Отличная гостиница. Все чисто, уютно, сделано со вкусом. Приятный дизайн, новая мебель, белоснежные полотенца. Персонал вежливый и дружелюбный. Всегда готовы помочь в любом вопросе, отвечали на все вопросы, возникшие во время нашего проживания, что создаёт приятную атмосферу. К уборке нареканий не было. В гостинице предоставляют бесплатным Wi-Fi интернет с очень хорошей скоростью, не только на территории гостиницы но и в номерах а также имеется парковка. На завтрак предоставляют богатый ассортимент сыров, мясо- копченных и кондитерских изделий, фрукты нескольких видов, 2 вида каш и блюда из национальной кухни. несколько видов кофе и большой ассортимент напитков и чая. В гостинице также имеется места для фотосесий и проведения романтического ужина для влюблённых пар и для тех кто желает быть связанными узами брака. Обязательно вернусь в Shaxjahon hotel.

I stayed at the Crocus Tashkent Hotel in Uzbekistan from July 31st to August 7th, 2023 for a training course organized by the IIHF. Overall, the hotel provided a pleasant experience during my one-week stay. First and foremost, the cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel were well-maintained, although I changed my room twice because of problems with the ventilation system and bathroom hose problem. The rooms were adequately spacious and had decent amenities. The hotel also had a small pool, which was a useful spot for relaxation, and we had memorable nights there. The hotel's food was average to good and of satisfactory quality. The location of the hotel was not particularly interesting, but with a short walk of at least twenty minutes, one could reach sightseeing and recreational areas, although Tashkent itself doesn't have many tourist attractions. The hotel staff, especially during morning shifts, spoke English well and were helpful in many situations such as obtaining a SIM card and arranging taxis. The people of Uzbekistan are known for their hospitality. If I were to visit Tashkent again, this hotel would likely be among my top choices.

酒店非常棒，飛機晚點了，司機大哥等了我們3個小時，出來還幫我們抬行李，感動。因為這次一行8人行李非常多，酒店還專門安排了商務車來接，給力。從機場到酒店大概5分鐘就到了，據説塔什幹機場就在市中心。最後一天去撒馬爾罕，是聯繫酒店提前在網上幫忙定的高鐵票，走路過去高鐵站不到5分鐘，簡直不要太方便。酒店旁邊有好幾家中餐廳，都在步行5分鐘以內的距離，但是我們還是很喜歡酒店大廚做的大盤雞，實惠正宗，真的好吃😋早餐是住過的烏茲別克所有酒店裡麪最好的，因為每天都是不重樣的小炒，還是自助的，再住下去一定會吃胖。炒麪，炒飯，小米粥，土豆絲，幹鍋花菜，爆炒肚絲，你敢想象這是早餐，太頂了，哈哈。總之就是太值了，位置方便，房間非常乾淨，早餐吃的很舒服。中文服務幹啥都可以微信。叫朋友來談事，大廳也很氣派。我已經推薦給機場認識的朋友了，哈哈。絕對值回票價。

Honestly, the service was good. Be it day or night, the staffs were very helpful and always there to help you. I appreciate very much! Their service is similarly where you will get from a renowned hotel. However, if you want to be in the centre of the city, then you might want to consider because the location is quite far from the touristy sights. As for me, I am a solo traveller, and I always like to wander around further from the city whichever country I’m in, hence I chose this hotel. But worry not, if you have or download Yandexgo (similar to Uber), then you could just travel by taxi from the app. It’s cheap and affordable. You can even order food or engage a delivery service. There’s also a local fastfood Evos beside the hotel and also a convenience store across the road. Overall, I am satisfied during my 4-day stay.

Despite facing language barriers or challenges in communication, they handled it with grace and professionalism, ensuring that we received the services we needed without any hitch. the prices were more than reasonable, making it a win-win situation for us as customers. We left feeling satisfied and content with the excellent value we received for our money. Additionally, the location is conveniently accessible. Finding it was a breeze, and it spared us the stress of getting lost in an unfamiliar area. Moreover, the added convenience of a nearby convenient store proved to be a cherry on top, making it easy for us to grab any necessities we required during our visit.

IIzzie_82Checking in was a nightmare I booked the hotel to stay 2 night before flying back to London. I checked in with my new wife as we just got married and the hotel reception demanded that we need a marriage certificate to stay at their hotel as my wife was Uzbekistan citizens and me being Uk. The reception was very rude unhelpful and even I was telling them that I am with my wife they didn’t want to check me in I found this very upsetting as I said if my girlfriend or female friend, wife was another nationality they won’t ask me for anything after talking to some fake managers that came to the reception they had to make so many phone calls to some places and after 45 minutes of waiting at the reception desk finally they checked us in was terrible no apologies was offered from 4-5 staff that had dealt with us 2 we’re supposed to be management which am not sure I feel they lied. I wasn’t happy at all with this from such a large hotel chain which I have used them in other locations. Room was good sized clean but service in general was poor for such a new hotel. Even morning breakfast staff no one ever said good morning or anything. There was no security at the front door ever when we came in or left the hotel to see local tourists attractions. Avoid the bar too expensive and cocktails weren’t great head to local restaurants for cheaper drinks. It’s a shame I can’t rate the service less than 1 stars if I could I would rate the service 0 stars. We stayed at the Wyndham in Tashkent as well with my wife didn’t have issues and staff there were fantastic.

