"Reception staff were very accommodating and welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. Happy to help us with questions and queries and was a quick and efficient check in/out. Rooms clean and pleasant, but looking tired. Wallpaper beginning to peel off walls and paint on skirting boards badly chipped, net curtains with marks/stains etc but very grateful windows could be opened as many hotels no longer allow this. Comfortable beds and quiet undisturbed night. Hot water plentiful but there was no soap in our shower dispenser. Would stay again as very good value for the price we paid."

"Booked the Grand for my birthday weekend, the hotel was very nice, the staff were great and the location was spot on. The only downside was that you have to pay £40 a day for the to park your car and it’s a first come first served policy, so if you want your car parked at the grand make sure you get to the hotel before noon as the car park will be full."

"I am absolutely surprised by this property and pleasantly so. Every penny worth. The property has one of the best locations (access to city centre, sea, grocery store, shopping and everything you might wanna see) but that alone is not its best feature. The place is spotless from the reception to the top floor, they have a lovely bar, a self servicing kitchen, regular events, 24x7 reception with friendly staff. The linen and towels provided were clean and fresh and not old or frayed. The bathroom and toilet were equally clean. It made our stay comfortable and easy."

"I often choose Leonardo hotels for holidays as it's a good chain I can trust. We loved the location here. The pool is good, although weirdly too deep (1.7m) for such a small pool that many families visit. Gym.on site was probably the most decent I've seen in a hotel. Didn't eat or drink at the hotel, so cannot comment on that, but there are so many restaurants in the Lanes, you will be spoilt for choice. We've upgraded room to family with 2 King beds and it was lovely! I would definitely come back."

"Fantastic stay – great service, location, and value! We stayed over a weekend and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Check-in: we arrived early at 1pm (official check-in is 3pm) and was pleasantly surprised that our rooms was already ready. The front desk team were warm and welcoming. Service: The staff went above and beyond – they even sent a follow-up SMS to check if our rooms were comfortable and if we needed any assistance. A personal touch that made a real difference. Location: Perfect – just a few steps from Brighton beach. Very convenient for exploring the seafront and town. Room: Clean, comfortable, and with strong, reliable air-conditioning. We didn't have a sea view (opted for a standard room), but it was perfectly fine since we were out most of the day. Wi-Fi: Fast and consistent – no issues at all. Parking: On-site parking available, and the rate was very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. Breakfast: The buffet spread was superb. A special mention for the dedicated vegan and vegetarian station – great to see such thoughtful options. "The location was great and the room was spacious! I have arrived 40 mins prior to check in time they were all chill about it and let me check in early. One thing on heating system is that even tho it seems like you can set the heatings manually, it just doesnt work and you have to ask them to turn it on or off, when it’s on, it is not adjustable manually so you have no control over the room temperature. Second thing is there were only half roll of a toilet paper but there is a corner shop 2 mins away so i had to sort it myself. Would stay again"

"A fabulous hotel, in a perfect location. Must myself and my 13 year old son stayed for 2 nights and nothing was too much trouble! Big thanks to Bella on reception who made us feel so welcome! 10/10"

"We had a wonderful stay here for my 30th birthday. We had the double room which was the perfect size for a couple. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom and shower were excellent. I loved the free pantry for snacks too! We didn't eat at the hotel but we did sit in the hotel bar and the cocktails and bar staff were great."

"The stay was for visiting Brighton, the location was good for the station and also bus routes around town. Thought it was going to be noisier due to the proximity of station but was quite quiet! Room as a whole was good apart from the fridge in room was never working when we arrived in room, ( maybe for housekeeping to check each day ?) Also no toiletries, no shower cap, that cheap thing most places put in the bathroom, but if you forget something you can purchase downstairs! Breakfast was good with a lot of choice. All in all a nice place to sleep and location excellent for exploring Brighton"

A few niggling things that could be improved to make it perfect, however, I would not book when the temperature outside is in the mid 20c or higher! It was baking inside more than outside, making it extremely difficult to work and sleep. The room was very clean other than a few hairs stuck in the pillow (paper lined instead of quality pillows). My room was right next to the cleaners cupboard and noise from others slamming their doors can be heard very clearly. Otherwise the street noise couldn’t be heard with the door closed, but in that heat there was no way you would want to close the door. They give you a standing fan and a ceiling fan that stays set to 19c and no way to make it go faster. You’ve been warned about booking in hot weather! They have a spacious lobby you can sit and work if needed, but I didn’t stay after check out. Great location for all amenities of Brighton. Cleaning products provided for dish washing, washing clothes and eco hand soap. Hair dryer, ironing board and iron, safe, bottle of water, milk and tea/coffee which was a nice touch (usually you get the fake milk in the pods). Everything else you need to provide yourself. Would stay here again if was in Brighton and in the winter! Maybe it’ll be nice and cosy in the winter.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Staybridge Suites. From check-in to check-out the staff were friendly and helpful. Room was great with a lovely comfy bed and pillows! Good choice for breakfast and operated very efficiently - the only criticism would be that the staff cleared the tables when people left but didn't wipe the tables. Overall would definitely recommend and would have no hesitation in staying here again.

