"My kids and I had a wonderful stay at Leonardo Hotel Brighton. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The service was outstanding, and everyone was welcoming and professional.
A special thank you to Simona at reception. She was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. Her warm attitude really made a difference to our experience.
My children had a lovely time, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes' walk from Brighton railway station and bus stops. The beach is around a 20–25 minute walk away, which we didn't mind at all.
Another lovely surprise was the beautiful green walking trail behind the hotel. If you enjoy nature and peaceful walks, it's definitely worth exploring.
Overall, we had an amazing experience and would happily stay here again. Thank you to the whole team, especially Simona, for making our trip so memorable!"

"I recently stayed at this hotel to celebrate my 40th birthday and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made me feel very welcome, and the check-in team kindly offered complimentary drinks for my son and me.
I was delighted to find a bottle of red wine and a lovely birthday card waiting in the room, which made the celebration extra special. The room was beautiful with a stunning sea view, and I really enjoyed the coffee selection. The breakfast area was excellent, and the lounge was perfect for relaxing with a drink.
They truly made my birthday special. All the staff and the concierge team were lovely . I would definitely recommend this hotel and will return for sure.

"Last minute visit to Brighton & needed an overnight stay. The Holiday Inn is ideal as it is in a great location overlooking the beach and walking distance to shops & restaurants. There is parking available under the hotel which is also a must as parking is scarce in Brighton.
Staff are friendly & helpful.
My room was clean & my bed was very comfortable.
On this occasion I didn't have breakfast but it was available at an extra cost of £14.
An ideal place for my overnight stay. Would recommend."

"Great location, right opposite the Brighton Palace Pier! Lovely fish and chips restaurant right by the beach too. The room was huge and the bed was comfortable. Definitely will be back again. Kate at reception was doing an amazing job- warm, friendly and very helpful."

"I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was clean, although tired looking from the outside. The rooms are clean,with tea making facilities and a hairdryer. There is shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, hand soap, as well as a toothbrush and the smallest tube of tooth paste - enough for 2 times.
The staff are friendly but the reception area looks tired and busy.
The continental breakfast, in my opinion, is not worth paying for. The breakfast area is the only communal area as the restaurant is closed at the moment..
The location was great and it is easy to get around from here."

"The room was modern and clean and the staff were friendly but the best bit about this hotel is the location - on the seafront and close to shops bars and restaurants.
The spa area was a bit disappointing, it’s more a leisure centre and very busy when we visited so don’t expect too much relaxation as there are not even loungers to sit/lie on.
We didn’t eat breakfast in the hotel as there are many great restaurants in Brighton so I cannot comment on the brekkie.
We attended the NYE dinner/dance at the hotel and it was brilliant! Great entertainment, lovely food - a fabulous time had by all and a lovely way to see in 2026!
Brighton in general is a lovely place to visit, lots of bars, restaurants and shops - especially the Lanes which is full of small independents which are just fab!
There’s lots to do and see! We took a short walk from the hotel to the i360 tower. A great way to see Brighton from the sky and we managed to catch it at sunset - so magical! I would definitely recommend!"

"We had a wonderful stay here for my 30th birthday. We had the double room which was the perfect size for a couple. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom and shower were excellent. I loved the free pantry for snacks too!

Its very noisy the lift sound like an old washing machine during the spinning cycle and its constantly going on so if you are a light sleeper like me don't expect to sleep a lot
The windows are old and lots of draft coming trough so the room was really cold.
The staff was friendly and polite

HuiChun28The room is great with all the amenities available. Staff are really nice and helpful. The only thing that the hotel could improve is cleanliness of the duvet. I could see some stinks on it despite the fact that the duvet cover is clean. And also just a recommendation for the hotel, it would be great to serve the guests with disposable slippers for the hygiene of the room as it would be a bit inconvenient for travellers to step in the room without slippers

Great location, friendly staff, although my room was small it was well equipped with everything I needed. The room was really cozy, quiet and well ventilated. Location is perfect right in the center of Brighton with shops, bars, restaurants and a short distance to the beach. The train station is quite close as all.
Only important thing to mention is that there's a deposit of 100£ which i did not know about and wasn't prepared.

