Cari Hotel 4-Star di Yining

I lived here in early February. At first, I made a reservation for two nights, but we liked it so much that we stayed here for two more days. The hotel is located near Lyusin Street, where New Year's Eve events took place in February. There is also a bus station five minutes away by taxi, which I came to from Kazakhstan. The room itself is decorated in cozy, warm colors and in a national style. The mattresses and pillows are very soft, and there is also a blanket for the bed, which is rare in China. There is also a tatami mat where you can have breakfast or do yoga, overlooking the street. The rooms are constantly cleaned and kept clean throughout the hotel. I would like to separately praise the reception and kitchen staff. The reception staff was always ready to help with any problems or suggest how to get to the sights. The kitchen staff, if you didn't have time to have breakfast or wanted to sleep longer, will let you pick up food in a container and then heat it in the microwave. So far, this is the best hotel in all of China.

I stayed at the Wu Song Gu Yi for 2 nights and I must say it is one of the best!! The location is perfect, right at the edge of the liu Xing street (the main tourist spot in the city) and in the city centre (makes it a perfect spot as the starting point to carry out day tours outside the city). Further, despite the extremely convenient location, it is super quiet,unlike other hotels in this area, which is god sent for someone suffers from insomnia. The hotel is decorated in the Kashgar ancient city style and filled with exotic vibes, which inspires imaginations of the hay days of the ancient silk road. Staying here is literally like living in the Aladdin movie set. Moreover, the bed is super comfy ( I got the peony room with a luxury four post bed) and all other amenities are super lush (e.g. smart loo, aqua di Parma personal care set etc ). Lastly and most importantly, the owners (boss Bai and boss Geng) are super nice. I arrived at 7am in the morning (which is like 5 am for xin Jiang) and they checked me in right away, and prepared delicious brekkie. This means that I was able to relax and rest for a couple of hours before my day tour to the Sayram lake. All in all, very very pleased with stay and couldn't recommend more.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their hospitality was truly outstanding. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the cozy bed, which made for a great night's sleep. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to start the day right. On top of that, the staff were so helpful—they took the time to guide me on how to get around the city and even recommended fantastic places to eat at night. This hotel truly exceeds 5-star standards. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional stay. Thank you for making my trip so memorable!

Friendly and helpful staffs. Location to airport is 20 min. You can walk to Liuxing Street and Han Princess Memorial. Kazanqi Tourism Area is 35 min by foot. Good food are near by.

I booked 6 privilege queen rooms but was given 3 only and 3 lower grade rooms - I had to go down to asked why I wasn’t given the room I booked but was explained that it was fully booked! But of course the hotel changed 2 rooms into presidential suite for me but it was not easy to inform my friends that they had to stay lower grade room when paid higher room rate Another issue was on passports- my tour guide provided 12 passports to the reception upon checked in and when we collected, they only gave 10 passports back. We were panic ! At the end the reception managed to find the 2 which was placed in another drawer . Passport is extremely important and must be handled without mistake

This hotel has a huge potential: located in its own quite beautiful and very quiet park with lake (due to its origins as State / Party guesthouse), in the city center, spacious rooms, historic 1950s architecture Sadly though, management and staff do not take pride in and do not invest in this potential: for example under Amenities/Cleaning services the hotel lists ”Laundry service (off-site)” and ”Laundry service (on-site)”, however the front desk told us we had to do our laundry ourselves. So we did (queuing and standing guard in the laundry room in a different building from 2300 to 0200 (this is a first class hotel)), when we complained next morning, they claimed a ”misunderstanding” and ridiculously offered to do our laundry again?! They then sent some fruit to our room... In the breakfast hall, while the buffet is quite rich, tables are never really cleaned, let alone the place mats, a really disgusting daily experience. After checking out, they send you a template for an excellent review. They have no shame.

本次入住體驗直接超出我的期待！入住前民宿工作人員主動添加微信，提前發來停車指引，細節滿滿的。抵達後熱心幫忙搬運行李，還貼心贈送下午茶、點心、飲品，外加餐廳代金券、拍照體驗券，早餐也一併包含，大大小小的需求都幫我們考慮周全。 我入住的伊犁藍房間氛圍感絕佳，温馨又治癒。伊寧連日高温，店家提前開好空調，推門一刻涼意撲面而來，卸下旅途疲憊，真的衹想好好休憩，客房備品質感在線，住着格外舒心，真心不錯。 民宿緊挨六星街，逛街覓食出行都十分便利。老闆待人熱忱隨和，細心講解周邊遊玩攻略與美食好去處，推薦的店家味道在線，全程零踩雷，味道不錯👍。閑聊得知民宿今年剛開業，老闆十分謙遜，主動詢問入住有沒有不足之處，想要慢慢優化完善。院內多處特色休閑區域，閑暇小坐十分愜意，很舒服。 這家寶藏民宿服務用心、位置絕佳、環境舒服，真心推薦來伊寧的朋友選擇這裏！👍

That was an amazing stay! The location is very peaceful, we were staying during Nauryz celebrations, that’s why there was such a cozy atmosphere, people wearing national costumes. The hotel looks very modern. My expectations were really low because I booked hotel at last possible moment, but the stay exceeded my expectations!! The room we booked has smart system which even let us play music in the bathroom. The playlist is 10/10, with french vibes and atmosphere. The hygiene is good, no smell, no dust, everything is flawless! The reception starts working lately, but it is considered okay in this city, thats wh we just left the keys in the reception in the morning. The selling point of this room was enormous bath. We really enjoyed our stay! Thanks!

It’s nice location if you are first time to visit here. It’s about 15 minutes form airport by taxi. It’s very easy to discover this city by walking. The rooms and beds are all huge enough. Very clean and and very comfortable staffs. And it’s very safe is the area.

這次獨自一個人從南疆一路向北旅遊到伊犁都已經下午了 很疲憊原本也沒有做好伊寧之旅的一個規劃還沒有想好住那個酒店想的到市中心吃個飯再決定結果在出租車上跟師傅聊天師傅推薦了這家酒店説離喀贊其 六星街 人民公園都很近 於是直接選擇了這家酒店🏨 到酒店後前台小姐姐不僅人美辦入住專業快還給我講了遊玩路線非常感謝前台小姐姐👧 到酒店房間後房間也是乾乾淨淨 高樓層 看窗外風景也很美 第二天在酒店用早餐早餐也很豐盛， 酒店地理位置優越附近還有商場超市吃飯的地方，還有很多好吃的水果，這次的旅途中最滿意的就是這家酒店，下次來伊犁還會選擇這家酒店👍👍
