"This place is good for couples and people staying near chitose and price was cheaper as well. The amenities was good and they had free massage chair, onsen, kids play area, free coffee service and free shuttle bus service.
Disadvantages: shuttle bus pick up from airport is available only in evening time which was bad since we arrived in morning and had to take public transportation to reach hotel, the staffs during checkin time at evening was not with good attitude but staffs in morning was much better, greeting with smiling face and talk much kindly to customers."

"Helpful front desk which my daughter missed out her parcel the young man willing to help without any unpleasant, thumb up. Location in between international and domestic hall, free breakfast but I didn't try cos I am too tired to wake up. Bed a bit soft and I left my belongings inside which I thought my daughter check them in already, but due on I will not going back to hokkaido so soon therefore I didn't contact hotel about this matter, because I don't have any solution too, sad.."

"The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and the hotel is located near the train station in the quieter Chitose area, which made for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided great room service. One of the biggest highlights was the convenient airport transportation, especially a huge relief when we had to manage our suitcases in the snow.
There is also a shopping mall near the hotel, along with a large shoe plaza offering many options at reasonable prices. The staff there were incredibly kind and provided excellent service, making the experience even more enjoyable."

歯ブラシやバスタオル、ドライヤーなど、アメニティ用品も充実しており、特に不自由しませんでした。
強いていうなら、ベッド上のコンセントがスマホの充電器、ドライヤー共にしっかり差し込んでも効きが悪く、やむなくテレビ横にあったコンセントを使いました。
総評として、気持ちよく泊まることができたので、また機会があれば泊まってみたいです。"

"It’s a compact hotel located near the JR station, just a few minutes walk to the hotel. There is a free shuttle service to the airport, but you have to show your intention when checking in. "I booked this hotel as I needed to fly out early from Chitose. Overall I would stay again. I arrived at 12pm but wasn't able to check in until 3pm but my luggage could be stored. The rooms are SMALL but practical, no complaints. The TV has all the local stations - couldn't find any english stations. It is closeby the train station and shopping mall, so easy to go out and grab a bite to eat. I noticed that the airline crew were staying here as well.
As I had skis with me, I couldn't take the free shuttle provided, but the staff were kind enough to book a taxi for me."

"住宿的地方周圍有很多吃飯的地方，旁邊就是便利店，便利店對面就有一個日式居酒屋，裏面的烤雞肉好吃。
跟之前住的地方比這裏房間內的空間很大。我們是兩個人住兩天時間比較匆忙。廚房設施齊全，下次可以多叫一些朋友在這裏多住幾天，買當地新鮮的食材一起體驗做飯了。
除了空調外還有電熱暖氣，4月北海道雖然還有些冷但是屋內不冷。
總體來説還可以的。
下次去北海道的時候還會再來住。"

There are convenient stores around the hotel and it is also within walking distance to an AEON Mall with food court and supermarket. The hotel has a guest lounge at the 2nd level right next to the Onsen. It serves as a good social space if you are visiting as a group.

The food is fabulous too, I really enjoy the French dinner and the Japanese breakfast. It was a quiet and wonderful experience in Lake Villa Suimeikaku and we'll come back again.

YYi ShieanFrom the moment we arrived at Mizu no Uta, Tsuruga Resort at Lake Shikotsu, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of tranquil luxury. Valet parking greeted us, and we were swiftly escorted to a path lined with zen music, setting the tone for a stay where every detail exudes serenity.
Upon entering the reception, a majestic wooden carving of an owl, a powerful symbol of protection in Ainu culture, watched over us. In a delightful and intimate touch, we were asked to remove our shoes – a gesture that immediately made the resort feel like a sanctuary. Walking barefoot on soft wooden floors in such a refined environment felt like the ultimate indulgence.
Live harp music floated through the air as we were led past a live fireplace, its warm flames inviting guests to roast marshmallows, adding a whimsical, yet homely feel to the elegant surroundings. The staff, attentive yet discreet, escorted us to our room via separate lifts, ensuring our luggage was seamlessly handled.
Entering the room, we were struck by its sheer spaciousness. A half-sized fridge, thoughtfully included, perfectly stored all our chilled treats from the road trip. But the true star was the view: an uninterrupted panorama of lush greenery, stretching out to meet the serene waters of Lake Shikotsu. The combination of the stunning scenery and the luxurious in-room robe made us feel like chaebols, lounging in opulence and shielded from the cool lakeside breeze.
As for the dining, the buffet at Mizu no Uta is nothing short of spectacular. Where many buffets struggle to balance quantity and quality, this resort excels at both. Highlights included a live dessert station and a live pizza-making corner, where thin-crust pizzas, surprisingly better than those from Furano’s famed Cheese Factory, were expertly prepared. The spread also featured an incredible assortment of sashimi – the freshest I encountered during my 1.5-week trip across various hotels. The salmon and mackerel, both raw and uniquely marinated in glass jars, were exceptional.
The hot dishes maintained the same elevated standard. A simple tomato-based clam spaghetti was transformed by the quality of ingredients, while even the sautéed kailan was enhanced with the addition of Parma ham. Local produce, such as the fresh broccoli used in the cream-based dishes, lent an unmistakable brightness to each bite. The combination of Japanese and Western cuisine was balanced beautifully, with every plate delivering a sense of thoughtful craftsmanship.
Of course, no stay at a lakeside resort would be complete without a visit to the onsen bath. While slightly smaller than the one at Lake Akan, the onsen here is far superior in cleanliness and upkeep. Conveniently, the bath is stocked with towels, so there’s no need to carry your own from the room. The experience is further enhanced by a sauna illuminated with soothing blue light, adding a layer of tranquility to the ritual. The open-air onsen is another highlight.
For those who appreciate the purity of nature, the bath even features drinkable Lake Shikotsu water, renowned as one of Japan’s top 100 spring waters. This thoughtful touch, coupled with the stunning views, creates an immersive experience that is equal parts restorative and luxurious.

PPengguna TetamuA bit hard to Checkin at first because we forgot to do the pre-Checkin but the staff online help us and finally we got in around 8pm. However, the room is big 4 beds with huge screen TV WITH YOUTUBE AND NETFLIX. All amenity is plenty enough for family. There are washing machine and heater which is big help and make this place stand out. We love this place and wanted to come back.

The hotel with onsen and shuttle bus to airport service. The shuttle bus service must be booked once you confirm the hotel booking because it is just a 8 persons van which will be running out fast. The breakfast is normal with Japanese and Western style. The toilet is a bit small but the room consider spaces for 2 guests with 2 big baggage. The hotel straightly check in time is 3pm. All guests are waiting in the lobby until 3pm to get the room key.
