Best hotel I've ever stayed at! Location is great, public transport right in front of the hotel, lots of shops and restaurants close by. All the staff (reception, cleaners, housekeepers, etc) were very friendly and wonderful. They greeted you every time they see you. The room was always clean. I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if I visit Kaifeng.

I had a very nice 4 nights stay in the hotel. The position is not central in the city but it’s very well connected with bus transports and it’s easy to get to the center quickly. At the hoteI was always able to find some personnel that could speak English, which is very important to me, being a foreigner. The room, including the bathroom, was always clean, the furniture nice, the food good, I especially appreciated the breakfast with a lot of choice, both sweet and not. I didn’t take advantage of everything the hotel had to offer because of lack of time since I came to attend a conference, but I’m over all very satisfied with my stay.

I would rate this hotel as average. Disappointed that no one at the registration desk spoke English. Room had a lovely view (12th floor) but wallpaper was torn and patched with large stickers. I had to ask for our room to be tidied (dump trash, fresh towels, more water bottles). Ladies at the breakfast buffet where very nice and welcoming -- knew basic English. The location is decent -- close to many restaurants, snack street/night market. Easy to get Didi or Taxi. Probably would not stay there again.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms are high-end, comfortable, and clean. While smoking is permitted in the hotel, I was pleased to find that my room did not have a smoky smell. The staff was attentive to our needs, and the breakfast offered a good selection. However, I found that some essential services for foreigners were lacking. For example, assistance with booking a taxi, sending packages, or arranging tours was not available. I was surprised that some essential services were not included, especially given the number of staff available to assist with carrying luggage and opening doors. This was a missed opportunity to enhance the overall guest experience which is something other hotels in China typically offer at no extra cost. Overall, while the hotel itself is nice, I believe it could benefit from providing these additional services to enhance the guest experience.

很多細節可以對標五星的酒店了，服務人員包括保潔阿姨，都非常專業、禮貌。在整個開封，屬於比較有格調的酒店，價格合理。到清明上河園步行2km的樣子，位置也可。門口一個大停車場，適合自駕。早餐種類還行，味道ok，看着新鮮、清爽。非常推薦。ps，酒店旁邊有個順德排檔味道真心不錯哈哈還便宜。

設施：比較完善 衞生：還不錯 環境：還闊以 今天剛好和朋友出去吃飯，路過同仁四季被迎賓小姐姐燦爛的笑容給迷住了，走進了，不管是店長還是服務員都很有禮貌的熱情問好，走到位置服務員很貼心把凳子輕輕挪開，告訴我們怎麼點餐，也會很主動的跟我們説買什麼更划算，主動倒茶水，主動換碟子，主動加水，主動給我們下菜[贊][贊]環境也是蠻讚的，適合拍照。 吃飯過程中，發現菜品上有臟東西，跟服務員反應，也很有禮貌的跑過來跟我們説，不好意思，當時我朋友剛想説那這怎麼解決，這時沒想到就一個人跑過來不知道是店長還是服務員就跟我們説給我們每人送了一瓶飲料，那我覺得很細心很周到[鼓掌][鼓掌] 我們吃完飯要走的時候，服務員很有禮貌的點了點頭笑了笑指着方向告訴我們帶好自己的個人物品，告訴我們，到那裡去賣單，讓我覺得這個服務員很有禮貌很親切。[比心][比心][比心]

這家酒店給我留下了很深的印象，大廳很大，也很温馨，前台服務非常棒，感覺是用心真誠的服務，停車很方便，房間的床品非常舒服，語音智能設施很好用，淋浴水流很大水温舒適沖澡非常舒服，衞生狀況很到位，還有健身房和洗衣服很方便的，最主要的這個房價的性價比非常高，酒店環境非常寬敞，環境很有文化內涵並且離清明上河園和萬歲山景區很近，再來開封必須首選，推薦推薦！

在開封旅遊三天，入住花千樹酒店，自有停車場，早餐豐富，工作人員服務熱情周到，到清明上河園，夜市，包公祠等景點很近，智能語音控制房間，機器人配送外賣方便，房間乾淨整潔，衞生間浴室乾濕分離。特色項目有贈送的中葯舒緩泡腳， 按摩椅按摩，還送了小點心，酸奶。是體驗最好的一家店了，性價比高，氛圍很好，讓人感覺很舒服😁下次到開封還入住。

新開的酒店，衞生環境還可以，標間雙床是靠馬路邊的，隔音不好，早上5.6點都醒了，外面車子聲音太大。房間環境挺新現代化，淋浴洗澡很舒服，水壓很大。去萬歲山也方便，4公里左右。
