This hotel was excellent. Exceptionally clean rooms and very comfortable bed. The staff were excellent and in particular the restaurant manager Elbek who not only gave me first class food and drinks recommendations but organised transport for part of my travel. I ate in the restaurant each night as the menu was extensive and he recommended food and drinks I hadn’t tried before which were superb, and consequently I recommend their eggplant salad. I will stay in this hotel again on my way back through Tashkent. Also the hotel is near a metro station which gives access to plenty of things to see in the city such as the famous Soviet-era metro stations. A short walk from the hotel is the main square where you will see the contrasting buildings of Soviet architecture.

I stayed at Hilton Tashkent City for four day, and the experience was deeply disappointing, mainly due to poor housekeeping, indifferent staff, and an overall lack of respect toward guests. Upon check-in, I discovered that the shampoo bottle was empty and the tissue box was empty. I immediately left a written note for housekeeping requesting to refill amenities and clean the room. However, when I returned later, the room had not been cleaned at all, and none of the requested items were refilled. When I contacted the staff again to request shampoo, tissues, and bottles of water, they were delivered one by one, as if each item required a separate reminder. This created a strong impression that guest comfort is not a priority, and that requests are treated carelessly and easily forgotten. The attitude of the reception staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming. At times, it felt as though guests were an inconvenience rather than the purpose of the hotel. When raising complaints, the response was slow and dismissive, making me feel that it was better not to complain at all because no one truly cared. Despite spending over $1,000 on a very short stay, the checkout experience was particularly unpleasant. On the day of departure, my wife and I were repeatedly pressured to check out early. Even after showing confirmation from the booking website stating that checkout was before 13:00, the staff continued to argue that “before” meant leaving immediately. They knocked on the door once and called the room twice demanding checkout. I eventually left the room at 12:50, yet the pressure and tone were completely unacceptable. This hotel seriously fails to meet the service standards expected from the Hilton brand. The lack of care, poor communication, and dismissive attitude toward paying guests made the stay stressful rather than comfortable. I would not recommend this property unless significant improvements are made in staff training and guest service culture.

酒店不在塔什干市中心，不過距離機場和高鐵站都不遠，車程10分鐘左右。周邊是居民區，晚上比較安靜。 房間不大，但整潔乾淨，浴室熱水充足，提供一次性用品。整體性價比還可以。

Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was modern and the shower was nice. Amenities like soap and toothbrushes available. Also coffee and tea. The furnishings were modern and clean. The TV had lots of international channels. I booked with the breakfast option; the food was really good. Lots of different items, fruit, yogurt, vegetables and eggs, steamed buns, tofu, other nice things. Many types of fruit juice and tea and coffee. I enjoyed the food very much, everything was fresh and delicious. The staff at the front desk speak English. Very good service in the restaurant and the hotel. I will stay here again.

One of the best places staff was cool respectful and helpful they speak 6 languages so you won't have any problem specially the blonde lady she was helpful nice and all the staff are wonderful I like it.

Забронировали номер на одну ночь — и это, пожалуй, максимум, что можно выдержать в этом отеле. Из положительного в номере тёплый пол в ванной, есть шкаф, сейф, утром вкусный завтрак и в столовой понарамные окна. На этом плюсы заканчиваются. Итерьер явно нуждается в ремонте: пол — стёртый ламинат, выглядит неопрятно. Номер мы бронировали 20-25 м кв, но по факту оказался метром 15 м кв. Но главная проблема — чистота. В ванной комнате возле раковины на стене мёртвые насекомые: это не просто неприятно, а вызывает вопросы к санитарным нормам заведения. Дополнительно неприятно удивило изголовье кровати — оно было в каких‑то тёмных разводах, что тоже говорит об отсутствии должной уборки. Если планируете останавливаться здесь на несколько дней, хорошо подумайте: условия, на мой взгляд, не соответствуют даже базовым. Так же при бронировании удерживается залог по стоимости одной ночи и возвращается после выселения. Деньги возвращаются спустя неделю, поэтому получить их сразу на следующий день не рассчитывайте.

Размещаемся здесь уже второй раз. Первый раз в 2023, второй раз сейчас, в 2026. За это время отель успел немного ”подумать”, но за свою цену по прежнему вполне хорош. Персонал на ресепшн всегда шел навстречу, где это возможно. Завтраки довольно скромные, мы приходили в девятом часу, и оставалось не так много. Бассейн пока спущен, но сейчас не сезон. В целом, нормально.

Choosing this hotel was a great stroke of luck. The design, amenities, location, wonderful breakfast, and excellent staff were all outstanding. In the evening, we enjoyed the sauna and a massage. It was magnificent. We dream of coming back here again.

Ramada Encore Tashkent offers comfortable rooms with modern design and good facilities. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Staff were polite and helpful, and the location is convenient for getting around the city. Breakfast was decent with enough variety. Overall, it is a reliable and comfortable choice in Tashkent.

Отель очень и очень старый. Номера ужасные, требуют ремонта еще лет тридцать назад. Ужасная слышимость, сантехнику я даже такую не видел, видимо из 80-х. Вода бежит через раз) Но при этом полный набор умывальных принадлежностей. Отличное месторасположение в самом центре, рядом метро. И очень хорошие и разнообразные завтраки - которые очень понравились! Кстати, у нас еще и стройка под окном была 🙈
