Cari Hotel 3-Star di Yining

This was a great place to stay in Yinning. It's where we 1st went after we landed in Xinjiang and we liked the place so much that we decided to change our plan and stay there again before leaving. The place is a bit far from the centre of town, but we rented a car and there is parking by the homestay. The staff is very friendly and super helpful to give us some tips on good restaurants to go to in Yinning. We rented Alina's Home and the room was very clean and cozy. Breakfast was also very good. Overall the place is quiet and very relaxing. Would definitely recommend to stay there. 非常惊喜的入住体验。是我旅行多年住过的最难忘的民宿之一。 房间打扫得极为干净，完全看不到卫生死角，住得非常舒心和放松。 房间及设施超棒！从屋子里的香薰到早餐的碗筷，都充满了小巧思，让人感到赏心悦目，身心愉悦。 床品非常舒服，休息得特别好。 早餐也很美味且营养搭配均衡。 最最最重要的是，店主和管家都非常的友好，服务超超赞！还额外给我们的旅行提供了很多帮助和建议，让我们充分享受到了伊宁的魅力。

We stayed twice at this wonderful, relaxing amd very clean boutique bed and breakfast. Both my kids loved the place. The advantages of Ser Villa are in the amazing service, convenient location in Kizanqi town quite close to many popular areas, and wonderful atmosphere. We specifically requested a smaller space - our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids - 8 year old and 12 year old) were quite comfortable with three large mattresses on a raised dais - although we were offered an upgrade, we preferred a smaller space. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the homey feel of the small courtyard where you can take in a leisurely breakfast. Boss Momo was an incredibly helpful and generous resource despite language barriers. The laundry service was so necessary for us and my children loved getting the 1 RMB icecream/popsicles. Of the many places we stayed, Ser Villa was one of the most memorable and relaxed. Momo was so accomodating to our needs - medicine refrigeration, helping us order food and transport and having lived in the GCC the shataaf in the bathroom was a welcome surprise. My daughter and son said it was a TEN and they are not easy to please.

A nice hotel that has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The room is cozy with warm downlights, and a thoughtful design feature where all lights can be turned off at night, but motion-sensor backlighting automatically guides you to the bathroom when you walk—very practical and well designed. I didn’t book the room with breakfast initially, but they had a breakfast promotion available on the spot, which turned out to be quite worth it. The breakfast selection was good with quite a lot of variety, including a noodle station. One thing that really impressed me was the “invisible staff” at the laundry room. I placed my clothes in the washing machine with a sticky note, and when I returned to move them to the dryer, everything had already been transferred. After drying, my clothes were neatly folded and placed in a basket. It was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, a very convenient and well-managed stay.

新開的漢庭4.0，硬件又新又好。走兩步就是六星街，旁邊還有環球港美連美。但是還是有三個超級大槽點。一，親子房型的空調居然正對超大床，無論怎麼調節都會有冷風吹到床位的頭部。設計師能力堪憂，我幾乎從未見過這麼嚴重的設計缺陷。二，酒店承諾的送機服務居然是然自己人開車送，貴店還是在用民宿的思維考慮運營嗎？當天早上同時段有五個人一起預約送機，居然還坐不下？非常不合適的做法，提供不了就不要標明免費送機，機票比打車貴多了。還有業主的錯誤，不要壓迫員工去做這種分外之事。你們之後還想做的話，和旁邊的華住一起拼單聘個小巴早上順路開去機場就行了。三，酒店給打包的早餐，酸奶不能帶進機場禁區，安檢丟棄，而剩下的餐盒裡麪是單薄的一片吐司劈兩半，簡直是刷新三觀了。桔子還有股酒精發酵味，太神了👍新店別這樣糟蹋好嗎

Located right in the Liuxing Street area, this homestay is very beautiful and convenient. There is a breakfast included. I was connected with a driver at a reasonable price, who drive me to the lavender fields and Sayram Lake; the lake was amazing. They work hard to meet all of your needs, and by the end of my stay, I felt like the owners were my family. I even decided to stay an extra night after coming back from Nalati. The area has tons of nice shops and restaurants, and gets quite lively at night. This homestay is just located a couple of blocks away from the main action, so it stays peaceful while being just a 5-10 minute walk to the main square.

這家白雲間民宿，真的太適合想短暫逃離城市的人了。兩位女老闆人超級nice，處處細緻周到，幾乎有求必應，住在這裏像被朋友照顧一樣安心。 風格很有辨識度，每個角落都能看出主人的用心。最驚喜的是夜晚——抬頭就是滿天繁星，安靜得衹剩風聲。白天坐在院子裏，喝茶發呆，看光影慢慢移動，整個人徹底鬆弛下來。 如果你也在城市裡卷累了，真心推薦來這裏住上幾天，什麼都不想，就是把時間還給自己。

Road leading to the hotel is poorly paved, with many potholes and in need of repair. Place feels rather sleepy. Wi-Fi connectivity in the room was sub-par. The water temperature was also erratic, with the water either very hot or very cold. Staff could have better attitude - almost did not get back the initial security deposit and staff did not remind us about it and seemed rude when we asked about it. Despite being advertised as being near the Liuxing Street, the street is actually about a 15 minute walk from the hotel. Breakfast is at the eatery just beside the hotel. It is a joint that is also patronized by many locals although the food may not be as palatable to foreigners.

The accommodation is beautiful and in a nice Uyghur neighbourhood, Kazanqi area. The buildings are pretty and traditional Uyghur style, with open courtyards. It is maybe half an hour walk away from the Kazanqi tourist main area with the shops, and the large bazaar. There are some shops and restaurants a few minutes walk away. It feels like you're staying in a more quaint, traditional town area, although there are horse drawn carts taking tourists around for a traditional Uyghur experience. The hotel is on the corner of an intersection. My room was not part of the main building where reception was, but was around the corner across a laneway. It is a very spacious and nice room with windows and a lock on the door, and a separate bathroom that was shared, and was modern. I only stayed for one night. The lady at reception was very kind and although she didn't speak much English we managed with gestured and translate apps. She gave me tea while I waited to check in and there was free fruit. I had issues paying my taxi driver and she kindly helped me pay and I paid her back. I asked about whether the accommodation served breakfast since I read something in previous reviews about people eating breakfast here but she said there was not. There was a kitchen in the main reception area with dishes that I was able to use. There was also a washing machine which the host helped me to use and she kindly helped me by hanging my clothes as I took a while to return to the washing machine. I would definitely stay here again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a wonderful stay at Jin Rui Hotel! The front desk service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Even though I do not speak much Chinese, the front desk helped us arrange a private tour to Sayram Lake smoothly, which we really appreciated. The room was very large, extremely clean, and completely free from cigarette smell, making the stay very comfortable. The hotel price was also very reasonable for the quality provided. Breakfast was decent with enough variety to start the day well. Free laundry was a big plus during the trip. The location is also excellent — close to shopping malls and near Liuxing Street, making it very convenient for food, shopping, and walking around. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Yining!
