Cari Hotel 5-Star di Zhoushan

Love everything about the hotel. The breakfast and lunch were very good and delicious and luxury eventhough it was vegetarian food. The landscape was green and so quiet. Beautiful garden around our rooms. Perfect for recharge our energy and refresh our soul and mind. Location is very near and in walking distance to Guanyin Fajie.’

To be quite honest when we booked this hotel for one night only we didn’t have very high hopes for it. However, the contrary happened. Hilton Zhoushan turned out to be amazing; literally from the first minute that we stepped in we were greeted warmly by front desk staff. They speak very good English and the GM was very nice; once he realised that it’s our little daughter’s first birthday they offered cake and candles. They also brought a nice crib for the baby. Every single staff member’s behaviour was professional and friendly and respectful. On the 19th floor we had an amazing view of the lake and the surrounding landscape. We had a great time and will definitely come back.

Our experience at Angsana Zhoushan has been extremely positive: facilities are new, hotel is spotless and moreover it is dog friendly! The food is also fresh and tasty. We especially appreciated the front desk team, who were consistently helpful and accommodating with all our requests. We would also like to thank the gentleman at the entrance—always kind, attentive, and ready to take us around in the hotel’s shuttle cart. Finally, a special acknowledgement to the restaurant team, in particularly Andy, whose professionalism and help was much appreciated.

I'd say this is a good place to stay if you intend to stay in Putuoshan. They provide rather frequent shuttle bus rides to and from the jetty, so you can bring your luggage along and leave it at the hotel before starting your tour of the island. Wherever you go to, just take the island buses back to the jetty and catch the shuttle bus back to the hotel. It's also not that far from the main temple of the island, Puji Si, about 10 to 15 mins for the average walker. The room was clean and comfortable. Across the street there are convenient stores and restaurants. We also ate at the hotel's restaurant which was decent.

The location is tremendously convenient for travelers as it is just next to the bus transit station as well as Fa Yu Shi. It is highly recommended to stay here should you be spending a leisure time traveling in the north of Putuoshan Mountain as it will be taking up a day or 2 to go around the places nearby the Hotel. The breakfast @ the Hotel Restaurant was best and we really enjoy the food being served. The hotel service provided is no doubt to be superb.

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for Ms 初见 exceptional professionalism. Her attentive service and skill in arranging accommodations were instrumental in ensuring a wonderful and seamless stay. Her dedication to excellence is truly commendable. I was offered a room at Level 12, outside the lift lobby and also beside a group stay rooms which was really noisy. I was immedidately change to Higher floor room at Level 16 which was quiet and i have a very good night sleep. The view of Stadium was also very nice

Setiap tahun saya datang ke Gunung Putuo, dan setiap kali saya menginap berhampiran Kuil Fayu. Kenapa saya lambat sangat perasan, baru tahun ini saya menginap di sini. Pengalaman saya sangat baik. Pertama sekali, hotel ini sangat baru, sama ada lobi atau bilik, kakitangan perkhidmatan sangat baik, proaktif mengambil kira keperluan tetamu. Saya menginap di bilik tingkat dua dengan balkoni, sangat selesa; kedua, elemen budaya hotel boleh dilihat di mana-mana, penuh dengan perincian, menunjukkan bahawa mereka sangat berusaha dalam pengurusan. Tetamu yang beribadat sepanjang hari mungkin letih, dan selepas daftar masuk, mereka akan berasa sangat santai, seperti berada di rumah sendiri. Tambahan pula, bilik menyediakan selipar lubang-lubang, sangat mudah untuk dipakai dan berjalan-jalan di Pantai Qianbu. Makan malamnya sedap, melegakan kepenatan seharian. Terdapat sebuah kedai kecil di bawah pokok kamfor purba di halaman hotel, di mana anda boleh menyalin sutra, minum teh, dan melihat pelbagai manik, saya sangat menyukainya~ Ringkasnya, saya telah memutuskan untuk menginap di sini setiap tahun mulai sekarang!

隔了9年再次來普陀山，變化真的很大，原來這家酒店叫祿緣閣酒店，去年改成了希爾頓品牌，本來還擔心房間會不會有裝修或者潮濕味道，一點都沒有👍👍。提前備註安靜點房間，前台小姐姐給升級了陽台房，衞生沒問題，很乾凈，需要物品，二話沒説就及時送到，床不大，娃太鬧騰，還是加床了。早餐自助餐中規中矩，新鮮的果汁比較少，大桶芒果汁懷疑兑水了，寡淡。 晚餐在酒店餐廳吃的，還不錯，黃魚很新鮮，松板肉很好吃，絲瓜蟶子很新鮮，蟶子處理很乾凈。地瓜酥也很好吃，不是很甜，香酥可口。豆腐也跟嫩滑，沒有豆腥氣。 不想外面找餐廳的，完全可以在酒店吃 。唯一沒有給滿分的原因是：素炒粉不是米麪而是粉絲，有一點小失望。此外走的時候有一個 客人霸佔車，不讓開車，處置不夠及時果斷，讓大家一起陪着等了一會兒。這點要改進

Hiasan biliknya bagus. Ia berdekatan dengan lif dan sangat mudah untuk masuk dan keluar. Pemegang pintu agak sukar untuk digunakan untuk kali pertama bahawa saya terpaksa menekannya dengan kuat. Saya menelefon hotel lebih awal untuk memaklumkan bahawa ia adalah hari lahir saya, dan terdapat suasana hari jadi apabila saya memasuki bilik. Apabila saya pulang dari membeli-belah pada waktu petang, saya mendapati bahawa hotel telah memberikan saya kek yang sangat besar. Saya mempunyai hari jadi yang sangat gembira. Terdapat bilik wap di bilik persalinan kolam renang di tingkat bawah. Ini yang paling mengejutkan saya. Selepas mengukus selama suku jam, saya berasa segar. Waktu riang di lounge eksekutif tidak mempunyai banyak perkara, tetapi ia boleh mengisi perut anda dan rasanya OK. Perkara yang paling mengejutkan ialah balkoni di dalam bilik tidak boleh dibuka, tetapi yang di lounge eksekutif boleh. Nombor perkhidmatan pelanggan hotel disambungkan dalam beberapa saat, saya fikir ia adalah AI pada mulanya, jadi saya tidak membalasnya sehingga dia berkata ”hello” lagi. Satu-satunya lalat dalam salap ialah penutup selimut sedikit ternoda, tetapi saya terpaksa meminta seseorang untuk menukarnya dan ia dilakukan dengan cepat. Air mineral yang disediakan hanyalah air tulen Pepsi yang agak kedekut. Semua bar mini dikenakan bayaran. Secara keseluruhan, pengalaman itu sangat baik Lobi hotel agak jauh dari lebuh raya, dan saya tidur dengan sangat selesa sepanjang malam! Saya akan memilih Sheraton lain kali!

The hotel staff was good, but ı got a problem for payment with Visa credit card. As a global brand hotel 'Shangri-La” expected to accept internationla credit card payments but unfortunately not succesfull. Also Trip.com do not have agreement with hotel for ”online payment” which I can easly submit payment, but again unsuccesfull. Hope you can improve your service and agreement to give better support foreigner guest in China mainland.
