"The hotel services are great. Reception is supportive and provides all the info we ask regardless of the hotel or the national park. They also make me a noodle on my birthday. As a scenic lover, The view is amazing. Truth to be told, no hotel around here beat Dainn Hotel which is locate at the front of this area (Siguniang mountain with river with nothing in between ie. Building). But !!! beside Siguniang view, this hotel offer another view of this area, opposite side of Dainn with almost just as beautiful (with river and nothing in between). You can say that only Dainn and this hotel the best places to enjoy thier corresponding view."

"From the moment we arrived, we were already impressed with this hotel. There were two staff members waiting to welcome us at the entrance, helping with our luggage and explaining everything clearly. Their English was excellent, and the service was honestly one of the best parts of our stay. The hotel itself is incredibly charming and cozy. The decoration feels warm and friendly, with a lovely balcony area in front filled with beautiful flowers and plants. Our room was very clean, the bed was super soft and comfortable, and we could see the mountains right from the window. The floor heating was also a big plus and made the room extra cozy at night. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the food. The yak hotpot was AMAZING. The clear soup was filled with wild mushrooms, Chinese red dates, goji berries, and spices that blended together perfectly. The dipping sauce was the real star — we asked for refills so many times because it was just that good! The matsutake mushroom fried rice was also super fragrant and generously portioned. Please don’t miss the hotel’s homemade yak milk barley yogurt. It was seriously delicious — sweet and slightly sour, topped with popping barley grains that gave such a fun texture. Their milk teas were also fantastic, especially the rose milk tea which smelled like a whole bouquet of roses, and the barley milk tea was equally good. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. They helped arrange local taxis for us to Suangqiaogou entrance and the bus station, and they always tried their best to help with everything we asked for. Everyone was so warm and caring. Overall, if I ever come back to Siguniangshan, I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend everyone to spend at least one night here — this place made our trip even more special."

"The hotel is right next to the road of the scenic bus, so its easy to arrive. The rooms are also very nice and fully heated. I felt really sick due to altitude and decided to leave a day earlier and the hotel offered to refund me that day, which is really appreciated. Minor complain/suggestions is that the hotel didnt have any pill/tea to help with altitude sickness and also that the dinner is quite expensive for what it is (46 euros). Still it is a very good option if you want to spend a night within the national park."

"English review (polished & natural): ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If there were 10 stars, I would definitely give this hotel all 10. Honestly, I don’t even know where to begin, because everything was simply amazing. The location is very convenient, close to Shuangqiao Valley. The hotel itself is beautiful and modern. The heating system works quickly and efficiently, keeping the room very warm, which is extremely important in this area. Oxygen is also provided whenever we had health issues due to the altitude — there was truly nothing missing. During our entire trip from Chengdu until arriving here, this was the first time we met a host who spoke excellent English. She was incredibly kind, patient, and caring. Her husband even drove us around after our original booking was already completed. For the next day, I had booked another hotel. Although the room rate was higher, their conditions were unreasonable, and they even refused to provide transportation. Because we are not familiar with the local language, the owner of ShanShangShan Hotel and her husband went out of their way to help us and communicate on our behalf. In the end, ShanShangShan was the one who took care of us and gave us a ride. Now, as I am lying in another hotel writing this review, I truly regret not staying longer at ShanShangShan. The food here was also delicious, and the chef was extremely friendly and lovely. We felt incredibly comfortable, happy, and relaxed during our stay. Every corner of the room was carefully prepared, thoughtful, and very convenient. This hotel is not just a place to stay — it genuinely feels like being taken care of."