A lovely modern hotel with a nice gym and food. I ate at the restaurant all three nights of my stay due to poor weather - but very tasty food! Beach and i360 and places are close walk and so is the train station !
My issue is with cleanliness… my room felt dusty - I could feel it n also see it - from dust bunnies creeping from under my bed to the bedside tables having crumbs in corners, I wiped the table under the TV/next to the mirror as I wished to put my skincare etc… there and the tissue was dirty! It’s clear that a male or someone with a beard cleaned my room as 2/3 days I had stubble/hair on my sink. Also, the shower had not been cleaned on the tiles as there was black gunk/mould coming off the grout when I simply pointed the shower head towards it. Rooms are also not sound proof as I could hear my neighbors go to the bathroom, wind noises and two days in I had to tell reception to ask my neighbour to not blast the TV at 7am!
Despite that, staff are very friendly! I would order food just before 9.30pm n they wouldn’t mind - in the restaurant. I was also able to shorten my stay by one night due to not needing an extra day without issue - just reservations team needs to accept it once you do through Trip.
Water bottles are provided - my last morning there was a full water outage in the morning… luckily I used my head and asked for extra bottles to allow me to get ready at least! Alternatively showers at Hilton Leisure Centre were possible for us to use until it was sorted.

Lobby areas neat and tidy. Good lunch food.
Negatives. Upstairs hallways and bedrooms are in very poor condition. Peeling wallpaper, dirty sofas, threadbare carpets, scratched paintwork and faded curtains.
Private Parking advertised but still costs £25 a night.
Limited amenities.

It was a decent stay and at off peak for £80 on a Saturday it’s not too bad. It’s a nice area of town and near to everything whilst still being quiet. The key code system as helpful asyou could come and go at any time and no check in process was needed.
The room was a reasonable size but the bathroom was very small and tight. The room gad basic creature comforts like soap, small shower gel/shampoo pots and hot drinks facilities.
The overall cleanliness was fine but the extractor fan in the bathroom was very dusty and the shower could’ve been cleaner with some hairs in it. The bed and key hygiene elements were clean though. The floors were quite thin so you could hear neighbours at times and the room could’ve done with a blackout blind really.
If it was cheap to stay again I’d consider here, but I wouldn’t pay more than I did given the overall experience as some basics were overlooked as mentioned. Hopefully the feedback is constructive.

The lift was out of service for my stay and I got put into the fourth floor that man going up and down with my luggage, which was very heavy and going up and down any time that I needed to grab something honestly for me it wasn’t that bad but I saw elderly guests, even leaving their luggage downstairs because going up and down was hard enough for them not to mention to carry everything.
Unfortunately, in my room, there was a situation where the manager made a mistake with the bed of one girl which was given twice, and he came into the room, all angry, and screaming to eventually realize his mistake that was definitely a turn off that will not make me come back.

BootsTheExplorerThe view from my room was perfect! The room was small but clean and tidy. Perfect location, walking distance to tourist spots. Excellent staff. Unique lift, was scared to be stucked just in case it breaks but never happened. Just bear in mind that the ground floor/entrance is a bar/pub. From my room, I could hear the noise from the road even if my windows are closed- good thing to know for the light sleepers like me. But regardless, i still had a good time! Will recommend!

High hopes but this feel quite short in a number of ways. From the photos the room looked lovely and this did match up. However it did become apparent that aesthetics have been prioritised over other aspects. The pub/club opposite was still incredibly noisy at 2am (on a Tuesday) with the windows doing nothing to muffle the noise. There was fast food rubbish found next to one of the beds from a previous occupant, and this was quite a large wrapper that would have been difficult to miss during cleaning. Communication around bed preference was not good at all, I had specifically asked for a king (and have the evidence of this in my booking details) yet on arrival twin beds were set up. When I raised this with the company, there was no offer of rectifying this, instead I was told more than once that this had been the request. To add insult to injury, our neighbours in the room next door invited some friends to their room and it seemed they were having their own party at 3am with shouting, giggling and loud music and more than 5 in the one room. We knocked on the door in the end to request some quiet as, with the club outside, we were completely surrounded by noise. One small plus point that, once we managed to get to sleep, the bed (albeit the twin I hadn’t requested) was very comfortable.

방은 크지는 않지만 사진과 같이 모던하고 깔끔한 느낌이었어요! 위치도 좋았구요 다만 4인이서 가서 인당 8만원씩 낸 숙소치고는 아쉬웠습니다 엘레베이터가 없는거랑 화장실이 공용인점...ㅠ 근데 유독 그 날짜가 좀 비쌌던것 같아요 다른날짜 조회해보니까 ㅇㅇ 조금만 더 쌌다면 99퍼 만족했을듯요! 화장실도 깔끔했고 다만 샴푸는 없었어요 수건은 한장씩 줬습니당

Pengguna TetamuThe self check in was a bit difficult at first as some of the codes didn't work but if you press the ring door bell then you get an answer and they are very helpful, the room was beautiful and the shower was lush! The fact there was a fridge was an amazing bonus cause it meant we could keep our leftovers from the restaurants fresh and keep our beers cold 😂 would highly recommend as its a 14 minute walk from the train station (literally walk in a straight line and you're there) and it's on the seafront with everything you could want or need within a 5 minute walk, will definitely be back
