Lokasinya juga sangat baik, dengan banyak restoran dalam jarak berjalan kaki yang singkat. Ia hanya kira-kira 1km dari Changbai Mountain North Slope Distribution Center. Jika saya berpeluang melawat Gunung Changbai lagi, saya pasti akan memilih hotel ini."

"I had an absolutely amazing stay at the Hilton Changbaishan. The hotel is beautiful and offers a true 5-star experience with comfortable and spacious rooms. The real highlight, however, is the outdoor hot spring—it was incredible to soak in the warm water while surrounded by the snowy landscape. The atmosphere was so relaxing, and the facilities were top-notch. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the mountain!"

"Room was clean and new, Breakfast is good Location is a bit far from town center, but you can travel to anywhere in the town by DiDi. Recommend for traveller who planned to visit Changbaishan North side. Additionally, There is a black cat who stay in front of hotel. Please kindly give her some cat food and clean water. She is very cute. (Cat food can be bought near the hotel). Thank you for your kindness."

"1. Free Pick-Up from Railway Station The free pick-up service from the railway station was smooth and incredibly helpful. It made our arrival stress-free and set the tone for the rest of our stay. 2. Room The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with the added convenience of a heater in the washroom—a definite plus point, especially in colder weather. 3. Hospitality The owner, Mr. Feng, and his staff, especially Mr. Xia, along with the rest of the team, are gems. They are extremely helpful, and their intention to assist guests is genuine. They provide support with a smile and never show any reluctance. Their efforts made our stay both comfortable and memorable. 4. Assistance and Arrangements Mr. Feng and his staff went above and beyond to make our trip seamless. They arranged transport to Xue Li Mountain and helped us purchase tickets at a reasonable price. Mr. Feng even accompanied us to a restaurant to introduce us to a new dish, which was a delightful experience. The next day, Mr. Xia helped us buy tickets to Changbai Mountain (Heavenly Lake). He also ensured we were dropped off at the bus station and picked up later, making the process entirely hassle-free. 5. Farewell This hotel holds a special place in our hearts. On our departure, they dropped us off at the railway station early in the morning. Mr. Feng himself joined to bid us farewell, which touched us deeply. 6. Final Thoughts Their hospitality reaffirmed our faith in humanity. The kindness, care, and genuine efforts of Mr. Feng and his team made this stay unforgettable. Love and gratitude to all of them!"

"Very good stay here. The staff will contact you few days before check in to confirm your arrival as there will be driver to pick you up at the train station. Its free. The reception staff even helped us book Changbaishan ticket for the next day. So its very convenient for us tourist whom are not very familiar. Even booked the driver to fetch us to multiple attractions and location. Paid a good price. Very good driver. However take note which car the driver is driving as i paid a premium for a big car for two of us. Breakfast was alright nothing amazing. Location is very good. Walkable to Elderweiss roughly 10minutes away and to YungDing street. Can DIDI anywhere so cheap. Theres halal pull noodle in walking distance. So tasty. So near to Changbaishan Mountain north visitor center like 5minutes drive or 15min walk"

"I had an amazing stay at Floral Baihe. The entire place is exceptionally clean, and the location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk to plenty of restaurants. The surroundings are peaceful and serene, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff ( especially 韩丹) were all very friendly, welcoming and helpful, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended!"

"這次自駕過來遊玩景區，就近選了這家酒店。一路盤山開車挺疲憊，到店之後Caspian 的接待讓人瞬間放鬆不少。辦理入住速度很快，按金、早餐時間、退房時間都説得清清楚楚。最貼心的是，主動告訴我景區入園時段、自駕停車點位，還推薦本地人常去吃飯的小店，沒有一味推銷遊玩項目。中途打算第二天一早進景區，不清楚出行路線，詢問之後都細緻講解。寄存行李、索要客房物資響應也很快，服務真誠不刻意客套。房間環境乾淨，加上前台貼心指引，省去自己做攻略的煩惱，來這邊遊玩入住很省心。"
