wear!) It even has a fish pool where we dip our whole body. There’s also a Cute Pet Paradise with different animals you can feed. Overall there’s plenty of activities for everyone and we will definitely highly recommend the hotel to everyone coming to Changbaishan."

"Newly built, and nice hotel. Has great self-service laundry and nice gym. Located in Erdaobaihe Town, the hotel is a bit further outskirts so not within walking distance to the Cloud Market but everything is only a 10 min taxi/didi ride away. Also provides free pickup from the high-speed railway station (Changbaishan Station), which is also only 10 mins away. We got the big family room which was great for 2 adults and 2 small kids. Breakfast is a decent mix of local and western staples, even some local honey and yogurt. just don't eat the cereal."
