MM11177****This was the hotel I was most looking forward to on my Hokkaido trip. The hotel offers a very convenient shuttle service. We booked a private onsen room, which was very spacious and even came with a massage chair. The kids had a blast playing in the room while the adults were glued to the massage chair! Soaking in the hot spring while watching the snowy scenery is definitely one of life's greatest pleasures, and the views of Lake Shikotsu are also stunning. We had so much fun playing in the snow. The roasted marshmallows in the hotel lobby every night were a big hit with the kids, and the desserts at the hotel were exquisite and delicious. Plus, there was a special main course prepared for children at dinner every day. There are also some nice little shops nearby with great food; the owner of the grilled fish restaurant even lent us a skateboard to play with!

GGuest UserFood was great. Very relaxing time. One thing that was annoying. We wanted to use the free shuttle to Chitose Station the day after we left because we were staying in the area for one more night. It would have been no problem to use the shuttle the day we checked out. The staff explained to us that this is not possible. The staff came even up with excuses that the shuttle is fully booked even though all guests arrived with their own car. No good customer service for a hefty price tag this hotel charges.

GGuest UserThe hotel is dated. Once you know that be prepared for a very traditional Ryokan experience. You know that quite a number of tourists stop by here because Onsen etiquette is explained in English. In case you have not booked dinner upfront there is no option for food other than a little convenience store at the hotel‘s premises. Breakfast is buffet style and good.

BBRN14Hotel is not far from Chitose station. I stayed in single bedroom with nice window view. The room was clean and good bed. I paid for Japanese-style breakfast. It was served in a small set but the taste was good. Hotel provided coffee and tea drips for free.

GGuest UserChitose airport hotel is very close to the JR station around 5 mins walk. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and helpful. They can speak English as well. Hotel is clean but old. The rooms are huge as compared to other hotels. Stayed in a triple room. There is also free shuttle bus to the airport in the morning only. There are many small restaurant around and also convenient stall opp the hotel. The bus stop is 2 mins away from the hotel from the airport (Bus 6) from domestic terminal.

PPechapornThe hotel staff is very nice in helping us checking in and gave us 4 tokens for the vending machine (we're a group of 5). Each coin worth 150 JPY. The onsen is clean and safe, separate floor for men and women onsen. For women, there will be a code to enter when entering the onsen on the 14th floor. The room is clean and the AC works well. Great overall experience. The hotel also offers a free shuttle bus to the airport. 8 people per bus.

WWongSharonA very modern and new hotel because the room I booked was a newly extended block. The hotel is in front of a bus stop. Comfortable stay but parking space are limited. They have a big laundry room, breakfast having choice of traditional Japanese or Western style.

LLunzai ChongThe hotel is a bit old but the advantage is that it is very close to JR. There is an Aeon nearby, which is less than 5 minutes' walk. This place is remote and suitable for staying overnight before going to the airport. The hotel provides airport pick-up service, which is very good.
