花園打扮的很漂亮，沒有噪音，晚上睡覺很安靜！不吵鬧，酒店服務態度也很好！早餐很健康，五穀雜糧都有，老闆提供的食物都是當地比較有名的！沒有客套的場合、讓人感到自在！唯一的缺點我定的這個房型居然馬桶跟淋浴是一起的，而且空間很小很小、洗澡的時候要把馬桶蓋蓋上，不然馬桶水會濺上來，所以就決定了洗好澡還要特地去把馬桶蓋打開，另外把馬桶擦乾淨；不然馬桶四周都是水，再次上廁所的時候打濕了我的睡褲.其他都是很好的！

A nice hotel that has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The room is cozy with warm downlights, and a thoughtful design feature where all lights can be turned off at night, but motion-sensor backlighting automatically guides you to the bathroom when you walk—very practical and well designed. I didn’t book the room with breakfast initially, but they had a breakfast promotion available on the spot, which turned out to be quite worth it. The breakfast selection was good with quite a lot of variety, including a noodle station. One thing that really impressed me was the “invisible staff” at the laundry room. I placed my clothes in the washing machine with a sticky note, and when I returned to move them to the dryer, everything had already been transferred. After drying, my clothes were neatly folded and placed in a basket. It was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, a very convenient and well-managed stay.

Had a wonderful stay here! The host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was spotless and very well maintained. I was pleasantly surprised by all the thoughtful touches provided: disposable towels, toiletries, and even complimentary face masks in the room. It really showed how much care the host puts into making guests feel comfortable. The environment was cozy, clean, and relaxing. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Would definitely love to come back again!

Value for money stay with comfortable and spacious room for 3 adults. The room is clean but the corridor and laundry area need more attention. The washing machine and dryer are very useful and efficient. The front desk receptionist named 'xiao mai' is extremely helpful and always smile generously. My family had a relaxing 3-nights stay in this hotel after tiring and sickly tour. A good place away from the noise to relax and chill.

Easy checkin for foreigners. Just about 1 or 2 minutes. Questions about arriving from where and departing to where.. Super efficient ladies at the counter. Sweet smiles all the time. Very helpful with all questions. Rooms was as advertised clean and tidy No dust. Soundproofing was good. They gave 2 sets of room card . Air con was super fast cooling and easy to control. Elevator no rush but was shared with others company so slightly untidy. Breakfast was good with varied types of food. Good butter and jam. Tofu fah! Seldom available in Chinese hotel a good addition. Liuxing just 15 minutes walk. Plenty of good restaurants on the way to Liuxing Lanshan served Cantonese menu. Highly recommend with 5 stars.

此次新疆旅行中最有驚喜的酒店，打掃得很乾凈，而且院子很大很舒服，一打開院子的門就花香撲鼻，整個人就不累了，每天喜歡做院子裏喝茶吹風，感覺本來住一個晚上的，後面變成了住三個晚上，小朋友特別喜歡他們家有小松鼠，還有小貓咪，傲嬌的貴妃雞一衹，太陽花，西瓜，向日葵，西紅柿，南瓜，核桃等等花草樹木！洗衣機➕超大的晾曬區，對於長時間旅遊的人太有必要了，衣服都殺殺菌哈！早餐有粥喝，老闆娘聽説我們喜歡喝鮮奶，還專門買來煮開給我們喝，新疆的鮮奶真的好喝啊！酒店的位置就在景區裏面，對面就是做饢餅的體驗家庭，蠻好的，老闆和老闆娘人也好，每天見縫插針給我們切西瓜，吃好吃的東西，非常好，老闆家的小萌娃可樂也很大氣的性格， 謝謝，以後來伊寧必選！謝謝，對了還有這些民族服飾院子裏拍照哈！

A comfortable stay with helpful, professional front desk staff who proved to be skilled problem‑solver and great communicator—rather than leaving guest to debate with the plumber over the definition of hot water, she stepped in and resolved an issue well outside her expertise. Even the routine visit from local police was handled professionally, contributing to a friendly environment that made the overall experience pleasant for travelers.

The accommodation is beautiful and in a nice Uyghur neighbourhood, Kazanqi area. The buildings are pretty and traditional Uyghur style, with open courtyards. It is maybe half an hour walk away from the Kazanqi tourist main area with the shops, and the large bazaar. There are some shops and restaurants a few minutes walk away. It feels like you're staying in a more quaint, traditional town area, although there are horse drawn carts taking tourists around for a traditional Uyghur experience. The hotel is on the corner of an intersection. My room was not part of the main building where reception was, but was around the corner across a laneway. It is a very spacious and nice room with windows and a lock on the door, and a separate bathroom that was shared, and was modern. I only stayed for one night. The lady at reception was very kind and although she didn't speak much English we managed with gestured and translate apps. She gave me tea while I waited to check in and there was free fruit. I had issues paying my taxi driver and she kindly helped me pay and I paid her back. I asked about whether the accommodation served breakfast since I read something in previous reviews about people eating breakfast here but she said there was not. There was a kitchen in the main reception area with dishes that I was able to use. There was also a washing machine which the host helped me to use and she kindly helped me by hanging my clothes as I took a while to return to the washing machine. I would definitely stay here again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a wonderful stay at Jin Rui Hotel! The front desk service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Even though I do not speak much Chinese, the front desk helped us arrange a private tour to Sayram Lake smoothly, which we really appreciated. The room was very large, extremely clean, and completely free from cigarette smell, making the stay very comfortable. The hotel price was also very reasonable for the quality provided. Breakfast was decent with enough variety to start the day well. Free laundry was a big plus during the trip. The location is also excellent — close to shopping malls and near Liuxing Street, making it very convenient for food, shopping, and walking around. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Yining!
