A few things: first, compared to some other Airbnbs in this part of Kenting, this one is a bit closer to the ”main street” area and the beaches, but it is also quite close to the ”Sail Rock,” which is actually I think even prettier to look at than the beaches. There is indeed a beach nearby too though not as popular for swimming and surfing and so forth due to rocks nearby. There is a 7/11 close by, and a few restaurants, though I did not try them out. You will probably end up taking a bus or biking over to the busier part of Kenting for food. But, since there is a beach right there, if you book the room with the sea view, this means you can enjoy the beach view from the apartment, which I think is great and not really all that common even among the nicer hotels in the area. There is also a ”bath/hot tub” that you can use to enjoy the view, which I think makes it more comfortable since it can be quite hot outside so you can sit there and cool off. The owner is also nice and he can pick you up from Xiaowan if you come from the 9189 bus. Otherwise you can take the 9188 bus directly to the Airbnb without much walking, which is also very convenient. In fact this was the main reason why I picked the place, which I imagine would also be suitable for the other rooms as well though they wouldnt have as nice a view of course. One note is that even with air conditioning on it can be somewhat warm due to the windows on all sides so its best to run the fans to help increase air circulation and stay cool inside. There's also a speaker you can make use of to play your tunes.

Splendid resort with fabulous breadfast and perfect location. The breakfast spread is wide, ranging from the local Taiwan porridge with plenty of delicious side dishes to cooked food, assorted bread and western breakfasts. It's open till 11am daily. Resort is a mere 5 mins walk to xiao wan beach and the night market. For those who don't drive, there is a bus stop outside the resort serving local bus and bus to kaohsiung. Cleanliness is definitely above average and the staffs are always wearing a smile and greets us which definitely makes us feel welcomed. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for place to stay in kenting.

I had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly, the hotel had great access, and the location was very strategic. I got a room on the 3rd floor with an amazing beach view. The room was spacious, and the decoration was modern and not overdone. Truly highly recommended.this is the view from the balcony

Staff is super helpful, friendly and willing to help. Hotel itself is Taiwan traditional building and close to two buffet restaurants. A unique experience.

Very Clean. Conveniently located. Right next to an ebike rental shop. It is very good in my opinion. I would certainly stay there again. The only point to be noted is that the check-in time is pretty late, and there is no reception open all the time. Thankfully I was able to call the hotel and speak mandarin to get the code to the hotel and also check-in earlier.

Die Anlage wirkte auf Anhieb einladend, sehr freundliches Personal, kostenlos Kaffee, Wasser und Tee in der Lobby, Zimmer geräumig, Meerblick & kleiner Balkon, das Bad war etwas älter und es gab kein ganz kaltes Wasser, großes Bett mit für uns zu weicher Matratze, zum Frühstück bekamen wir um 8 Uhr Milktea & Burger in die Lobby geliefert,

第一天住野營親子客房，臨時續住菁英兩大床房 優點：親子客房空間大，浴室不能說很大，勉強夠用，有贈送兒童洗沐，親子房有送水跟可樂（雖然是個人喜好，但既然是親子房飯店內又有泳池，感覺運動飲料更適合一點（？）距離海生館很近，附近吃食很多，冷氣很強。菁英兩大床空間也還不錯，浴室跟野營長得一樣。怡樂園空間蠻大的。室內泳池推推！對幼兒來講很足夠，我看很多國小生也玩得很開心。免費租借浮板，也有充氣設備。飯店服務人員都算友善。 缺點：地下停車場動線不好，停滿了有室外停車場，check in16:00，但很多人提早到（可能1500之類的）可以先選早餐時段，如果太晚去就剩0700那趟..其他時段就要排候補，0700真的有夠早的，但也可以算是第一批使用泳池跟遊戲室啦。我住的兩間房間床頭都只有一個插頭，另一張床沒有，有點不方便，隔音設備普通，親子飯店真的很難避免小孩聲音，但有些家長真的待加強，都超過22:00也不會提醒小聲，任由孩子在走廊大喊跑跳，第一天住的野營在靠近邊間，算安靜，但半夜常常有很大的水聲不知道是什麼，第二天住在電梯旁邊，但不會聽到機械聲，電視好小一台，我住的房型沒有YT頻道，水壓雖強，但週六可能卡在尖峰時段，水溫一下熱一下燙，小孩一直哇哇叫的，遊戲室設備較老舊，很多東西壞掉，沙坑的玩具建議換一下，有些塑膠玩具斷了的地方偏尖銳，今日室內泳池的水溫偏涼，小孩玩到後面說會冷，我也覺得有點涼。早餐普通。

We were there for 2 nights. Room was big enough. However, I had to bring my own water, there was no coffees no breakfast... it seems room fare is too high compare to there services! Basically there was no services except one cleaner came to change the towels!

Ottima sistemazione a Kenting Arch, vicino alla fermata del bus per Kaohsiung, stanza pulita e spaziosa , personale cordiale. Consiglio a tuttI questa struttura.

What an awesome place! My family thoroughly enjoyed it! There are so many activities to do at the place that it makes it so convenient if you have a child. I only wish that the pool times were longer.
