One of the most incredible hotel we have stayed in! Breathtaking and excellent views of Siguniang mountains and a stream from the moment you stepped into the lobby. The rooms are exactly as advertised, with zero obstruction of the snowcapped mountains - spectacular views from the room windows! We were worried that the pictures from the booking page would differ but it was exactly the same. The hospitality at the hotel was top notch, extremely bespoke to one's comfort and at the same time very homely and warm. We even got a free upgrade to the best rooms in the property and they even took the effort to celebrate one of our birthday which happened to coincide with our stay. The two hotel owners (张哥和冷哥), as well as the staff treated us like family, with lovely meals at the hotel (their breakfast noodles were yummy!), recommendations on how best to tour Siguniang mountain valleys and even bringing us to the local convenience stores in the nearby town. Do not hesitate to reach out to the owners to arrange for a horse to be brought to the property for a photoshoot - the pictures on a horse with the mountains in the backdrop are stunning! All in all, this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in and we will definitely be back! Highly recommended for anyone who wants a relaxing get away with jaw dropping views of Siguniang mountains and the best hospitality that Sichuan can offer!

This place completely exceeded our expectations. The room was incredibly clean and beautifully designed, with a very cozy atmosphere that made us feel relaxed the moment we stepped in. The bed was extremely comfortable we slept so well every night. The view was absolutely stunning. Waking up to such breathtaking scenery every morning was truly unforgettable and made the stay even more special. The service was outstanding. The staff were super friendly, warm, and genuinely caring. They took excellent care of us and were always happy to help. They kindly recommended many delicious local restaurants and shared great tips on beautiful places to visit around Rilong, which made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. The location is also very convenient,staff always bring us to wherever we want to go . Overall, this was an amazing stay, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place in Rilong Town. Highly recommended we would definitely stay here again!

Highly highly highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious with an AMAZING view. The room is very high tech with a smart toilet and super fancy shower. Its location is excellent as it is in the town, so super close to restaurants and shops. Excellent cost to value. Loved staying here, highly recommend.

Cozy mountain homestay with amazing hospitality and service from its staff 😍 the location is unbeatable with its mountain views and the room itself is well-designed and comfortable. We really appreciated how kind and helpful the staff were during our stay, really taking care of us and treating us so well (especially when getting used to the altitude). This hotel is excellent! The owner is extremely kind and friendly. The service is outstanding, and the rooms are very clean. It’s close to the park—you can even walk there. There are plenty of food options around the hotel. It was a very pleasant experience being welcomed by the staff upon our arrival at the hotel. They kindly helped carry our bags and luggage from the car into the hotel. Every question was answered patiently and sincerely, even though we faced a communication barrier and had to rely on Google Translate and WeChat translation. When we asked about nearby halal food, they were very helpful in recommending restaurants. Although our room did not include breakfast, they generously prepared simple Muslim-friendly breakfast items for us such as corn, porridge, and boiled eggs. We truly appreciated their kindness and thoughtfulness. Before we left for our journey home, they even gave us a small souvenir as a goodbye gift and asked us to visit again in the future. Unfortunately, we forgot to take photos with the especially kind staff members; one gentleman and one lady who made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended for their sincerity and excellent hospitality. Thank you very much. With such wonderful service, we will definitely stay here again if we visit Siguniang Mountain in the future. p/s: Siguniang is a beautiful place to visit!

The staff really took care of us. Location is also great, very close to Chongpinggou entrance. Every room also comes with an Oxygen producer. It is very new for us!

Saya dan rakan saya memandu ke sini. Kami nampak hotel ini ada tempat letak kereta percuma, jadi kami tanya pemiliknya. Katanya tempat letak kereta memang banyak. Pemiliknya siap pesan suruh kami datang awal sebab mungkin ada kabus pada waktu malam. Baik hati sungguh! Bila kami sampai, pemiliknya tolong angkat bagasi dan tolong parkir kereta. Servis memang terbaik! Dia juga cadangkan restoran mana yang sedap dan mana yang patut dielakkan. Sangat disyorkan, kawan-kawan patut cuba!

Homestay di Gunung Siguniang sungguh menakjubkan! Bilik ini bersih dan luas, dengan pemandangan indah pergunungan yang dilitupi salji di luar tingkap. Perkhidmatan ini mesra dan penuh perhatian, membuatkan orang berasa hangat. Kemudahannya lengkap dan penginapan sangat selesa. Selain itu, lokasinya adalah unggul dan perjalanan adalah mudah, yang sangat mudah untuk mendaki dan bersiar-siar. Sangat disyorkan kepada setiap pengembara yang datang ke Gunung Siguniang!
