"I do not have any problems with location and cleanliness. What puts me off is the customer service. I went there around 1:30 and they told me that my check in won’t be until 2:00. While it is fine to deny an early check in, I am disappointed that I went there early and yet my room was given to me 10 minutes past my check-in time. Moreover, some staffs are friendly but most act like they don’t care."

"Positives: friendly staff (maybe too friendly); quite clean both in and out of the hotel rooms; there were barely any guests there when I checked in, and with a window-less room, it actually made for great sleep hygiene; a positive for those tired travellers that need a good nap.
There's not a lot in Bacoor and the roads leading to Cavite and in the Manila direction have the most appalling traffic that I've experienced; but it is a short ride to the Manila airport (min 20 minutes by cab) , making this a potential airport hotel.
The safety deposit box didn't work at first, but to the staff's credit, they replaced it very quickly. Unfortunately, the hot water just wasn't present during shower time.
Buffet breakfast was okay, but it was a smaller selection than what I've seen at other hotels. As a vegan, I barely managed to find enough options.
Despite some positives, I do think the hotel was overpriced. For instance, I only paid about $20 extra for my stay at the City Garden Grand Hotel, in its prime location in Makati and superior facilities."

"The door lock had a low battery, and we were unable to enter the room after returning from outside. We reported it to the lobby when we got back, but it took some time for assistance to arrive, so we had to wait in the hallway for more than 10 minutes.
The internet connection was also very slow. While we were able to watch Netflix, the streaming quality was poor because of the slow speed. In addition, the TV remote barely responded. When I mentioned this to the staff member who assisted us, it worked briefly, but after watching a movie, it stopped responding again.
Breakfast was supposed to be included in our package, but we were not asked about our breakfast preference during check-in. The next morning, I had to ask the reception about it, and they told us they had forgotten to take our order. They then took our order on the spot, which was already sometime past 9:00 AM. Unfortunately, it still took more than an hour for the food to be served. For a simple meal of corned beef, scrambled eggs, and rice, breakfast was served at 10:18 AM.
I hope the hotel can improve these aspects of service in the future. It would also help to check facility equipment, such as door lock batteries, before assigning rooms to guests, as issues like this can cause unnecessary inconvenience."

"Everything is good. One ride from SM Bacoor, tatawid ka lang. Didn't expect that they got their own Netflix account free to be used unlike sa Iba na ikaw ang need mag login. "We stayed at Rangya hotel last Feb13-14, and it waa a really pleasant experience for our family of 4. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable - exactly what we needed for a short getaway. While there were a few amenities we were hoping for, like slippers, breakfast or a mini ref, we understand it's already has a very cheap room price, and the essentials were definitely there. The beds were cozy, and my kids were genuinely happy with the room. The staff were also very nice, helpful and pleasant, which made the stay even better. The location is a huge plus too, with easy access to nearby establishments, especially restaurants. Overall, it was a short stay but a very nice one, and we appreciated how convenient and family-friendly it felt."

"It’s a place near Balay Dako so area is feasible even without bringing a car. The service were able to cater our needs and was really friendly. Amenities are working okay and you do have option to roam the area… I guess there are some that are going renovations or for sale (hope they make the are more lively again), bed is aight for it’s price only problem is the rest room. It’s a bit small and I don’t think there’s an exhaust so might want to spray lysol after every use.
I am still keen in going back there but yeah, Rest room needs a make over."

"I chose this resort for Christmas Eve get together with family. I want us to just have dinner and not think of what to cook. I love the spacious rooms. Even it is just for 2 pax , 1 bed could still be added on the floor. I love the staff, they are all helpful and efficient. The Cmas buffet was also good. Our family loved it. The pools are ok but need to clean it a bit. When was the last time you cleaned it?
Thank you also for opening ur resort to pets. We love our pets and are part of the family. Lots of families will not leave them alone at home specially during outings so I am so glad that u are open to the idea.
I booked 3 rooms and all of the rooms are equally spacious and clean.

