MM11177****This was the hotel I was most looking forward to on my Hokkaido trip. The hotel offers a very convenient shuttle service. We booked a private onsen room, which was very spacious and even came with a massage chair. The kids had a blast playing in the room while the adults were glued to the massage chair! Soaking in the hot spring while watching the snowy scenery is definitely one of life's greatest pleasures, and the views of Lake Shikotsu are also stunning. We had so much fun playing in the snow. The roasted marshmallows in the hotel lobby every night were a big hit with the kids, and the desserts at the hotel were exquisite and delicious. Plus, there was a special main course prepared for children at dinner every day. There are also some nice little shops nearby with great food; the owner of the grilled fish restaurant even lent us a skateboard to play with!

VVic KateThis establishment was wonderfully relaxing. The food was exquisite and service was impeccable. The decor is quietly elegant with thoughtful details e.g. sake hours, midnight snack boxes. What made it even more impressive was they went through the trouble of sending us our items of clothing that we forgot to our next hotel destination in Japan with efficiency and promptness

GGuest UserThe room was quite spacious for Japan, featuring three beds, which was ideal for our family trip. The facilities were also good. Its location is convenient for Chitose Airport, with a taxi ride costing around 2000 JPY. However, dining options right outside the hotel are somewhat limited. We visited during a holiday period, so all the Izakayas required reservations. Fortunately, there's a soup curry place and a tonkatsu (pork cutlet) restaurant right outside, which served as decent alternatives.

..AmornThe accommodation is spacious and clean, located close to the airport and car rental services, making it ideal for an overnight stay to prepare for travel. There is a minimart right across the street. The video call check-in system is very convenient, and the property is fully equipped with amenities. There is ample parking space. Highly recommended for a stay.

EEpianThe hotel boasts an excellent location, within walking distance of major attractions. Although the room is small, its modern minimalist design is thoughtfully laid out, maximizing space and making movement easy. A nice touch is the provision of two-piece pajamas for guests. The buffet for both dinner and breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, a comfortable and well-designed stay with great dining choices.

BBRN14Hotel is not far from Chitose station. I stayed in single bedroom with nice window view. The room was clean and good bed. I paid for Japanese-style breakfast. It was served in a small set but the taste was good. Hotel provided coffee and tea drips for free.

But hotel makes it up with their amenities, decent breakfast, and the women's onsen even had a shampoo bar where you can select your own shampoos (named shampoo and conditioner brands) for showering before the onsen.

YYu LingThe environment and staff were wonderful, and I truly enjoyed my stay. Both the food and spring water were excellent. The resort even offers a nighttime star tour, which was a fantastic experience.

Many types of food are available, and I would recommend Victoria Station for western foods and its generous salads.

LLunzai ChongThe hotel is a bit old but the advantage is that it is very close to JR. There is an Aeon nearby, which is less than 5 minutes' walk. This place is remote and suitable for staying overnight before going to the airport. The hotel provides airport pick-up service, which is very good.