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed here 3 separate times in 15 days. The staff throughout were helpful, personable, and always had a smile. There was an exchange machine (Som to dollars and vice versa), and an ATM. The location was good for us; close to the market, shops and several restaurants. The restaurant in the hotel was very good but a bit expensive. As others have said, breakfast was second to none! There was everything you could wish for, including freshly cooked eggs. All in all, we enjoyed our stays here very much.

This is quite a basic Premier Inn style of hotel. Sleep is disturbed by tour parties arriving and departing during the night, as well as the dog barking and the cock crowing. Room 601 only had 1 chair for 2 people, and the door handle to the bathroom just falls off. Room 511, where we also stayed, the window does not shut properly. Towels feel like old worn out nappies, and the room may not be serviced until late afternoon. Replenishment is also spasmodic. Some receptionists very helpful, others not. The room safe is above the fridge, so it gets very hot inside. Best not to put anything with a battery in it. Breakfast is adequate, but the hot food is cold. No English menu available, and the translation not very good, so we ate out. Way out from the city centre, so you are best using the metro, which is cheap and easy, but quite a long walk away.

Если попросить - сварят кофе. Еды много, но выбрать трудно что-то ,что можно поесть на завтрак. Фруктов нет совсем. Расположен не очень близко к центру. Минут за 20 можно дойти до Мэджик Сити. Но идти вечером придётся по тёмным безлюдным улочкам. До станции метро (ближайшая ”Космонавтов”) тоже неблизко.

RRamonI arrived at 2300 and there is a monopoly of taxis. Frankly, I just wanted to get to the hotel so I hired the official airport taxi (there is a stand before customs, as well as money change facilities). The driver had a little difficulty locating it, but it is actually a couple hundred of meters from a mayor street. After traveling in China, I was relief to notice that the people at the hotel speak English (thanks Haselbeck). The room is clean and right behind the reception, at street level. Since the windows open, I asked Haselbeck about the crime situation and he laughed, stating that this doesn't happen in Uzbekistan. Breakfast was very good, with cold meats, eggs, cereal, cookies, cake, tea, coffee and blynis. While having breakfast I spoke to a person from India who was working is Tashkent about how he transports, since the Metro is about 1600 m away. He laughed it and told me to use Yandex Go and order taxis. Great find! They are really inexpensive .

The rooms at Ramada Tashkent exude a sense of understated elegance, with modern furnishings and plush bedding that provide the perfect sanctuary after a day of exploration. There was not much of a view of the city skyline (as we were on level 2), but every detail was carefully curated to ensure a restful and rejuvenating experience. They even sent a complimentary fruits platter to the room as it was my mother’s birthday. Definitely will come back and stay again. MMukhammaddilyorI liked the location hotel cleanness and both night and morning shift receptions the only problem is on food :( In Uzbekistan, hotel foods are in Chinese!!! It is good for Chinese but for Uzbeks it is trash! Before my visit they told me not to accept Uzbeks! How come is this? Actually, before checking I booked the Hotel with my Korean Card! They told me you booked already no problem you can stay.. this time but normally our boss doesn't allow uzbeks to stay because our Boss is Chinese!! What the hell? In Uzbekistan Chinese boss is racist! Do your business in China then! What the hell you are doing In Uzbekistan?

PPengguna TetamuBecause the special circumstances, this review is only about the the services. Because I mistakenly booked our flight one day earlier than our hotel booked (at another hotel), we found ourselves without a hotel room in the middle of the night. I tried all booking platforms and failed to find one allowing me to book that night because it had passed the mid night and were only showing the “new date”. Finally I accidentally bumped into Star Hotel and allowed me to still book that night. The owner of Star Hotel was shocked when we showed up around 1am, because he had closed booking for that night. But still he welcomed us and frankly explained that the rooms were all booked and would let us choose a room reserved for their employees. They saved us from a night in the streets and the owner and his staff were very kind, friendly and helpful! We are forever grateful !

PPengguna TetamuYou stay here for the experience not the quality of the hotel! This place is kitsch and a wonderful relic of the cold War! Stayed here twice as part of a group tour and was charmed by the haphazard nature of the place! Reception is a vast space with plenty of seating and a bar at one end. You can get cold beer here that you can take away to your room. Both rooms we had were large with twin beds at one end and a loungue type area at the other. The major bonus was we had a balcony each time; great views from the higher floors and a good place to hang out some washing! The first room the balcony was accessible from two doors, the second room had one door blocked with a chest of drawers and the handle removed! Bathrooms are a bit dated and you sometimes have to wait for hot water! Not all rooms have balconies so you might need to request. The money exchange was really useful, although they wouldn't change local currency back again. The rooftop bar is actually the top floor as opposed to on the roof but the windows open in and you get great city views. Breakfast buffet is excellent, especially the omlette chef! Location of the hotel is also strong, metro just to right of entrance and lots of attractions, bars and restaurants in walking distance. A couple of reviews say Reception staff don't speak great English - you can get round this with Google translate so not a big deal. We also had two people on our two given each others passports - the onus is definitely on you to check!If you don't mind quirky this hotel is for you!

Rooms are small but functional 3. it is an old property but functional in a good manner 4. Helpful staff, Reception will help to book Yandex taxi 5. Large and decorative lobby with ample seating 6. Recommended if budget is a concern - MId segment 7. Breakfast - Nice one with clear demarcation of VEg and non Veg items 8. In-house Indian restaurant - ”Rajkapur” 9. Lots of parking and located on the main road - Easy to access by walking or taxi or public transport Cons: 1. Nothing since we consider it to be a basic but functional and clean premise for a couple of nights We stayed one night and it worked for us, we may return for short stay again
