The rooms are clean, the people are friendly and there is coffee in the morning. What more could a girl ask for?

Room number 303 serioulsy needs a deep cleaning especially, on the washroom walls. The room was completely outdated. A fresh paint job would do wonders to room 303. Unfortunately, when turning on the lights, it brought out aroach. This was not a Palmetto bug. It was a true classic cockroach. It was unfortunate experience for my wife for she carries bad memories (slight trauma) stemming from her childhood. My family and I will never stay at (ever) in Red Roof.

This property has limited parking, There is no sound barrier between rooms, and there is a 100.00 security deposit that Iwas un aware of...

Very good lighting in parking lot. I liked the wooden floors. Stayed one night on the road.

Everything was fine except for the lady at the front desk. Her attitude is awful she keeps a frown on her face and never greets her guest. This was my second encounter with her so i guess her attitude will not change.

Ice machines broken, desk person couldn’t speak recognizable English and they gave us a handicapped room. We are not handicapped and the shower was next to unusable for us. Never again.

I requested a room on 1st floor upon arrival but Man would not oblige me though the hotel was NOT full I had to make numerous trips back n forth!. I often wonder why we CHK in after 3 but must vacate before 11. It isn't fair- the full price over a 18 hour stay!! I'm never happy when motels are owned by foreigners; they're greedy & will not honor property updating.

My second stay. I will continue to book rooms here when I pass through. Staff is very polite. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Safety is important to me, amd that is why I will keep returning on my travels.

The place was adequate. It was remodeled some time ago, and although it is pretty clean, it looks it. The first room we checked into, supposedly non-smoking, smelled of smoke. The second room was better. There is no carpet on the floors which I think is a good thing. It is easier to keep it clean. The back of the building is theoretically the "quiet side" but the interstate runs behind it and is pretty noisy.

I was charged by ******* and they said I wasn’t after they already charged my card twice I will be contacting someone about this manner soon

Wouldn't let us stay with our 2 service dogs. I even had a letter from my dr. She didn't acknowledge the disability act. Very rude.

The room is ok but is old even though the marque at the motel says newly remodeled rooms. I’d say they kept old furniture and put down flooring that’s coming up and painted. Anyway clean and really great housekeeping but oldish rooms. Lobby sucks with only regular coffee available. Washer and ice machine out of order. I was lucky to be on third floor so motel noise reduced but train could be heard.