A lovely modern hotel with a nice gym and food. I ate at the restaurant all three nights of my stay due to poor weather - but very tasty food! Beach and i360 and places are close walk and so is the train station ! My issue is with cleanliness… my room felt dusty - I could feel it n also see it - from dust bunnies creeping from under my bed to the bedside tables having crumbs in corners, I wiped the table under the TV/next to the mirror as I wished to put my skincare etc… there and the tissue was dirty! It’s clear that a male or someone with a beard cleaned my room as 2/3 days I had stubble/hair on my sink. Also, the shower had not been cleaned on the tiles as there was black gunk/mould coming off the grout when I simply pointed the shower head towards it. Rooms are also not sound proof as I could hear my neighbors go to the bathroom, wind noises and two days in I had to tell reception to ask my neighbour to not blast the TV at 7am! Despite that, staff are very friendly! I would order food just before 9.30pm n they wouldn’t mind - in the restaurant. I was also able to shorten my stay by one night due to not needing an extra day without issue - just reservations team needs to accept it once you do through Trip. Water bottles are provided - my last morning there was a full water outage in the morning… luckily I used my head and asked for extra bottles to allow me to get ready at least! Alternatively showers at Hilton Leisure Centre were possible for us to use until it was sorted.

I could only manage one night out of the five I'd originally booked in this hotel. The room was stuffy, barely furnished and had an overall rundown feel to it. The walls and ceiling are paper thin, you can hear the ceiling creaking and squeaking as someone walks upstairs. The rooms come with no aircon, and the windows can open so little that there's no airflow. I wouldn't recommend staying in this hotel in summer, the rooms are as hot as ovens. Not to mention the waiting time for the only lift. The staff was unhelpful and uninterested, knowing we're in the midst of a heatwave, they didn't even offer a fan, as if they're unaware of the state of the rooms. The only positive aspect is the location, but there are many other hotels around, within the same range of price. Do yourself a favor and book another one.

Amazing hotel, staff were really lovely and very helpful with any questions we had. We were even able to leave our bags at reception while we spent a few extra hours in town when our train was cancelled. Room was very clean and provided everything we could've needed (towels, kettle, iron, hand/shower gel, hangers). The only minor inconvenience we experiences was that our room was looking onto some equipment on the roof (vents?) which were slightly loud when the window was opened, however the hotel room was equipped with soft foam earplugs which were very effective. All in all a wonderful experience and memory in Brighton, would recommend and would love to go back again!

First itne here and had room to myself practically. Amazing! Only caveat it no lifts and the annoying building work going on at 7am in the morning! Bear in mind I checked in at 12am it wasn't ideal!

High hopes but this feel quite short in a number of ways. From the photos the room looked lovely and this did match up. However it did become apparent that aesthetics have been prioritised over other aspects. The pub/club opposite was still incredibly noisy at 2am (on a Tuesday) with the windows doing nothing to muffle the noise. There was fast food rubbish found next to one of the beds from a previous occupant, and this was quite a large wrapper that would have been difficult to miss during cleaning. Communication around bed preference was not good at all, I had specifically asked for a king (and have the evidence of this in my booking details) yet on arrival twin beds were set up. When I raised this with the company, there was no offer of rectifying this, instead I was told more than once that this had been the request. To add insult to injury, our neighbours in the room next door invited some friends to their room and it seemed they were having their own party at 3am with shouting, giggling and loud music and more than 5 in the one room. We knocked on the door in the end to request some quiet as, with the club outside, we were completely surrounded by noise. One small plus point that, once we managed to get to sleep, the bed (albeit the twin I hadn’t requested) was very comfortable.

방은 크지는 않지만 사진과 같이 모던하고 깔끔한 느낌이었어요! 위치도 좋았구요 다만 4인이서 가서 인당 8만원씩 낸 숙소치고는 아쉬웠습니다 엘레베이터가 없는거랑 화장실이 공용인점...ㅠ 근데 유독 그 날짜가 좀 비쌌던것 같아요 다른날짜 조회해보니까 ㅇㅇ 조금만 더 쌌다면 99퍼 만족했을듯요! 화장실도 깔끔했고 다만 샴푸는 없었어요 수건은 한장씩 줬습니당

This is my favorite place to stay in Brighton! It’s quiet and laid back, the location is amazing and it’s cheaper to stay here than anywhere else. Definitely recommend.

The self check in was a bit difficult at first as some of the codes didn't work but if you press the ring door bell then you get an answer and they are very helpful, the room was beautiful and the shower was lush! The fact there was a fridge was an amazing bonus cause it meant we could keep our leftovers from the restaurants fresh and keep our beers cold 😂 would highly recommend as its a 14 minute walk from the train station (literally walk in a straight line and you're there) and it's on the seafront with everything you could want or need within a 5 minute walk, will definitely be back