I would like to commend on how alta d' tagaytay handled our entire vacation.
We stayed there for three days and 2 nights and I could really say that their service is superb, high class and you are really going to get the value of service that you have paid for.
From their very accommodating frontdesk to the food servers and housekeeping staff. They keep on greeting every guest with a smile like it's always their first time to see us everyday.
Their shuttle is also one call away and very fast, not to mention their drivers that are also very polite and knowledgeable. They even provide an instruction regarding the floors of the amenities and restaurants within the building.
As for the restaurants, they have a variety of food that you can choose from. Their breakfast buffet is also magnificent and if I am going to rate the food that we have tasted , I would give it a 10/10
Regarding our room, we had a very relaxing experience. Upon opening the door, you will be welcomed by the classy cleanliness and smell of the air freshener. Make up room requests are also fast accommodated by housekeeping but the most important part that has caught our attention was the complimentary birthday cakes that were provided by the hotel to our 2 daughters. That makes it more magical.
Lastly, the pool is very accessible right beside La Cresta restaurant and they even have a lifeguard to look after your kids if ever. The Jacuzzi has just the right amount of warmness. They even provide laundry bags for your wet clothes (not all hotels provide that) even some of the highest rated ones.
Overall, the view, the staff, the service, amenities and superb all around experience is enough to say that we would definitely return to this hotel.

PPengguna TetamuWe are an OFW family traveling with a child and senior parents, and overall we had a pleasant stay. The place is very family-friendly, with plenty of activities for kids such as an indoor arcade, outdoor playground, and both a kiddie pool with play features and an adult pool. One of the highlights for us was the on-site farm—our baby especially enjoyed the horseback riding experience.
That said, there are a few areas for improvement. The rooms are decent, but the air conditioning felt too cold and somewhat outdated, making it difficult to adjust to a comfortable temperature. The arcade area also lacked air conditioning, which made it uncomfortable for our child. The farm could use better maintenance, as there was a noticeable smell, and some of the activities like feeding and horseback riding felt a bit overpriced for what was offered. The horseback ride itself was limited to a few rounds in a small circle, which may feel repetitive for adults, though our child still enjoyed it.
We also noticed that the obstacle course was not well maintained, with some mosquitoes around the tire obstacles. The location is a bit tucked away within Tagaytay, and we found the roads somewhat confusing, which made it challenging to navigate at first. Additionally, dining options on-site were a bit pricey, so we opted to eat বাইরে at nearby bulalo restaurants, which were quite good.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciate the family-oriented amenities, but there are several areas where improvements could enhance the experience further.

PPengguna TetamuI've been to several hotels in Tagaytay already and I always come back to Casiana. It's great compared to other pricey hotels. The staff are friendly and the buffet is good too. The rooms are spacious (with balcony) and the toilets are modern. Parking is always available. The pool needs a little bit of cleaning. It is big compared to other hotels in the area - 4 feet for adults. The only thing I am constantly having a problem is the wifi in the room. Sometimes it disappears and is not consistent. I wish they would fix it since it has been a problem for way back in 2023 when I started to go to this hotel.
I attached the photo of the custom eggs they made for us while eating our buffet. It was a nice touch.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaRoom smells awful, parang amoy lumang gamit , lalo na yung banyo, ang baho! parang amoy pawis na natuyo ang amoy, maybe yung mop na ginamit nd malinis, shampoo & conditioner luma din mukhang hindi nagrefill, yung labatory barado, yung maliit na unan nd bagong palit ang cover, amoy anit na! Ewww.pero isang tawag lang gagawin naman nila lahat,tho nice location , malapit sa lahat, staffs are very friendly & accomodating naman. Breafast is good! Over all stay ok naman. 👍

