I got a good stay at this hotel. They assigned me to triple room even though I am solo and thanked them for that. Large beds, facilities working just fine and lovely and filling breakfast. Lovely young staff at reception are all welcoming and nice. Silent neighborhood, walkabale to parks, arena, and Tashkent City Mall. Shoutout to Said and the nice girl at the reception and all the staff. Good hotel and worth it overall.

Location is unbeatable, hotel is brand new and staff is very professional and friendly Olga and Dina at the lobby bar are masters at work making best coffee and old fashion)

Great value stay with excellent breakfast in Tashkent We stayed at Viva Hotel in Tashkent and found it to be a comfortable and good value option. The location is convenient. It is about a 12 minute walk to Kosmonavtlar Metro Station, and there are plenty of markets and places to eat within walking distance. It is easy to get around the city from here. The room was very big and spacious. The beds were soft and very comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep. The bathroom was decent, with a western-style toilet and enough space for a comfortable shower. There is no TV in the room, and there are limited convenient plugs for charging devices. However, you can use one of the wall outlets that is normally used for the water boiler. The hotel provides tea and cups, which is a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful. Only one of the three staff members spoke English, so you may need to use a translation app to communicate at times. Despite the language barrier, the staff were still accommodating and tried their best to assist. Breakfast was excellent, with many options available. It starts early at 7:00 a.m., which is very convenient if you have an early morning train. If your train departs at 8:00 a.m. or later, you can still enjoy a quick breakfast before heading to the station. There are elevators to access the rooms. Soundproofing is acceptable, not perfect, but not problematic either. Overall, this hotel offers very good value for the price. The location is good, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff are helpful. I would consider staying here again on a future visit to Tashkent.

I booked this hotel stay for my elderly parents. As per my parents upon arrival front desk agent didn’t greet or acknowledge them. Also when I booked this stay I noticed that check in time was after 10 AM and check out was after 2 PM- I was surprised and I called the hotel to confirm this information and I wanted to let them know that my parents will be arriving earlier than 10 AM ( I was ready to pay extra if hotel wanted) but hotel representative told me that their check in time is after 2 PM and check out is by 10 AM in the morning-representative said he will “think of something”, that I shouldn’t be worried! I immediately called trip.com customer service line and I was able to confirm that because of my “Rewards” I was eligible for privileged check in/out times, so dear front desk agent Bekhzod if you don’t know please don’t give an impression that you are doing an exception / favour for somebody - it had nothing to do with you! Negative aspects: —-＞I booked specific room with brown furniture but my parents stayed in the same size room but with Grey furniture (just note You are not getting same thing as in picture here) —-＞ There were 3 shower heads in the bathroom and the main one( rain shower head ) wasn’t working! Positive aspects: —-＞ Trip.com claims that this hotel doesn’t have an elevator but they do and a nice, huge, mirrored one! —-＞ Cleaning lady and maintenance gentleman were kind and attentive. —-＞ Front desk agent Bekhzod was really patient with my mentally ill father and he is the one who constantly helped my parents to order Yandex taxi service ( Thank you so much ) —-＞ Breakfast was good but pastries were better —-＞ There is a supermarket called Korzinka nearby, you can just walk there! Overall everything was ok but I wouldn’t stay here for future trips to Tashkent

I checked in around 8pm and was greeted by a staff in the evening shift (I did not asked his name). I asked for a SIM card if I could buy in the morning , he said could offer a free just need to top up tomorrow 9am his colleagues will settle. But early morning I was waiting for 9-9:30 there is no one knew about this . I also asked for late check out, he said could extend only til 1pm unless I will need to settle 50% extra and I agreed coz my flight is 22:30pm but in the morning when I came to settle late check out fee, there is again no one know how to do only they said they will check with their manager . I only stayed one night in Tashkent due to my flight need to overnight transit but the team make my stay very unpleasant and not comfortable. Again , I got a friend who come to visit me just 1hr, but the hotel did not allow and that evening staff again , stop my friend and said he can stay inside my room Only 3mn, if late than 3mn, he will call my room number or even send someone . he said this is hotel rule . Omg . The way he replied and did were so unprofessional and rude and very fiere like I am a criminal . Until I complaint and asked to meet manager couple times , he agreed to let my friend stay only 1hr and needed to pay a tourist fee. Bad service , not skilled team and I will never ever come back to this hotel again !

Отличный отель за свои деньги! Расположение отличное, две станции метро до центра, метро рядом. Номер хороший, чистый, не согласен с отзывами, которые читал до этого про этот отель. Завтраки хорошие, всегда наедался, кровати удобные, интернет отличный , мне для работы было это важно.

Отель в ретро стиле. Плюсы: хорошее расположение, рядом станция метро, банк, центр госуслуг, рынок, салон связи и вкусная еда. Тихий двор. Есть кулер с водой. Каждый день спрашивают, нужна ли уборка. Минусы: плохой матрас, очень чувствуются пружины, даже не смотря на наматрасник. Плохой завтрак. Из свежих овощей только огурцы. Баклажаны и цветная капуста приготовлены в кляре. Сосиски из дешевых. Сыр колбасный. Из фруктов только яблоки и мятые. Кофе растворимый. Если прийти в 8, еда свежее, позже ее разогревают с добавлением масла, яйца жарят уже на скорую руку и белок остается жидким. Много выпечки, она не вкусная. В одноместном номере есть одна чашка. Чайника нет, в кулере нет подогрева воды. Я выбрала отель, потому что в меня возникли сложности с другой моей бронью. Выбирать надо было быстро и выбор в праздники был невелик. Отель предлагает скидки и бонусы, выглядит, как будто менеджмент пытается привлечь гостей. Но было бы куда лучше, если бы руководство пересмотрело меню и вложило деньги в обновление мебели. При заезде нужно отдать дополнительную сумму налога. Я отдала ее наличными, сдачи не нашлось. Потом пришлось несколько раз спрашивать сдачу. Все равно отдали не всю. Так что стоит готовить деньги под расчет. В отеле есть бассейн, на мой вкус вода в нем мутная. Я не пользовалась. И не сидела, чтобы его чистили. У бассейна два шезлонга. Однако вокруг большие деревья, так что только с позагорать не получится. В целом, мое впечатление на троечку. Я бы не остановилась тут снова.
