"We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is excellent—just a short walk from LiuXing Street, supermarkets, restaurants, and various shops. It's also conveniently located near the bus station, making it easy to visit places like Sayram Lake. The hotel kindly arranged a pick-up from the train station upon our arrival, which was very helpful. While there was no drop-off service available for our early departure, we understood that the shuttle service only starts operating from 9:00 a.m. Overall, it's a great place to stay, especially for travelers who value convenience and accessibility. Highly recommended!"

"We stayed at Hilton Hampton Yining for one night. The hotel is clean and new, we really like the smart technology used in the rooms - like the automatic blinds system and the ability to open a window for fresh air if you feel like it. Otherwise the aircon is perfect and allows you to adjust the temperatures according to your liking. This is a rare find when some hotels set the temperature centrally. We had to travel to Nalati the next day, but as we visited during off peak season the tour buses didn’t operate. 小妮 Julie and the team from the front desk helped us arrange a private ride , this really helped us with our travels! Thank you. We liked the breakfast offering a variety of meal options, the drinks in the atrium are also great. We enjoyed the stay."

"We stayed in this hotel for three consecutive nights. The quality of the staff's service and hotel's amenities far exceeded my expectations. Room is spacious, clean, layout of the room very good and room facilities was excellent. Bathroom / toilet : - four towel rails and 2 wall mounted hooks for clothing - more than adequate shelf space for new towels - Well located twin toilet roll holders - Push button on / off valve for shower mixer tap which is super efficient for use without turning of knobs and unwanted water temperature fluctuations - room size is very comfortable, more than adequate for walking freely in the room even though there was a writing table and swivel chair in it - number of electric power sockets provided was far more than adequate - wash basin counter top space was generous - kettle area cabinet was also provided - suitably sized luggage rack - comfortable bed size and mattresses - room door has indicator of direction to the elevator - well located mini fridge - cordless hand phone charging facilities in room - superb laundry facilities and unexpected service of staff transferring washed clothes to tumble dryer and delivering dried clothes to our room - great variety of food provided in the restaurant for breakfast - hotel reception staff and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful - free night porridge provided - hotel is within walkable distance to Liuxing Street - many shops and restaurants near hotel - we enjoyed staying in the hotel room when we don't want be exposed to the sun outside We are more than satisfied staying in this hotel. After we checked out to head to Tekes, we returned to stay in this hotel again for a second time - we intend to stay in Atour hotel in Turpan when we get there later as we felt so comfortable with this hotel - we recommend this hotel for your stay when you visit Yining"

"It is comfortable to stay, but there is a slight smoking smell. Bed and pillow are comfortable. Only 1 pillow per person. There is cable tv, including a chinese movie channel and an English movie channel (Spiderman was showing). There is a watercooler in the lobby so you can help yourself to drinking water."

"My wife and I stayed at the Fairfield by Marriott Yining from April 1st to April 8th, 2026, and it was a truly wonderful experience. Having spent an entire week here, we can confidently say this is one of the best choices for travelers visiting Yining. We stayed in the ”Improved Twin Room with 2 Double Beds.” The room was incredibly spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. Having two large beds provided extra comfort, and the bedding was of high quality, ensuring we had a great night's sleep every single night. The room design is very functional, with plenty of charging ports, a great shower, and all the amenities you would expect from the Marriott brand. The location is excellent—it’s a great base for exploring the city and the surrounding natural beauty of the Ili region. What impressed us most was the staff. From the moment we checked in, we felt genuinely welcomed. Even with the language barrier at times, the team went above and beyond to help us with our requests, using translation apps and showing great patience and kindness. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of both local and international options, which was a perfect start to our days. Overall, this hotel combines international standards with warm, local hospitality. If you are coming to Yining for a few days or a full week like us, look no further. We will definitely be back!
