One of the most incredible hotel we have stayed in! Breathtaking and excellent views of Siguniang mountains and a stream from the moment you stepped into the lobby. The rooms are exactly as advertised, with zero obstruction of the snowcapped mountains - spectacular views from the room windows! We were worried that the pictures from the booking page would differ but it was exactly the same. The hospitality at the hotel was top notch, extremely bespoke to one's comfort and at the same time very homely and warm. We even got a free upgrade to the best rooms in the property and they even took the effort to celebrate one of our birthday which happened to coincide with our stay. The two hotel owners (张哥和冷哥), as well as the staff treated us like family, with lovely meals at the hotel (their breakfast noodles were yummy!), recommendations on how best to tour Siguniang mountain valleys and even bringing us to the local convenience stores in the nearby town. Do not hesitate to reach out to the owners to arrange for a horse to be brought to the property for a photoshoot - the pictures on a horse with the mountains in the backdrop are stunning! All in all, this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in and we will definitely be back! Highly recommended for anyone who wants a relaxing get away with jaw dropping views of Siguniang mountains and the best hospitality that Sichuan can offer!

This place completely exceeded our expectations. The room was incredibly clean and beautifully designed, with a very cozy atmosphere that made us feel relaxed the moment we stepped in. The bed was extremely comfortable we slept so well every night. The view was absolutely stunning. Waking up to such breathtaking scenery every morning was truly unforgettable and made the stay even more special. The service was outstanding. The staff were super friendly, warm, and genuinely caring. They took excellent care of us and were always happy to help. They kindly recommended many delicious local restaurants and shared great tips on beautiful places to visit around Rilong, which made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. The location is also very convenient,staff always bring us to wherever we want to go . Overall, this was an amazing stay, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place in Rilong Town. Highly recommended we would definitely stay here again!

It was a very pleasant experience being welcomed by the staff upon our arrival at the hotel. They kindly helped carry our bags and luggage from the car into the hotel. Every question was answered patiently and sincerely, even though we faced a communication barrier and had to rely on Google Translate and WeChat translation. When we asked about nearby halal food, they were very helpful in recommending restaurants. Although our room did not include breakfast, they generously prepared simple Muslim-friendly breakfast items for us such as corn, porridge, and boiled eggs. We truly appreciated their kindness and thoughtfulness. Before we left for our journey home, they even gave us a small souvenir as a goodbye gift and asked us to visit again in the future. Unfortunately, we forgot to take photos with the especially kind staff members; one gentleman and one lady who made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended for their sincerity and excellent hospitality. Thank you very much. With such wonderful service, we will definitely stay here again if we visit Siguniang Mountain in the future. p/s: Siguniang is a beautiful place to visit!

It had an incredible stay at this hotel! We booked a room for 4 people through Trip.com for only 1,6xx THB, and the value was beyond expectations. Highlights: • The Room: Huge, modern, and very comfortable. It easily accommodated our group. • Amazing Perks: We were treated to complimentary fresh milk, a relaxing bath bomb, and a delicious Afternoon Tea set (Barley Butter Coffee/Tea). • Location: Perfect for visiting Siguniang Mountain (Four Sisters Mountain). It’s only a 10-15 minute drive to the park entrance. • Service: The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Although there was a language barrier, we communicated easily using translation apps. • Breakfast: A simple and healthy spread with fresh milk, coffee, mantou, dim sum, steamed pumpkin/sweet potato, and boiled eggs. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a premium experience at an affordable price. I would definitely stay here again!

Cozy mountain homestay with amazing hospitality and service from its staff 😍 the location is unbeatable with its mountain views and the room itself is well-designed and comfortable. We really appreciated how kind and helpful the staff were during our stay, really taking care of us and treating us so well (especially when getting used to the altitude). We will definitely stay here again if we get the chance to visit Siguniang area once more! 🏔️

This hotel is excellent! The owner is extremely kind and friendly. The service is outstanding, and the rooms are very clean. It’s close to the park—you can even walk there. There are plenty of food options around the hotel. The owner is nice and friendly. Give is a free upgrade room. Allows us to check out at 2pm. The room is nice with a heater floor Kalau naik bas, Cuma bila sampai korang better ambik taxi untuk ke hotel. Walking distance dia agak jauh yee dari station bas ke hotel. Nk ke changping valley pon sama. Everywhere you nak pi mana better arrange dengan taxi siap siap mintak owner arrangekan. Overall enjoy our stay here. Thankssssss

The whole hotel and room looks beautiful and clean. However, we had 2 issues with it. We booked a non-smoking room and upon checking in we could smell a cigarette smell. While we thought the smell would go away/ we could get used to it (we are non-smokers), the cigarette smell was really strong. We spoke to the front desk and understood that the hotel was fully booked so we could not change room but we were so gaslighted by the front desk — she came into our room & said she could not smell ANYTHING but only air fresheners smells but cmon, it was 2 people smelling the same thing and my clothes reeked of smoke smell the next day when we moved to another hotel. It’s fine that the hotel was fully booked and we could not change room but this does not mean you should flatly turn down guests and insist on 0 cigarette smell. Rather, simply acknowledging it and performing service recovery could be sufficient. Due to this, we had a really bad stay. Also, hotel was not easy to find, the Google maps location showed that the hotel was at the road side but you have to go up a slope to find it, just FYI for guests.

Saya dan rakan saya memandu ke sini. Kami nampak hotel ini ada tempat letak kereta percuma, jadi kami tanya pemiliknya. Katanya tempat letak kereta memang banyak. Pemiliknya siap pesan suruh kami datang awal sebab mungkin ada kabus pada waktu malam. Baik hati sungguh! Bila kami sampai, pemiliknya tolong angkat bagasi dan tolong parkir kereta. Servis memang terbaik! Dia juga cadangkan restoran mana yang sedap dan mana yang patut dielakkan. Sangat disyorkan, kawan-kawan patut cuba!

B&B ini sangat bagus. Anda boleh melihat salji di atas gunung dengan membuka tingkap. Bilik ini juga sangat bersih dan mempunyai pemanasan lantai yang mencukupi. Ia tidak jauh dari Shuangqiaogou dan Changpinggou serta tempat-tempat indah yang lain! Perkara yang paling penting ialah Potato, anjing di B&B, sangat comel! Disyorkan! !
