Very disappointed with the stains and nasty marks all over the bar furniture. Too nasty to sit in some. The hotel needs to get a steam cleaner.
The bathroom calkage around the floor was stained and over all it wasnt a 4 star bathroom.
The bar furniture needs sorting out. Very unpleasant. The overall smell they are using is unpleasant, too.
Breakfast very good quality and selection.
Clean eating area, not stained."

"2025.10.1-10.7入住親子房，景色很棒，周邊超市多，乘公交方便。我們是上午抵達的，雖然不是入住的時候，但是酒店正好有房間。房間空間很小，裝修得很用心，尤其是浴室，特別乾淨明亮，完全不發黴，有個極小的陽台可以喝茶。房間在地下，靠除濕器保持房間乾燥温暖，因此每天要倒一次除濕器裏的水。提前查過攻略，英國的酒店確實是無拖鞋、無牙刷牙膏，但是餅乾、茶和咖啡管夠。早餐在出門右拐兩個房間的the charm吃，各種西式早餐都有，英式的當然也有，還都考慮了素食的人。咖啡和茶都很好，我們每天都慢悠悠地吃早飯、喝奶茶，肚子暖暖的。週末還有點單，有班尼迪克蛋之類的。7日我們一早就走，提前一晚要了三明治，包裹得也很嚴實，感謝工作人員！"

酒店名:A room with a view，從火車站坐公交5分鐘就到，就在海濤的對麪，下公交路對麪就是，reception 值班到晚上21點，如果check in 晚於9點需要給值班人員發個郵件讓他等你一會兒就好啦，酒店細節如圖我就不描述了，給5🌟🌟🌟好評

Stephen BausorBooked the Grand for my birthday weekend, the hotel was very nice, the staff were great and the location was spot on.
The only downside was that you have to pay £40 a day for the to park your car and it’s a first come first served policy, so if you want your car parked at the grand make sure you get to the hotel before noon as the car park will be full.

The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a short stay. The bed was especially cozy, and the space was well-organized. Although the room wasn’t very large, it felt practical and suitable for a solo traveler or a couple.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with any questions. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth.
Bed is quite small for twin bed. Overall, it was perfect

A stay with my adult daughter for passing her Degree. Her 1st time in Brighton. At a lucky request gave me a partial sea view which was in fact excellent large room, comfy bed a with a gorgeous bay with full view sun. All staff were attentive, friendly and inclusive.
There’s a real charm and nostalgic atmosphere about the old building that is on the beach front enabling Breakfast to see the sea. The only reason I have not given a 5 star 🌟 is due to some signs of wear and tear / dated chairs although they were comfy and snug. Thanks to all Queens staff we will be back

Its very noisy the lift sound like an old washing machine during the spinning cycle and its constantly going on so if you are a light sleeper like me don't expect to sleep a lot
The windows are old and lots of draft coming trough so the room was really cold.
The staff was friendly and polite
Location is good
A walking distance to all the amenities shops and restaurants
The train station is a walking distance

BootsTheExplorerThe view from my room was perfect! The room was small but clean and tidy. Perfect location, walking distance to tourist spots. Excellent staff. Unique lift, was scared to be stucked just in case it breaks but never happened. Just bear in mind that the ground floor/entrance is a bar/pub. From my room, I could hear the noise from the road even if my windows are closed- good thing to know for the light sleepers like me. But regardless, i still had a good time! Will recommend!

On the pricey end of hotels in Brighton, the room very simple and old fashioned.
No real complaints staff are very friendly. Getting the bags to the room is difficulty so I wouldn't recommend to someone with reduced mobility.
But overall great view and nice staff.

hiu tseMy third time staying here! Every time I visit Brighton, this is my go-to hotel. Excellent location with beautiful sea views, close to the beach, and surrounded by lots of restaurants. The price is very reasonable too. The only issue this time was the AC being upgraded during a heatwave. They provided a fan, but it was still quite hot. Still, I’ll definitely stay here again next time!

Easy to book via Trip.com, reasonable price for room with ensuite in great location. I liked the decor and the bathroom. Lovely clean fluffy white towels, good wifi, password clearly indicated, useful blackout blind, HOWEVER, the lights were falling out of the ceiling, bedside lamps were sort of attached to the wall, very wobbly and dusty and the bed was cobbled together from two mismatched divans so that there was a downhill slope towards the head end of several inches. I have never seen anything like it. I slept for an hour or two using the pillows to prop me up, but still woke with all the blood gone to my head so I had to sleep upside down on top of the bed. A bed to sleep in is THE basic requirement for a hotel room, so really guys, install an actual bed!!!!!!

방은 크지는 않지만 사진과 같이 모던하고 깔끔한 느낌이었어요! 위치도 좋았구요 다만 4인이서 가서 인당 8만원씩 낸 숙소치고는 아쉬웠습니다 엘레베이터가 없는거랑 화장실이 공용인점...ㅠ 근데 유독 그 날짜가 좀 비쌌던것 같아요 다른날짜 조회해보니까 ㅇㅇ 조금만 더 쌌다면 99퍼 만족했을듯요! 화장실도 깔끔했고 다만 샴푸는 없었어요 수건은 한장씩 줬습니당
