"We stayed in this hotel for three consecutive nights. The quality of the staff's service and hotel's amenities far exceeded my expectations. Room is spacious, clean, layout of the room very good and room facilities was excellent. Bathroom / toilet : - four towel rails and 2 wall mounted hooks for clothing - more than adequate shelf space for new towels - Well located twin toilet roll holders - Push button on / off valve for shower mixer tap which is super efficient for use without turning of knobs and unwanted water temperature fluctuations - room size is very comfortable, more than adequate for walking freely in the room even though there was a writing table and swivel chair in it - number of electric power sockets provided was far more than adequate - wash basin counter top space was generous - kettle area cabinet was also provided - suitably sized luggage rack - comfortable bed size and mattresses - room door has indicator of direction to the elevator - well located mini fridge - cordless hand phone charging facilities in room - superb laundry facilities and unexpected service of staff transferring washed clothes to tumble dryer and delivering dried clothes to our room - great variety of food provided in the restaurant for breakfast - hotel reception staff and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful - free night porridge provided - hotel is within walkable distance to Liuxing Street - many shops and restaurants near hotel - we enjoyed staying in the hotel room when we don't want be exposed to the sun outside We are more than satisfied staying in this hotel. After we checked out to head to Tekes, we returned to stay in this hotel again for a second time - we intend to stay in Atour hotel in Turpan when we get there later as we felt so comfortable with this hotel - we recommend this hotel for your stay when you visit Yining"

"Clean hostel, comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Common room equipped with all kinds of games, computer, projector. It is located near Yining North Station. The staff is very friendly and helpful."

"Saya sangat menyesal menginap di Atour Hotel pada malam terakhir kami di Yining City. Mereka sangat prihatin dan menaik taraf kami kepada bilik ibu bapa dan anak, yang menjadikan malam terakhir kami di Yining sangat selesa. Bilik itu masih luas dan selesa. Tidak perlu memperkenalkan terlalu banyak tentang peralatan tempat tidur Atour, yang sentiasa menghilangkan keletihan seharian dan tidak pernah mengecewakan kami! "Great location near iIl Bus Terminal for Almaty buses. Morning staff were helpful and upgraded my room. Afternoon staff were unreasonable, claiming no notice of my date change despite Trip.com's confirmation and refund. Fix communication with booking sites!"

"硬件設施較完善，軟件管理服務方面較差。 第一天入住，因酒店附近沒有早餐店，吃早餐走特別遠。酒店衹有雙人早餐比不含餐多28元。因為一個人覺得沒有必要浪費兩份餐，和前台溝通能不能出15到20元訂個早餐？前台答覆：“加餐28，要不辦會員卡38元再續住一天送兩個早餐，找攜程平台也是這個價”，很不滿意這樣答覆！好在主管知道後第一時間聯繫我送份早餐。考慮各方面因素還是給了個五星好評。 誰知後面入住兩天人為問題不斷出現。第一：半夜1.18分有人敲門，嚇得不敢開門，打電話問前台什麼情況，回服剛才報安上去給客人送東西可能搞錯房間！第二：約好的送機時間，竟然因為後面客人原因要我蜒長半小時去機場，這能協商嗎？萬一誤了機能負責嗎？第三：晚上十點回酒店，第二天上午出門發現門口放個小果盤，四天三晚三次送水果沒固定時間，搞不明白半夜三更送水果？太多讓人心煩問題就不多説了！做為四鑽酒店人員管理真不達標！"

"We were greeted very warmly at the reception. We were checked in early. The girls at the reception speak Chinese, English, and Kazakh. I am very grateful to Nurila at the reception. We stayed at this hotel with children. It was very nice that children under 17 stay at the hotel for free. The hotel is new, with the atmosphere of a five-star hotel. Our room was very spacious, the beds were large and soft, the linens were snow-white, and everything was in the room. In many countries, even five-star hotels do not have the same service as this hotel. There was coffee, tea, and 4 bottles of water in the room, and they also provided water upon request. The TV is very huge. When I turned on the TV, a welcome message with my name appeared on the screen. In the evening, we went to the gym, and laundry was free. The breakfast was very luxurious and there was a lot of choice, everything was fresh and tasty. We had a late check-out at 3:00 PM. The price is good for such a hotel. Our vacation was great thanks to the Fairfield by Marriott Yining Hotel. We will definitely come back."

"這次出差入住體驗非常棒，必須給酒店一個大大的好評！首先必須誇誇這裏的早餐，種類非常豐富，中西式都有，熱菜、涼菜、水果、飲品一應俱全，每天早上都能吃得很滿足，門口還有温馨提示，細節感拉滿。前台的沙尼亞小姐姐服務特別貼心，從辦理入住到退房、開發票，全程都很耐心細緻，有任何問題都能及時迴應，讓人感覺特別舒服。酒店還有兩個可愛的機器人幫忙送東西，外賣、物品都能直接送到房間，完全不用擔心安全和麻煩，對出差的人來説太方便了。 大堂還貼心準備了茶水、果汁和餅乾，隨時可以取用，休息的時候特別愜意。客房工作人員態度熱情周到，房間打掃得乾淨整潔，入住體驗感很好。餐廳的工作人員也特別熱情，服務主動又細緻，用餐過程很舒心。整體來説，無論是硬件還是服務都很到位，出差住在這裏既省心又舒適，強烈推薦！"
