This hotel continues to amaze me. It’s super clean, the location is perfect and the staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming. Any problems you the staff quickly assist and solve them for you. I ordered takeout and I put the wrong address, but the staff helped by venturing through the rain to get my from the wrong location. The service is exemplary. All the staff are equally helpful, warm and patient. Not to mention, the room was spacious and with all the amenities one can ask for.

Erdaobaihe is a really sweet, cozy little town. Although it’s not located in the main town area, it is just opposite the beautiful pine forest, which makes the surroundings very peaceful. There are free buses available to travel within the town, which is very convenient. However, as we can’t read Chinese, we mostly relied on Didi instead. Getting a Didi can be a bit challenging due to the limited number of drivers, but as long as you’re willing to wait 5–15 minutes, you should be able to get one. The people in the town are very warm and welcoming. We visited Enduli, and it was absolutely wonderful and truly memorable. The morning view from our room was magical. The room itself was spacious, and the bathroom was equipped with a smart toilet with a heated seat, which was a nice touch. There was a small issue where we found a strand of hair on the bed when we opened the bedsheet. We didn’t make a fuss as I had my own disposable bedsheet prepared. Despite this minor incident, the overall stay was wonderful. What really made this place special was Aunty Wu. She was always there for us and even woke up at 6am just to bid us goodbye. When we were looking for laundry services, she kindly offered to wash our clothes in-house. With my OCD, I was especially touched that she even warmed my laundry bag for me - such a thoughtful gesture. Will definitely be back

Very good overall stay. The hotel is clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. The only downside was the self-service laundry facilities, which were quite limited and not very well maintained. Aside from that, a positive experience.

近年來較少預訂民宿，但這次二道白河鎮選擇松澗小隱應該是非常正確的選擇：二道白河7月份住宿價格普遍偏高，普通的連鎖酒店、品牌酒店價格都不低，與之相比差不多價位松澗小隱有樂趣很多。 1、該民宿地理位置鬧中取靜，在一個安靜的小區裏，距離恩都裏、秋沙鴨公園、長白山北坡集散中心均很近，步行十多分鐘均可到達。到小區的路上，過二道白河一座小橋，能看到一大片大菊花田，明黃明黃，美麗而光明熱烈的感覺。 2、房間設施周全，乾淨衞生，一樓有免費洗衣機及烘乾機，且效果嘎嘎好。早餐是一份一份固定的，清粥鹹菜雞蛋饅頭，雖不驚艷，但也滿足，土豆絲、豆腐、海帶味道均不錯。 3、民宿前台小哥哥小姐姐服務相當熱情，到達前一天主動問是否需要高鐵接站；到達後主動介紹二道白河、長白山各種好吃好玩的。 4、有免費的咖啡，最讓小朋友高興的民宿竟然有免費的冷飲，必須贊一個。另外民宿有個自己的小院子，可盪鞦韆，發呆，清晨或傍晚，院子裏坐着非常愜意。

She was enthusiastic and proactive, offering detailed advice on local attractions and how to navigate Changbai Mountain. The seamless service began the moment I arrived at the train station. The hotel provided a pickup service, and the staff greeted me warmly before escorting me directly to the hotel. Personalized Care and Communication Upon arrival, Annie was there to welcome me. She gave me expert advice on how to visit the national park and remained available to assist me throughout my entire stay. If you are worried about the language barrier, don't be! We communicated easily via WeChat and translation apps. She truly looked after me until the very moment I boarded the shuttle back to the train station. Excellence in Every Detail In terms of cleanliness, service, and food, I give this hotel a perfect score of 1,000,000/1,000,000. Everything was flawless.

-room was big and comfy , i like the toilet seat where its automated. Balcony is lovely too .Floor inside the room is well ventilated with heater. TV was huge and good quality . -breakfast was ok , everyday was quite the same kind of breakfast with some changes .Food was good .No coffee and tea , only water and soybean -location was isolated from main road ,hence its more quite and serene .But to take Didi , required to walk outside 2 min and wait for taxis . -Washing machine x2 and dryer x2 .Detergent is prepared as well . -Walk to Changbaishan North required about 8 min walking. Took Didi to Enduli and Genting Market, you can walk for around 12-15 min to reach the commercial area . -shower and toilet bowl is in separate room -lift is ok ,not too fast or slow .big to accomodate 4 people with luggages . This is by far my most flavored hotel i stayed in my entire trip .

The hotel was very good. Since we were planning to go to 长白山seeing 天池, we also booked breakfast. That was also very good. Like all the Atours hotels we've stayed at so far, it was clean, and the shower was very convenient. The staff was friendly and competent.

I like the service at the hotel. We went to the hot spring and the staffs were really friendly and helpful . The male elderly staff sent me proper shoes and gave me towel when I wanted to move to the outdoor pool. We could communicate via WeChat with the front desk and that helped us quite a fair bit when our shower was at too high a temperature. The front desk staff has also given us some useful advice. The loft bed may be a challenge for elderly as the steps to the loft bed are a bit high.

Very helpful host. Arranged complementary pickup fr HSR station, booked transport and tickets to attractions, etc. Prompt response on WeChat. Unit is clean and spacious as per photos. However unit is on 7th floor and elevator only gets to 6th floor. Washing machine is a semi automatic mini unit that is outside the apt. U need to move it into your unit and it up for use. It works, but just a bit of hassle. Since it is a unit for 4 person, it’ll be nice to have more laundry / clothing hanging space. Location is at a quiet / new part of Erdaobaihe. But easy to walk to eating spots.
