Hotel is great and the stay was comfortable. It's quite convenient to walk to the bus station as well at the train station. The room is clean however the toilet shower doesn't has a door and the water slashes out causing whole toilet to become wet after shower. The hotel do provide bottled water in room and has a restaurant on the ground floor. The staffs are friendly and overall stay experience was amazing.

It was a very nice trip, I highly recommend catch a bus 302 and travel to Loch Ness also Dunrobin Castle+2 hours on the train but It's will be nice. About the hotel, breakfast was nice but the same, clean staff very friendly, interesting tonic water with watermelon, lime and mint, American Pool and Gym was nice.

Excellent location and nice large room. Few amenities, but all essentials provided. Service was mostly very friendly.

The location is great, walking distance to rail station, many restaurants and shops. The room is clean and they provide cleaning service everyday.

酒店设施陳舊，但也保持清潔，厕所淋浴間设计差，水不斷流到外面，没有牙刷沐浴露及拖鞋供应，但早餐不错。

The polarity in reviews for this hotel is interesting; hopefully they are assessing this and able to make adjustments. I had a wonderful stay. Check in was quick with friendly staff. Cute decor, very comfortable bed, and great view from the window. No noise from other rooms or street, but was an intermittent sound of pipes or something in the hotel,- but nothing too annoying. Had dinner at the restaurant and the Korean chicken fingers and Parmesan chicken recommended by Amy were both excellent, topped off with a perfect G&T. Total bill around 35 pounds. No problems with the TV when I was there. Huge desk that works well with good lighting and plenty of plugs for charging. The bathroom sink has a stopper and it's deep enough to hand wash a few items if needed. With just 3 minutes walking distance to the train station, the location was perfect. There is limited storage space and no closet - just six hangers and a tiny place to hang clothes So clearly not targeted toward long-term guests. I stayed in place near cathedral for a tour but, in hindsight, would have been better experience to stay here and walk the 10-15 minutes across the river to cathedral .