PPengguna TetamuOverall happy with my stay. The room was comfortable; the property is conveniently located by the highway. (caveat, at night you will hear motorists pass by but this should be already taken into account given clear proximity) Staff were friendly and accommodating; I felt attended to as a guest.
There is on-site parking however limited but I attribute this to my timing of stay; there was a multi-day event hosted at the same time so I feel the lack of parking was taken up by participants staying at the hotel who arrived earlier in the week.
The breakfast buffet was not excellent, but not inedible either. You get what you pay for. The dining area was clean and orderly so at least there's that.
I slept well here, I'm generally happy to have booked this as my accommodation.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We arrived early, before check-in time, and they kindly helped us store our luggage until our room was ready. They also gave us helpful local tips, which made our stay even smoother.
We traveled by bus from Manila to Tagaytay. Initially, I thought buses ran only once per hour, but we discovered they actually run approximately every 15 minutes. If there are enough passengers, buses may even depart immediately, sometimes with more than one leaving at the same time. Very efficient and convenient.
The hotel is located in the city center, but not directly on the main road. This is actually a huge advantage — you are less than a two-minute walk from the main street, yet at night there is no traffic noise. It’s peaceful and perfect for rest. The bus stops right in front of the hotel, which makes arrival very easy. If you come by car, there is parking available.
The swimming pool is wonderful, and the atmosphere of the hotel is charming and relaxing. There are many cafés, restaurants, and shopping areas nearby, all within walking distance.
For transportation around the city, the cheapest option is the local jeepney. Tricycles (tuk-tuk) are convenient, but the jeepney is more affordable. People in the city are very friendly and always willing to help if you ask for directions or recommendations. Security staff in shops are attentive and helpful, and even the local police are approachable and friendly.
Overall, it was an incredible experience. A charming place to stay in Tagaytay.

Brittany Hotel is fairly new. We have been meaning to try it for a while since we always pass by it along Daang Hari. We initially booked just an overnight stay to relax a bit. Unexpectedly, we ended up coming back the very next day when we needed a place to stay for another three days and two nights. I asked the same receptionist, Ken, who assisted us during our first check-in if the deluxe room we previously stayed in was available, as we preferred it. They didn’t say whether it was, but instead informed us that they had upgraded our room to a premier one at no extra cost! It was such a pleasant surprise, especially since it was only our second visit. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Ken for being so helpful and kind. The level of service really stood out.
The overall vibe of the hotel is really nice. It's quiet, very clean, and has a cozy atmosphere. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Although we weren’t able to try most of the restaurant’s menu since we always came back late at night, the food we did try was enjoyable, and the coffee was surprisingly good. While the hotel might feel a bit limited for some, as it's still new, we had a great stay overall. It has quickly become our favorite among all the hotels we’ve stayed at. 😁 We hope they continue to provide great service and even improve it further, especially the facilities and amenities. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to our friends and family.

It's not your regular luxury hotels. But the vibe is definitely good. Rooms are clean and smells good.Parking ia covered. If you'll be in a motorcycle like is, I hope you hvae a skilled driver, the way here is a hill downslope and is a bit challenging to navigate if not an experienced driver. All in all a 10/10 experience. 🥰

The cons of Taal Vista Hotel: rooms should have been renovated at least 5 years ago (but fair size). They just started with one small part of the building, but at this speed, expect 5 more years. Also, we could hear our room neighbours receiving sms (ping!), just as an indication of the level of privacy! Swimming Pool is small and there is no real gym.
We won't go again.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The highlight of our stay was the stunning view of the Taal Volcano from our room. Waking up to such a breathtaking sight every morning was truly magical and added a special touch to our celebration.
We were also delighted to encounter a lot of wild monkeys around the property. It was such a unique and exciting experience that made our stay even more memorable.
The breakfast at Villa Ibarra was fantastic. There was a wide variety of delicious options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. It was the perfect way to start our day, and we looked forward to it each morning.
One of our favorite features was the cozy jacuzzi. It was the ideal place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The warm water and serene atmosphere made it a perfect spot for some quality time together.
Overall, our stay at Villa Ibarra was exceptional. The combination of the stunning Taal Volcano view, the exciting wildlife encounters, the delicious breakfast, and the relaxing jacuzzi made for a perfect birthday celebration for my wife. We are grateful to the staff for their warm hospitality and for making our stay so memorable.
