Compare to staying in hotel room, it's more space and feel like home. But you need to contact the owner ahead of arrival, she responded very quickly if you need any assistance. She also arrange a female taxi driver to pick us up and take us around.

Erdaobaihe is a really sweet, cozy little town. Although it’s not located in the main town area, it is just opposite the beautiful pine forest, which makes the surroundings very peaceful. There are free buses available to travel within the town, which is very convenient. However, as we can’t read Chinese, we mostly relied on Didi instead. Getting a Didi can be a bit challenging due to the limited number of drivers, but as long as you’re willing to wait 5–15 minutes, you should be able to get one. The people in the town are very warm and welcoming. We visited Enduli, and it was absolutely wonderful and truly memorable. The morning view from our room was magical. The room itself was spacious, and the bathroom was equipped with a smart toilet with a heated seat, which was a nice touch. There was a small issue where we found a strand of hair on the bed when we opened the bedsheet. We didn’t make a fuss as I had my own disposable bedsheet prepared. Despite this minor incident, the overall stay was wonderful. What really made this place special was Aunty Wu. She was always there for us and even woke up at 6am just to bid us goodbye. When we were looking for laundry services, she kindly offered to wash our clothes in-house. With my OCD, I was especially touched that she even warmed my laundry bag for me - such a thoughtful gesture. Will definitely be back

Very good overall stay. The hotel is clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. The only downside was the self-service laundry facilities, which were quite limited and not very well maintained. Aside from that, a positive experience.

長白山高鐵站接站:臨時提前一個小時下單再聯繫店家，老闆非常熱情説沒問題一定來接，然後安排管家打電話給我提前加微信，告訴我下車後從哪裡走接更快，上車後大概10分鐘左右就到達長白山自行車公園，然後特別多美麗的美人松和松果，黃燦燦的花朵和綠油油的草在一起，特別治癒！本店有一個小院，兩架鞦韆，前廳很大又明亮，左側牆上有一副天池的油畫，一台洗衣機和一台烘乾機，前台工作人員特別禮貌親切，辦理入住時會告知基本需知，贈送了2份小童早餐。房間在6樓，電梯5樓以後再向上爬一層，房間很乾凈又大，動靜分離很合理，全屋小度智能，床上用品都很好眠，除了洗手間花灑水不是很大，晚上睡覺還是安靜的，電梯偶爾啟動會有聲音，投影儀很有感覺，靠落地窗有一個榻榻米和小桌板，兩個坐墊，遠眺可以看到鬱鬱葱葱的樹和藍天白雲，周邊的美食無敵豐盛，對面不遠處就是沙秋鴨公園，外賣點了約拿和唯世，晚餐去了免費接送的韓膳坊吃牛排鍋、香煎北朝魚和網紅巖溶雞，老闆娘人美又大方！送的玉米甜酒特別美味！早上的民族特色早餐真的豐富又營養，小米粥配上小菜特別好吃！感謝老闆和工作人員們的熱情招待！祝貴店客似雲來，財源滾滾！

A Truly Memorable Stay at Changbai Mountain Guanyue Folk Custom Hotel 🏨 I traveled all the way from Thailand, and my experience at Changbai Mountain—specifically at the Changbai Mountain Guanyue Folk Custom Hotel—was absolutely unforgettable. Exceptional Service from the Start From the moment I made my reservation, a staff member named Annie provided incredible hospitality. She was enthusiastic and proactive, offering detailed advice on local attractions and how to navigate Changbai Mountain. The seamless service began the moment I arrived at the train station. The hotel provided a pickup service, and the staff greeted me warmly before escorting me directly to the hotel. Personalized Care and Communication Upon arrival, Annie was there to welcome me. She gave me expert advice on how to visit the national park and remained available to assist me throughout my entire stay. If you are worried about the language barrier, don't be! We communicated easily via WeChat and translation apps. She truly looked after me until the very moment I boarded the shuttle back to the train station. Excellence in Every Detail In terms of cleanliness, service, and food, I give this hotel a perfect score of 1,000,000/1,000,000. Everything was flawless.

Highly recommended. Spacious and very clean rooms, with an exceptionally warm and welcoming owner. The overall vibe is amazing—you can really feel the care and effort put into this guesthouse. Nightly fireworks with complimentary sparklers create a wholesome, memorable experience. Great coffee (slightly pricey but worth it) and a complimentary savoury breakfast. Note: food delivery takes about 60–65 minutes, though there are many 24-hour food options and massage parlours within 1km. They also provide you with some small craft art, and a small gift when you check out! Booking comes with free breakfast & a warm nice dessert soup! Appreciate the kind thoughts of the owner. Experience it yourself, won’t regret booking them.

-room was big and comfy , i like the toilet seat where its automated. Balcony is lovely too .Floor inside the room is well ventilated with heater. TV was huge and good quality . -breakfast was ok , everyday was quite the same kind of breakfast with some changes .Food was good .No coffee and tea , only water and soybean -location was isolated from main road ,hence its more quite and serene .But to take Didi , required to walk outside 2 min and wait for taxis . -Washing machine x2 and dryer x2 .Detergent is prepared as well . -Walk to Changbaishan North required about 8 min walking. Took Didi to Enduli and Genting Market, you can walk for around 12-15 min to reach the commercial area . -shower and toilet bowl is in separate room -lift is ok ,not too fast or slow .big to accomodate 4 people with luggages . This is by far my most flavored hotel i stayed in my entire trip .

I would definitely stay here again if I visit changbaishan in the future. Unfortunately the mountain was closed due to weather, but the driver that the hotel sent to pick us up from the train station helped us to arrange a car to take us to scenic spots the next day, making sure we still had a great trip! The breakfast was simple and delicious, and the room felt luxurious and comfortable.

I like the service at the hotel. We went to the hot spring and the staffs were really friendly and helpful . The male elderly staff sent me proper shoes and gave me towel when I wanted to move to the outdoor pool. We could communicate via WeChat with the front desk and that helped us quite a fair bit when our shower was at too high a temperature. The front desk staff has also given us some useful advice. The loft bed may be a challenge for elderly as the steps to the loft bed are a bit high.
