A satisfactory stay for price sensitive solo travellor! I would especially like to give a big thanks to Mr. Xasan!! He offered a gentle help with my money exchange as I arrived on a Saturday when all the banks were closed during weekend! He is very helpful, polite and gentle. Thank you so much Xasan! Just a soft reminder that late check out with the hotel involved extra cost. I was trying to ask if late check out at 3pm is possible since I had to catch an overnight train to Khiva. The female staff offered prices twice- first time asking me for a extra cost which equals to an extra night. I told her its too expensive since the cost for extra 3 hours equal one night. She then further lowered it to half of her first offer. So I would it is a little not that professional for that part. However, overall a good stay for solo travellors!

酒店不在塔什干市中心，不過距離機場和高鐵站都不遠，車程10分鐘左右。周邊是居民區，晚上比較安靜。 房間不大，但整潔乾淨，浴室熱水充足，提供一次性用品。整體性價比還可以。

The communication between staff is not good at this hotel. Arriving early I expected to wait to check in, I got directed to a coffee shop next door. Booked a suite through the site and upon arrival was told they dont have suites. So what I can see is, I just paid extra for a room that doesnt exist. 'The photos are old' I was told by reception. I asked for late check out on the morning of departure, no problem. Or so I thought. At regular check out time I got called to check out. Went down to reception to clarify (and pay for the late check out). The gent on reception at the time didnt know how to deal with payments. I asked if I could pay when I do check out later. He said yes. 10 minutes later I got harrassed to check out again, this receptionist knows nothing of my late check out and the room is booked for after my departure. No problem, I get my bags and leave. I wont be back or be recommending the hotel. Which is a shame as I have had such great hospitality at all the other hotels I've stayed at on this trip.

Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was modern and the shower was nice. Amenities like soap and toothbrushes available. Also coffee and tea. The furnishings were modern and clean. The TV had lots of international channels. I booked with the breakfast option; the food was really good. Lots of different items, fruit, yogurt, vegetables and eggs, steamed buns, tofu, other nice things. Many types of fruit juice and tea and coffee. I enjoyed the food very much, everything was fresh and delicious. The staff at the front desk speak English. Very good service in the restaurant and the hotel. I will stay here again.

Not much amenities but the location and the whole place is REALLY nice. The neighbourhood is good. Location is good. Bed is good. Toilet is fantastic. Lounge area is good too. Just that I think there could be a little more amenities given how good things already are? But that's just me. No issues staying here at all. Service people were really nice. I miss the bed, it was really comfortable

The room looks big enough if you're traveling alone, but it's got some pretty noticeable flaws. The thing that bugged me the most? The housekeeper never changed my sheets the whole six nights I stayed there! Also the room's super dim, and there's barely any natural light getting in either.

A nice small hotel. The location is good , in 5-10 mins walk you can find restaurants, bars, metro. It’s not the newest building but it’s clean and you have everything in you need. Thx a lot to the friendly team to being so nice al the time :)

Servis profesional dan sikap yang mesra, terutamanya restoran di tingkat atas yang merupakan bonus; lokasi sangat strategik tetapi harganya sangat murah. 3. Kemudahan memang agak lama, tetapi semua yang diperlukan ada. 4. Harga adalah sangat murah berbanding hotel setara. Kekurangan: 1. Penyaman udara memang tidak begitu kuat; perlu minta bilik dengan penyaman udara yang lebih baik dari kaunter depan. 2. Air panas kadang-kala terganggu pada waktu puncak malam; sebaiknya mandi pada waktu bukan puncak. Ini adalah masalah besar. 3. Sekitarnya adalah kawasan mewah, jadi untuk membeli minuman atau snek, perlu berjalan jauh sedikit. 4. Kualiti sarapan boleh diterima, tetapi tempat tidak cukup besar dan sesak apabila ramai orang.
