Location - The view is overrated as all the roads and constructions are in plain sight with tons of vehicle noise. Room - Terrible, we came back to our room full of ants and ant eggs that seemed to fall from the roof. To make it worse the room had been made up by the housekeeping. We got a swap of a new room but it was full of flies in the room itself and we had to use the mosquito swatter to eradicate the pests before we were able to fall asleep. Service - We need to call for the buggy service each time we need to leave our room for meals or to go for the site seeing as the room is an extended part of the resort. Each time we called for the service, we were told to wait outside the room (full of flies around), at times we waited for close to an hour. Crew - Best Crew award goes to the mosquito swatter, without it, we wouldn't be able to sleep in peace. The rest of the crew are basically just VERY concerned about whether we purchased the tickets for the attractions or have booked the transport to the city. Generally only recommend this place as a bed and breakfast instead of enjoying it like a resort.

We really enjoyed our stay in Eco Palms House. The food is delicious, the cocktails too, the staff are attentive and helpful. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well cared for. We stayed in a bungalow with views to the rice fields. The bungalow inside was very well decorated and well maintained. This can be the perfect accommodation for a honeymoon. Unfortunately both my husband and me noticed a bit of a pain in the back due to the mattress resting on wooden logs on the floor. I have however decided to give it five stars because the accommodation is certainly outstanding and perhaps this is just that we are used to our foam mattress at home. I would also recommend reviewing the price of the massages as it’s considerably more expensive that anywhere else we’ve stayed in Vietnam. Great location to do activities and hotel has their own transport to take you to Sapa town centre. We would definitely go back. Thank you very much for everything

Khách sạn rất sạch sẽ, không gian yên tĩnh, view thoáng, đẹp, cô chủ rất nhiệt tình, chu đáo, đầu bếp nấu ăn rất ngon, hợp khẩu vị với gia đình chúng tôi, điềm trừ duy nhất là cách trung tâm thị xã gần 2km, nên hơi bất tiện 1 chút (cái này không đáng kể nếu bạn nào ưa đi bộ). We booked a mountain view room and were in the 3rd floor and we can see part of the mountain and the lake and the main town buildings. It was their winter so it was cold, foggy and damp the whole time. The staff are very friendly, nice, hospitable and really had a great service as they are so accomodating. The only thing we were a little upset was when we were resting after a long bumpy travel by bus, we put the Do Not Disturb sign outside the door but all of a sudden they just unlock the door because they was gonna fix something in one of their drawers. I was in my bra and panty laying in bed and they never even let us know ahead that they were gonna fix something. They dont wait when there is no more guest or give a heads up ahead so we will be prepared. We didnt want to be disturbed and it happened twice that they just unlock the door without knocking and asking. We are happy with their service though, there was no buffet breakfast but you can order from the menu and they will cook it for you fast. The staff in the restaurant were nice and accomodating, we tipped one that was always there to take care of our breakfast as she was really hard working. The hotel was very close to everything in the main town but it is just up on a hill but manageable, we love walking back n forth.

Lovely setting / we had one of the newer rooms which was LUSH! Fireplace, bath tub, excellent views etc so don’t skimp out when selecting. All in all a great place for an Ecolodge. Easy to do the 90 min walking loop through the valley - NO tour needed! Just walk and go! You’ll see 100 people in the valley with tour groups as you pass. Only fundamental issue for the hotel is their room service. We wanted to order a snack - fried corn (which costs 70k Dong). They informed any and all room service has a charge of 200k Dong fixed. This was just slightly frustrating as a matter of principle so being British and obviously passive aggressive we ate out instead. That rule should be fundamentally scrapped as a policy matter.

Bên chúng tôi đã chốt với nhân viên sale là chỉ đặt dịch vụ ngâm chân, không có thêm bất kỳ dịch vụ nào. Trước khi đặt dịch vụ thì đã có nhân viên của khách sạn gọi điện cho tôi tư vấn rồi chứ không phải là mù mờ thông tin. Không hiểu do sale làm việc với bộ phận spa như nào mà lại bổ sung cả dịch vụ massage vào cho khách. Đến khi thanh toán thì khách ngớ người ra là tại sao lại phát sinh cho cả nhóm là 1.980k. Rồi sau đó, nhân viên spa lại còn bảo là khách ok, đồng ý với phát sinh đó. Tôi nói thật với các ông các bà chứ, khách mà không đồng ý thì các ông các bà có cho khách của tôi đi về nhà không. Họ đồng ý mà về nhà họ lại phàn nàn với chúng tôi là tại sao lại phải thanh toán tiền phát sinh kia à. Tôi đã làm việc trực tiếp với sale thì sale lại đổ lỗi cho bên spa, rồi làm việc với bên spa thì lại đổ lỗi cho sale, nhất định không hoàn tiền cho khách. Sale làm sai mà không nhận, nhắn tin thì không thèm trả lời. Một câu xin lỗi cũng không có. Các ông các bà làm ăn chộp giật như thế thì hỏi uy tín của các ông bà ở đâu. First I didn’t notice the location is 20mins away from the city, i paid 250k dong for 1 way (this is my mistake)
2- The view here was stunning! If you want to break a city life, this is a must! Super relaxing!
For the food, the have a menu but don’t expect too much but still good.
3- The owner/staff are all nice, emailed them coz there’s typhoon in Taipei last few days before my flight and they agree to keep my booking till i reach there. The communication at this hotel was exceptional.
It was 2 night stayed but I need to go back in Hanoi but sure i will go back again here with my husband.

Great location in a lovely village, the staff were very helpful in booking us a taxi to leave. All in all a nice stay, however the rooms are very cold with no radiator and a slightly rubbish electric blanket. Also to get to the toilet you have to go outside and to go to the showers you have to go outside and go downstairs. So okay as a stay but defo not too comfy.