"Kami sepatutnya tinggal di salah satu penginapan di Kawasan Indah Lembah Shuangqiao tetapi rancangan itu gagal apabila kami mengetahui bahawa kami akan terkunci di dalam sepanjang penginapan kami kerana keperluan tiket masuk dan kami tidak dibenarkan memandu kereta kami masuk. Kerana terdesak, kami menempah bilik di homestay ini dan ia ternyata menjadi salah satu penginapan yang paling tidak dapat dilupakan yang pernah kami alami. Tidak seperti hotel dan homestay biasa, yang satu ini menonjolkan ciri unik dan layanan mesra mereka Bilik yang kami tinggali adalah hangat dan selesa, serta-merta membuatkan kami berasa seperti di rumah sendiri. Musim sejuk di Gunung Siguniang adalah ajaib seperti biasa, dengan cahaya matahari yang terang pada waktu siang dan malam yang damai. Kami menghabiskan masa di kawasan teh di bilik kami, menghirup teh, berbual, dan menikmati bintang. Ia adalah gabungan sempurna antara kelonggaran dan keselesaan. "I stayed at the Siguniang Mountain Panoramic Snow View Oxygen Peace of Mind Hotel in early June, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The absolute highlight of our stay was the incredible male staff member who looked after us. He was a super generous host who went completely above and beyond! He patiently answered every single one of our endless inquiries and, out of the pure kindness of his heart, drove us everywhere we needed to go. His hospitality made our trip so much smoother and more memorable. The hotel itself is stunning and spotlessly clean inside. Even though it was June, the room remained beautifully cool and comfortable despite having no air conditioning—a true testament to the great design and pleasant mountain air. I cannot recommend this place enough and would absolutely come back again. Thank you for making our stay so special!"

"โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ใกล้ทางเข้าฉางผิงโกวเพียง 700 เมตร เดินไปจากโรงแรมเพียง 15 นาที มีอาหารเช้าและกาแฟชาช่วงบ่าย ทางโรงแรมช่วยจัดหารถบริการไปทางเข้าฉวงเชียวโกว และเรียกรถรับกลับโรงแรม ระเบียงห้องด้านหน้าวิวสวยเหมือนยุโรป อ่างนํ้าร้อนมีม่านปิดกั้นเป็นส่วนตัว ทางโรงแรมยังช่วยหารถเหมากลับเข้าเมืองเฉิงตูแต่เจอคนขับค่อนข้างขับรถเร็วมากแอบหวาดเสียว"

"21年酒店還在建設中去過一次，就一直夢想有機會去體驗一次，這次終於如願以償。入住服務到位，早餐豐富，午餐晚餐也可以有很好的選擇，下午茶和晚上圍爐煮茶讓人驚喜，還意外拍到了在天空翱翔的老鷹🦅。傍晚時分拍了一組滿意的個人照片，早上六點過起來拍了日出延時攝影……真的不枉此行。"

"B&B yang kami tempah kali ini benar-benar menakjubkan. Pertama sekali, ia mempunyai lokasi yang hebat, terletak di sebelah lembah sungai, dengan pemandangan yang menakjubkan dan suasana yang tenang! Ia juga sangat mudah untuk keluar makan dan menaiki bas, dengan pemandu sentiasa menjemput kami di depan pintu kami! Bilik yang kami tempah juga menakjubkan. Ia besar, dan kerana kami mempunyai dua orang dewasa dan dua kanak-kanak, bilik yang lebih besar sangat membantu. Tingkap dari lantai ke siling menawarkan pemandangan yang hebat, malah terdapat skrin tayangan yang besar, jadi anak-anak menonton filem yang menarik. Saya terutamanya ingin menyebut nyonya rumah, yang sangat mengalu-alukan dan menunjukkan kepada kami cara untuk berkeliling dan makan. Dia juga menjemput kami di Changpinggou. Hari itu di Shuangqiaogou, kami memetik banyak cendawan, tetapi memandangkan restoran tidak memprosesnya untuk kami, nyonya rumah dengan baik hati meminjamkan dapurnya kepada kami dan malah memberi kami buah-buahan untuk dinikmati selepas itu. Ia benar-benar indah. Saya pasti akan tinggal di sini lagi lain kali saya pergi ke Gunung Siguniang 👍😆"
