Cari Hotel 4-Star di Zhoushan

Everything was excellent! The hotel is very stylish, well maintained, clean. All is managed with love and care, every detail. Their sunsets are famous, but in 10 minutes of walk you'll also find a place to watch sunrise. The food is very tasty, too. However, what I would like to note paticularly, is the way they treat guests. All my questions were answered immediately, and they helped me a lot with booking the ferry tickets! The boss and all others are super helpful, nice and friendly! I stayed there only one night, but they treated me as if I were their favourite guest! Pick-up and transfer in the most convenient way, continuous contact via WeChat, preparing the dinner special for me and serving it outside - everything was done to make me feeling relaxed and happy. The building is on top of a small hill so the views are fantastic, however on sunny days the room becomes quite hot if you leave the curtains open for too long. Friendly staff, the room is very spacious and clean, the breakfast is great too.

這次旅行能選到這家民宿，簡直是我整個行程的點睛之筆！一踏入民宿，温馨雅緻的氛圍就撲面而來，每一處細節都彰顯着主人的用心。房間佈置得整潔又舒適，床鋪柔軟得像雲朵，一躺下就感覺一天的疲憊都被治癒了。 公共區域更是驚喜滿滿，有充滿文藝氣息的閲讀角，還有可以盡情放鬆的庭院，閑暇時在這兒曬曬太陽、喝喝茶，愜意極了。民宿的工作人員熱情周到，從辦理入住到推薦周邊美食景點，都讓人心裏暖暖的。位置也超棒，周邊出行、覓食都很方便。下次來這邊，我肯定還選這兒！

We had a lovely stay at Sea Cliff Hotel for May 1st break. This is what I liked: - buying ship ticket for May holiday was mission impossible, starting with Tickets App not accepting foreign passports. Hotel helped me with arranging the tickets both ways, even after there were no tickets online (sold out in 20 min) - they arranged a pick us up on arrival and brought us back to the pier on departure - hotel has an excellent sea view location, very silent and sea centric rooms, same for restaurant - everything is modern, I specifically liked ability to share Apple screens on TV in the room, great way to review photos and watch own movies in the evening - good breakfast 8 to 9AM, you can come 8:45 and enjoy a late breakfast as well; we also had late lunch in hotel restaurant on arrival, great food, great to seat outside, flexible working hours (not closed 14-17!), actually I liked their meals more than what we had on the main beach top restaurant, finally reception can brew you a coffee though bit hot - there is 20 min walk from the hotel for a great bay and coffee place to watch sunset, excellent experience and no need to wake up early - hotel was always online on WeChat to address any issues or questions, including how to organize a day, fantastic services! - hotel has own beach area, looks like good to swim, I will consider for summer, water is clean on the island, and this is just couple of hours from Shanghai - small drawback: fishing boats pass by from early morning, this may disturb your morning sleep ;) - other thing the bed is a bit too hard for my back, but where did you see soft beds in China? Overall: highly recommended!

We love everything about Healray Collection. Our flight arrived late, and took a late ferry over to the Island. Luckily they had shuttle service from and to Ferry, which made it so much easier than calling a car service. When we arrived, they assisted us unloading the luggage. Our room got excellent view and could see the Guan Yin statue from our room. I'm OCD, so cleanliness is very important to me and I approved. We booked two nights, sadly we were only able to stay one night due to a Gale warning. The hotel had such a great customer service, when we were sightseeing, they gave us a call to inform us that they received a Gale warning and that the ferry will not operate the next day. They gave us an option to stay or refund us the one night if we wished to checkout to catch the ferry. They were very helpful and resourceful in that respect. The manager Zhou Min reached out to our online booking to verify our refund. We were very pleased and amazed with their extraordinary service. I personally would definitely refer and book with them again. I care about service and they have one of the best service I've had experienced.

管家會提前聯繫入住需求。民宿司機師傅接送我們去的夕會，特別熱情，開車也很穩，給師傅點贊👏 到了酒店 ，管家就給我們辦理入住，會幫忙拿箱子去房間🫰🏻 房間風景挺好的，也比較乾淨整潔。最滿意的是房間比較乾燥，之前不管是三亞還是泰蘭德的海景房，房間普遍潮濕。這次房間乾燥，住着比較舒服。 自助早餐雖然種類少 但是勝在新鮮好吃。肉包子好吃，橙汁加冰塊好喝，蛋糕抹奶酪也好吃。 午餐提前一天定的。倆人吃了400多，性價比可以，味道很好。是我們來舟山三天裏吃的最好吃的一頓。很新鮮。 還有桌球室、健身房。跟老公玩了一下桌球哈哈哈，也算小白的桌球初體驗了。 成功住上心動的信號8同款民宿啦哈哈哈 （PS：唯一的美中不足，晚上冷空調開不起來 ，五月份怕熱星人還是很怕熱的，早點有點被熱到了哈哈哈，不過夏季來肯定會開，昨天應該是怕晚上降温 衹能開熱空調） 每次住宿總體滿分💯

The hotel is clean and near the Puji temple which is location wise. The family room is suitable for a family of 3 to 4 person, the beds are big enough to accommodate family groups.

Service by the guy who picked us up from the airport is excellent. 10/10!!! Our luggage was damaged during the flight, he called someone to help us repair it. We were short on time for the ferry sailing to Mt Putuo due the weather conditions, that day sailings will be cancelled, (we got to chat in the van when he picked us up from the airport), he said we can just leave the luggages at the front desk and then hurriedly sent us to the port, good thing we made it. That's superb customer service!!! He didn't even want to get a tip, eventually we gave him some dried mango packs from the Philippines. The front desk guy though is a different story, he was super slow, did not know how to handle checking in of foreign passport holders I think. He has our passports and had to ask us our birthdays!! It was also difficult for him to understand the visa dates (expiry and issue dates), and he kept on asking when we arrived, it is just there stamped opposite the visa page, we just actually arrived that day, this is our first hotel. Anyway, free pick up from the airport is best and free sending to the port and then lastly also to the bus station. Great service.

Great location, very close to Pujie temple. Staffs are very helpful though they are not fluent in English. The restaurant nearby is superb with great staffs as well.

Lovely location, we stayed in a room with a Seaview. The view from the balcony was truly beautiful, we ate at the Westin (they offer a breakfast and dinner buffet), they also have a vegetarian restaurant behind the main restaurant area. Definitely recommend this option for meals, the quality is great and the buffet is from 530pm - 9pm. Access buffet tickets through scanning the code, don’t let people trick you into buying tickets at higher prices, ask for the QR code/ mini program to buy meal vouchers. We were tricked into buying meal vouchers through the hotel as we arrived for a slightly higher price. Then soon learnt that you can buy them for cheaper on their mini program! Beach access - locals need to show ID and pay 10rmb. Although we had mostly cloudy days, the environment is very comfortable and the food from the Westin was delicious.