We had a great experience at the Bamboo Sapa Hotel. It's a peaceful and luxurious place to stay in Sapa. The staff, especially the manager Phuk, was very helpful. The hotel has beautiful views, comfortable rooms, and great facilities. I highly recommend it and plan to return in the future. ❤️

PPengguna TetamuReally good location in centre of town close to Mount Phan Xi Pang Funicular station. Also close to shopping for clothes, souvenirs, massages, restaurants and convenience stores. Rooms very spacious, beds comfortable, bathrooms large with large modern showers but hot water restricted to 30 litres, then a 10 min wait for next persons shower. Use smaller hand held rather than rain shower to make it last sufficiently. By no means a short shower and water hot enough. Breakfast only passable quality but then their culture doesn’t venerate breakfast in the same way western cultures do, will cook fresh omelettes or noodle bowls order. Staff friendly and helpful. One negative for quiet enjoyment, location is close to several street bars and roof top bars. But once you close shutters, windows and doors it deadens sound greatly.

DdexxieOur recent stay at Aliana Sapa Hotel was nothing short from amazing.
We arrived early at 6am from Hanoi but the hotel wasn't open. We waited till around 7am and the hotel front desk staff - Chau Thi Hong Lien got us checked in early. I think also because the hotel wasn't buzzing with guests. This little touch made our day as we have been travelling 12 hours straight.
Lien not only welcomed us warmly but also gave us fantastic recommendations for our Fansipan trek and finding a local private guide to explore the Hmong village. The price we paid for the private tour was really reasonable too.
Breakfast was good and the restaurant staff were all so polite and nice. Served ala carte I'll recommend to try the porridge, pumpkin soup, carrot soup, and scrambled eggs.
Hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of Sapa town, but that's a good thing. It's still within walking distance, and being close to the Mgallery Metropole Hotel and Sun Plaza is a bonus for exploring the area.Our rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean thanks to the diligent housekeeping staff. We had a great stay at the Dragon Hotel. I booked my trip originally through a third party company and needed to change the dates of the trip. The third party company said it’s non-refundable and wouldn’t let me change the dates so I simply extended the trip. Turned out the hotel owner, Kieu Anh tried to reach out to me to accommodate but I didn’t know. She was so kind even before we arrived at the hotel. While we were there, we hiked up Mt. Fansipan and had to leave at 5am on the day of. She woke up early at 5am to make us pho for breakfast before we left. I was so appreciative. On the first night we arrived, I mentioned that I love steamed rice roll so she made it for us for breakfast the last day we were there. She was simply amazing. I was so touched. The room was very nice and spacious with a cute balcony. The location was extremely convenient. While we were there, Kieu Anh also helped us exchange money (she gave us a good rate) and they also have laundry service which was so convenient. If you want a hotel stay with a homestay feel, you must visit the Dragon Hotel.

PPengguna TetamuVery good hotel, I stayed with 2 teenagers and they had their own room and I had my own. It was Family suite. Amazing breakfast! Very clean and service was pleasant. Location near by the city. Everywhere walking distance. Only issue we faced there were a construction going on next to the hotel and the noise started at 8am. So just check in the construction update and you may have more pleasant mornings

HHSIAO TIANVisited Sapa for honeymoon, special thanks to Mr Danial Linh and Ms Lala for their hospitality throughout the short stay. This hotel provides baggy services to bring the guest to and fro dinner places and back to hotel. Tried their spa, sauna,jacuzzi and steambath too. Everything are nice and strongly recommend for those who are or will be visiting Sapa to stay with them.

MMikaelaIt was a nice place to stay and the room is spacious. The location is near from the city and it has a nice view to see the Sapa train. The staffs are very friendly and they even made my room quite special since its my birthday. I will definitely recommend this to other tourists.

PPengguna TetamuHighly recommended Hotel. Large room on the 6th floor had great views over the town and the mountains. A little back from the main road so quieter on the street. Breakfast was really good, omelette and pancakes were delicious. Good selection of fruits and juice as well. Staff very helpful with local tours etc and also do laundry here - charge 50k per kilo and takes about 24 hrs. There is some noise if there’s an event in the square close by so if your a light sleeper check first or take ear plugs just in case. Great to be in a cooler climate for a few days after Hanoi.

PPengguna TetamuMy wife and I stayed here. We enjoyed the following: Location: close enough to the town center but just far enough to be away from the noise. We typically walk about 7 minutes to get there or go in our rental scooter. Sapa is small neighborhood that you can get to the Cat Cat Village or any other village from any location you stay in town. We care about peace and quite at night so it was great. Room: was very clean and had a great view of the center down below. Service: staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast: we enjoyed the coffee and Pho every morning.

Ditempah melalui Agoda. Bilik itu ok dari gambar tetapi pada hakikatnya ia jauh kurang daripada apa yang dibentangkan. Bilik kecil dengan pencahayaan yang lemah (semula jadi dan terang), juga memerlukan sedikit peningkatan pada perabot dan program TV. Saya juga menghadapi masalah untuk mendapatkan air panas untuk berfungsi di mana saya terpaksa meminta bantuan dua kali dari penerimaan tetamu. Budak pertama tidak faham air tidak panas tetapi hangat kemudian meninggalkan saya di dalam bilik. Jadi saya terpaksa naik semula untuk kali kedua. Budak kedua datang dan biarkan kedua-dua air singki dan air pancuran mengalir selama 3-4 minit dan akhirnya kami mendapat air panas. Basuh di atas air! Boleh melakukan lebih baik dengan menaik taraf sistem air panas. Saya berasa sesak sehingga saya perlu membazirkan air setiap kali saya memerlukan mandi air panas. Nasib baik hanya 2 malam.
