We really enjoyed our stay here a lot. The staff were very helpful and friendly in helping to make it an enjoyable stay. It guest laundry room is really busy in the evening, if you are in a rush can just consider washing it and hanging it up in the room. The climate is very dry and the wet clothes help to maintain humidity in the room. Most of the clothes dried by the next morning. Location was about 10 minutes drive to the 二道白河镇。other than the location, everything else was great and the hotel is new. Also special thanks to 丁相龙 who have agreed to convert my HSR pick up to sending us there at 5am in the morning. We are truly thankful for the gesture and the extra mile taken.

Room The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with the added convenience of a heater in the washroom—a definite plus point, especially in colder weather. 3. Hospitality The owner, Mr. Feng, and his staff, especially Mr. Xia, along with the rest of the team, are gems. They are extremely helpful, and their intention to assist guests is genuine. They provide support with a smile and never show any reluctance. Their efforts made our stay both comfortable and memorable. 4. Assistance and Arrangements Mr. Feng and his staff went above and beyond to make our trip seamless. They arranged transport to Xue Li Mountain and helped us purchase tickets at a reasonable price. Mr. Feng even accompanied us to a restaurant to introduce us to a new dish, which was a delightful experience. The next day, Mr. Xia helped us buy tickets to Changbai Mountain (Heavenly Lake). He also ensured we were dropped off at the bus station and picked up later, making the process entirely hassle-free. 5. Farewell This hotel holds a special place in our hearts. On our departure, they dropped us off at the railway station early in the morning. Mr. Feng himself joined to bid us farewell, which touched us deeply. 6. Final Thoughts Their hospitality reaffirmed our faith in humanity. The kindness, care, and genuine efforts of Mr. Feng and his team made this stay unforgettable. Love and gratitude to all of them!

長白山高鐵站接站:臨時提前一個小時下單再聯繫店家，老闆非常熱情説沒問題一定來接，然後安排管家打電話給我提前加微信，告訴我下車後從哪裡走接更快，上車後大概10分鐘左右就到達長白山自行車公園，然後特別多美麗的美人松和松果，黃燦燦的花朵和綠油油的草在一起，特別治癒！本店有一個小院，兩架鞦韆，前廳很大又明亮，左側牆上有一副天池的油畫，一台洗衣機和一台烘乾機，前台工作人員特別禮貌親切，辦理入住時會告知基本需知，贈送了2份小童早餐。房間在6樓，電梯5樓以後再向上爬一層，房間很乾凈又大，動靜分離很合理，全屋小度智能，床上用品都很好眠，除了洗手間花灑水不是很大，晚上睡覺還是安靜的，電梯偶爾啟動會有聲音，投影儀很有感覺，靠落地窗有一個榻榻米和小桌板，兩個坐墊，遠眺可以看到鬱鬱葱葱的樹和藍天白雲，周邊的美食無敵豐盛，對面不遠處就是沙秋鴨公園，外賣點了約拿和唯世，晚餐去了免費接送的韓膳坊吃牛排鍋、香煎北朝魚和網紅巖溶雞，老闆娘人美又大方！送的玉米甜酒特別美味！早上的民族特色早餐真的豐富又營養，小米粥配上小菜特別好吃！感謝老闆和工作人員們的熱情招待！祝貴店客似雲來，財源滾滾！

The staff were very kind and we were impressed by their sincere attitude toward the guests. We booked the Gyegok trekking through Trip.com, but as foreigners, we had trouble communicating with the trekking company. The manager helped us, and we had a wonderful time that will remain a pleasant memory. If we have the chance to come to Changbai Mountain again, we would definitely choose this hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. We are truly grateful for the warm hearts of all the staff. Also, grilling skewers and enjoying a glass of soju in the hotel parking lot was an unforgettable delight.

I like the service at the hotel. We went to the hot spring and the staffs were really friendly and helpful . The male elderly staff sent me proper shoes and gave me towel when I wanted to move to the outdoor pool. We could communicate via WeChat with the front desk and that helped us quite a fair bit when our shower was at too high a temperature. The front desk staff has also given us some useful advice. The loft bed may be a challenge for elderly as the steps to the loft bed are a bit high.

The room is new, clean, and has no cigarette smell. Luggage storage is available. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to Zhongyang Street, near a famous ice cream shop and a tasty mala sausage stall. The area at the end of Zhongyang Street is beautiful and less crowded. I would stay here again.

She is always smiling, polite, and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. From the beginning, she warmly escorted us to our room and took the time to explain all the hotel amenities in detail. Her thoughtfulness did not stop there. She proactively connected with me on WeChat to ensure quick responses to any requests we had. The next morning, she personally reminded us about breakfast and even offered to come to our room to guide us to the restaurant. Her dedication was evident as she stayed until we were seated comfortably in the buffet area. Even after checkout, her exceptional service continued. She presented us with lovely hotel gifts and waited with us until our taxi arrived, ensuring a smooth departure. Chen Yuanyuan’s service attitude is truly commendable. Her attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism set a high standard for hospitality. She is undoubtedly a role model for her peers and a huge asset to the hotel. This experience reinforced my belief that service in China is truly excellent, and it’s because of staff like her that I will definitely return to this hotel on my next trip to Changbaishan in a different season. Here’This resort hotel was the most satisfying stay of our entire 8-day China trip across Harbin, Changbaishan, Xuexiang, and Yabuli. We stayed in a family residence unit, which allowed all of us to live together comfortably under one household. The resort is extremely clean and well-maintained. Our unit even included a mahjong table and a private hot spring, which made the stay very enjoyable. Although the price is not cheap, it is definitely worth the money. The butler service was excellent — the staff were attentive and always did their best to accommodate our requests. Highly recommended. I’m confident you will have a pleasant and memorable stay here.
