However, our spa experience fell short—while I was satisfied with my treatment, my mom was not. She felt that her requests were overlooked, and despite opting for the most expensive services, she didn’t find the experience worthwhile. Aside from this issue, everything else was quite good."

"Rating Shore Time in general since we had to be transferred to their station 1 branch due to ongoing renovations. Excellent choice whether it be the D’Mall location or Station 1. Strategic location and the amenities are good. The Station 1 branch has an Andok’s just a few steps away and a 24 hour cafe. It also is about 60 steps away from the beach. All in all, this was a refreshing experience as it was our first time staying at a location that was not at the beachfront and we will probably be staying here again."

"We loved the room and the terrace. Rwally nice people that work there. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels which was really nice. Hotel is located close to the Willy's rock and the beach is just 2min away. Also, really nice breakfast and dinner options at the caffe/restaursnt with decent prices. A lot of options to transfer to other beaches like Puka beach but also 10/15 min walk to the boracay central mall and shops."

"Very nice and clean hotel. Friendly staffs and good service. Hotel offers many different activities like island hopping, massage, hairbrading, etc. Rooftop bar was relaxing, also bar at the pool was cool. We enjoy every day of our stay. Breakfast buffet was okay, same food every day was little bored. The beach is just afew steps from hotel. Nice view, nice beach. We wished we could stay longer. Recommend this hotel."

"A wonderful location with lots of shops and restaurants nearby (we suggest TGH for excellent salpicao), and beachfront was beautiful. Family connecting room was spacious with good sized bathroom (shower & tub), two large screen tvs, and a small balcony with area to hang swimsuits to dry + a safe. Cons were the breakfast (quality quite low and many options nearby with better value), construction going on (although all staff and workers were courteous and polite), rainshower not working and only luke warm water available for showers/bathing, lots of algae in the ocean waterfront for swimming (especially compared to station 1)."

"Our 2nd stay, we love the suite 2 at 3rd flr but our friends room is old, dirty a lot of cigarr outside the balcony, Some rooms are old and cr smells like **** and bathtub is old, needs to renovate manager should check every rooms specially bed and blanket coz it has stain, looks like it was used and didnt change..breakfast is good bec its a buffet."

The hotel is extremely clean and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and impeccably tidied up daily. Cleanliness is taken very seriously, which gives guests a huge sense of confidence and tranquility. The location is also fantastic – right in the heart of Station 2, close to everything, yet with a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. The pools are wonderful and very well-kept, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Breakfast is another highlight: very varied, with delicious options for every taste – from Asian to Western dishes, all fresh and flavorful. It really makes you want to enjoy every morning there. Without a doubt, an excellent stay! I highly recommend Henann Garden to anyone looking for comfort, a great location, and top-notch service. I will definitely return."
