"I am very pleased with my recent stay in PullMan Zhoushan Seaside from 3-7 April 2026. The check in was fuss free and the overall experience was fantastic. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and didn’t show a single bit of impatient. The housekeeper lady was very very helpful and even she knows I didn’t want to have my room cleaned, she still offer to give me my shortage of amenities eg water, toilet roll and etc. the hotel even have a shuttle service to the ferry terminal and leave the hotel right on time, the driver - however was not very patient and throughout the whole journey to the ferry, he was horning non stop and drove the shuttle bus like as if he’s driving a F1. Regardless, I had a very pleasant and super experience staying here and will not hesitate for anyone to stay in this hotel if visiting Zhoushan. Thank you to all staff for their friendly service, this actually warmth and helped travelers like me, rest and stay in peace and happiness."

"To be quite honest when we booked this hotel for one night only we didn’t have very high hopes for it. However, the contrary happened. Hilton Zhoushan turned out to be amazing; literally from the first minute that we stepped in we were greeted warmly by front desk staff. They speak very good English and the GM was very nice; once he realised that it’s our little daughter’s first birthday they offered cake and candles. They also brought a nice crib for the baby. Every single staff member’s behaviour was professional and friendly and respectful. On the 19th floor we had an amazing view of the lake and the surrounding landscape. We had a great time and will definitely come back."

I was immedidately change to Higher floor room at Level 16 which was quiet and i have a very good night sleep. The view of Stadium was also very nice"

In the hotel they advertise, you have a free sauna pass, but the sauna is not operational :-)
Nevertheless, I enjoyed my stay here for one whole week."

"首次選擇如易閣，碼頭接送非常絲滑。酒店全天供應素食，真是高端禮佛之選。酒店靠近普濟寺，周邊吃的不少，還能外賣古茗。總之優點是我付了這些錢相對對等的服務，我説一些缺點，供來人蔘考。首先是樣樣明碼標價，房間裏的小到可樂雪碧和餅乾，大到線香，通通需要另外付費，不含在房費裏，如果不想另外付費的後來人，不要使用哦。茶室抄經也不是免費的，98元每小時吧。確實不是強制消費，但是樣樣要錢，各人有各人的看法。我們那間房間乾濕分離設計的非常反人類，馬桶間是木頭內開門，半夜起床上廁所會撞頭。燈的開關設計也不合理，總開關一關，抹黑到廁所邊就衹剩一個夜燈能被激活，時長也尷尬，女士上了廁所還得摸黑洗手。廁所洗手枱水流很小且對不準台盆。當然了，酒店自帶的旅拍還是令人愉快的，就是藉機會參觀一下酒店。"

VVictor RUWe had a lovely stay at Sea Cliff Hotel for May 1st break.
This is what I liked:
- buying ship ticket for May holiday was mission impossible, starting with Tickets App not accepting foreign passports. Hotel helped me with arranging the tickets both ways, even after there were no tickets online (sold out in 20 min)
- they arranged a pick us up on arrival and brought us back to the pier on departure
- hotel has an excellent sea view location, very silent and sea centric rooms, same for restaurant
- everything is modern, I specifically liked ability to share Apple screens on TV in the room, great way to review photos and watch own movies in the evening
- good breakfast 8 to 9AM, you can come 8:45 and enjoy a late breakfast as well; we also had late lunch in hotel restaurant on arrival, great food, great to seat outside, flexible working hours (not closed 14-17!), actually I liked their meals more than what we had on the main beach top restaurant, finally reception can brew you a coffee though bit hot
- there is 20 min walk from the hotel for a great bay and coffee place to watch sunset, excellent experience and no need to wake up early
- hotel was always online on WeChat to address any issues or questions, including how to organize a day, fantastic services!
- hotel has own beach area, looks like good to swim, I will consider for summer, water is clean on the island, and this is just couple of hours from Shanghai
- small drawback: fishing boats pass by from early morning, this may disturb your morning sleep ;)
- other thing the bed is a bit too hard for my back, but where did you see soft beds in China?
Overall: highly recommended!

MMaria13579One of our best stays in China! This place was absolutely amazing. The ladies running it are hilarious and always made us laugh.
First of all - the rooms are really good for the price. We got upgraded to a much better room after our first night, free of charge. It’s also conveniently located next to grocery shops, cafes, restaurants and the beach, while still being a little out of the way from the hustle and bustle.
The food here is really good too - the (included) breakfast as well as what you can buy for lunch/dinner is really fresh. Because of the language barrier they tried to accommodate by providing more “western style” breakfasts for us, but when we realized and asked about it they made us a second breakfast that was like the one everyone else got.
They also helped us out with a driver to take us to the abandoned village, and booked our tickets back to Shanghai.
Also, the aircon here is FAST and reliable which we’ve realized isn’t a given after a few weeks in China. So that’s another (small yet important) plus for sure!
Usually I like to explore different places and stay at different accommodations if/when I revisit places, but I’d probably make an exception and stay here again if I ever come back to visit the island!

環境很好，在龍泉村，安靜，人少。出門就是免費沙灘，陽台風景很棒，樓頂視野更佳。
房間乾淨，沒有異味和黴味，衞浴設施完善，空調給力。有乾淨的床上三件套供更換。
淡季沒有別的住客，一個人睡，晚上枕着海風和濤聲入眠。老闆親切，似乎可以提供飯菜，但是沒有嘗試。
總體是一次特別優秀的體驗！

PPengguna TetamuService was good, from the helpful shuttle bus drivers to the prompt service of the technician-we had difficulty turning on the TV initially. However, we were confused about the shuttle bus stops stated by the hotel as there are designated hotel shuttle bus stops which are different from the different temples stops where only the public buses can go.
The breakfast spread was not big but adequate. The hotel room was comfortable although not big. I like the Zen design. The windows were open when we entered the hotel room, hence there were two flies in the room. We turned on the electric mosquito repellent. Luckily, they did not disturb us. The attendants should not open the windows when doing room cleaning lest insects go into the room. The island has many trees so there are insects-mosquitoes, flies etc around.
The room walls are thin though. I could hear the neighbouring rooms talking along the corridor and the room attendant coming by to their rescue saying he is the room attendant.
The hotel is a few minutes' walk from the sea, good for an evening walk.
Overall, the quality is good and the hotel room was comfortable. Definitely a hotel I could return to.

LLing_sgThis is a homestay (民宿), so do not expect the same level of service or amenities you would normally find in a hotel. The property is located within a residential estate, giving visitors a glimpse into the self-sustained local lifestyle in Putuo Shan. Based on the condition of the buildings, I believe this is an older estate, and many units have been renovated into hotel-style rooms for travelers.
The homestay is about a 5-minute walk from the bus station. Each bus ride costs either RMB 5 or RMB 10 depending on the distance, payable by QR code. Private cars are not allowed inside the Putuo Scenic Area. If you have small luggage, you can bring it on the bus; for larger suitcases, you can arrange courier transport for rmb10 per piece per way—your guide or the owner can provide more details.
The beds and bathroom are clean and well-maintained. We were satisfied with our 2-night stay.
Tips:
The owner provides disposable one-time-use towels. They are thin and small, so bring your own towel if you prefer something more comfortable.
There are breakfast options right at the entrance. For lunch and dinner, it’s about a 5–8 minute walk from the building. We personally preferred the small local restaurant over the larger seafood restaurant.
It is 1.7km to Puji Temple and 2.2km walk to Harbour. We chose to take bus as too much walking for us for the day already.
