The highlight of this hotel is, without question, the warm swimming pool on the 3rd floor. Not just because it is beautiful, but because it opens at 5:30 AM. While the rest of the family is still asleep, you can enjoy one of the rarest travel luxuries: warm water, fresh morning air, sunrise light, and complete silence. That alone made this stay unforgettable. 🕠 Warm Pool Hours The warm swimming pool (3rd floor) is open from 5:30 AM to 8:00 PM — and this is easily the hotel’s greatest luxury. Early opening hours make it perfect for peaceful morning swims and a quiet coffee before the day begins. 🍽 Breakfast Hours Breakfast is served daily from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM on the 3rd floor. The selection was generous and varied, with excellent soups, delicious desserts, and enough options to make every breakfast feel like a treat rather than a routine hotel buffet. ☕ Afternoon Tea Complimentary afternoon tea is served daily from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM on the 3rd floor — a lovely and thoughtful touch that adds charm to the stay and makes the hotel feel more refined and welcoming. 🌅 Location & View The view is beautiful, and the location was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. Being close to the cable car was a huge advantage for us and made exploring especially easy and convenient. 💛 Service The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely kind throughout our stay. Service felt polished, caring, and consistently helpful — the kind of hospitality that makes a hotel feel truly comfortable. 🔎 What Could Be Improved What keeps this hotel from being exceptional is not the service, but the housekeeping supervision and room maintenance. A few small details slightly affected the overall impression: • the vanity table in our room had visible stains • the shower head was leaking • in the breakfast area on the 3rd floor, there is a beautiful decorative plant, but the dust on its leaves was impossible to ignore These are small things, but details matter — especially in a hotel that otherwise feels so close to being truly outstanding. Still, this is a hotel I would happily return to — for the warm morning pool, the excellent breakfast, the peaceful atmosphere, and that rare feeling of quiet comfort.

This hotel made a huge positive difference in our Dalat trip. The hotel was very clean, and the sense of hospitality was consistently felt across the entire team — from the front desk and doormen to the housekeeping staff. Everyone showed genuine service-mindedness, which immediately made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Thanks to this hotel, our overall experience in Dalat was significantly enhanced. Using this hotel as our base allowed us to fully enjoy the city, and it truly elevated the quality of our trip. Next time, I would definitely like to book a slightly larger room and stay again. I can confidently say that a big part of what made our Dalat trip so memorable was having this hotel as our home base. Highly recommended.

I stayed for two nights and arrived late at night. The Front Desk staff who welcomed me were very warm and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade, which I truly appreciated. The resort itself is lovely, with beautiful gardens and flowers that create a relaxing atmosphere and make it enjoyable to walk around. The room was generally nice; however, there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, and the soundproofing could be improved as I could easily hear people talking in the corridor. Breakfast was generally good, with a nice selection of food. The staff were attentive despite the busy hours. The main disappointment during my stay was the inconsistency regarding the late check-out. One day before departure, I was confirmed a complimentary late check-out until 2pm, and my key card was even extended. I appreciated this gesture, especially since I had mentioned that I did not mind paying if needed. However, on the day of departure, the manager informed me that the hotel was fully booked and that the late check-out was no longer valid. Unfortunately, no alternative solution was offered, and it seemed as though there was some doubt about my confirmation. Luckily, my bags were already packed, and I was able to check out immediately. I later sent an email to express my concern. Another manager responded politely and offered a solution and courtesy gesture, which I appreciated. However, by then I had already checked out and made alternative plans, so it was a bit too late — though I do value the effort to follow up. I was also traveling on my birthday. While I am not someone who expects celebrations, it was a little surprising that there was no recognition at all, especially for a brand like Grand Mercure. Overall, the resort is beautiful and the service is generally good, but better consistency in communication and service delivery would enhance the guest experience.

I have an amazing stay & good experience during the stay. The hotel is same as shown in photo look elegant and ancient, but condition is good. The service from the staff is awesome, we are well served by the polite staff that always ready to help. Before the stay, I have approached the staff for room decoration for my proposal to my partner, the staffs are responsive and the result is satisfied. Good variety of food for breakfast and tea time also, overall experiences is awesome

Ia adalah hotel yang bagus untuk 60,000 won. Ia mempunyai penghawa dingin, lokasi yang baik, dan kemudahan yang baik. Sarapan pagi agak mengecewakan, tetapi biliknya baik untuk seorang, tetapi jika dua orang berkongsi, saya rasa mungkin ada sedikit ruang bagasi, tetapi secara keseluruhan, saya berpuas hati.

Kami menempah hotel untuk satu malam. Kami menyukai hotel ini. Lokasinya di tempat yang indah, di tepi tasik. Wilayah hotel adalah besar, dijaga dengan baik, sangat menyenangkan untuk berjalan. Kakitangannya ramah dan sentiasa membantu dalam menyelesaikan masalah. Sarapan adalah Vietnam, tetapi anda tidak akan kelaparan. Bilik bersih, bukan baru, tetapi tidak kritikal. Satu-satunya minus bilik adalah bau di tandas, tetapi untuk satu malam ia tidak kritikal.

A classical dame that needs a lot of maintenance. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. The room furniture is outdated and the bed is out of support. The fresh air and environment is good. The staffs are friendly.

Semuanya baik-baik saja kecuali perkhidmatan penerimaan tetamu. Tempah bilik untuk 3 orang tetapi dikenakan bayaran tambahan untuk orang ke-3. Daftar masuk lewat. Pukul 12 hotel kata tak jumpa kod tempahan, tak selesaikan, pelanggan kena hubungi Trip, ambil masa lebih 2 jam untuk daftar masuk, tempah bilik untuk 3 orang tanpa katil tambahan tetapi mengenakan bayaran tambahan untuk orang ke-3? tidak akan kembali

Расположение в конце узкого и длинного переулка. Парковка на 2 машины всего. Виды на теплицы) Завтрак делают под заказ: не наешься как в привычном шведском столе. Полотенца нормальные можно попросить - принесут. Кондиционер только охлаждает, отопления нету никакого. Одну ночь было +6, нам принесли доп одеяла по просьбе.
