For a very small room I paid 103 $ , There is no luggage trolley , Check in took 45 minutes , Buffet breakfast is just name sake , they server only coffee and hot water with oats that's it.
I feel cheated to book my room , I will get far better options in 103 $ for 1 night. I am very disappointed and unhappy that I booked this hotel for this price using trip.com.
I think trip.com is also responsible for this too

Property and clientele are both major issues. The rats competed with the roaches and the. “Deals” being done in the walkways and parking lot did not stop all night.

If you're wanting someplace that's roomy, safe feeling, and clean, this is NOT the place for you. The place just felt dirty (pics attached). It also doesn't feel safe with people hanging out in their doorways...It's dingy and very very old. NEVER again.

I was booked here by “reservation desk” after being stranded at DFW by American Airlines. I showed up at midnight and the reception area was locked and had closed at 11 per a sign with a number to call that said there was no availability. It cost me $50 to take a Lyft from the airport. There were 4 guys sitting on the steps with the same problem. Then 3 more showed up. All victims of the same scam. Shame on you.

I booked a room late at night because my flight was delayed and needed to stay over night. When I arrived, no one was at the door and no one would answer the phone. They took my money and couldn’t provide a room.

Our church helped a lady with a one-week stay in April. When she left the hotel in late-May, the hotel manager fraudulently pulled up our church credit card--which the hotel manager kept on file--and charged us nearly $1000 for the lady's back charges and late fees. Hotel said they could not (would not) reverse the charges. Beware!

It was decent. Clean enough. A small space but it would be appropriate for a week’s stay if you need a simple kitchen. It’s dated, but clean. The bed was reasonably comfortable. Not wild about the under the window air unit that blows cold air on you all night, but then some people love that. An extra blanket would have been great for those of us who don’t. Staff was courteous and helpful. I would stay there again in a pinch.

Tina at the front desk was wonderful. However, when we reached our room we smelt cigarette smoke upon entering. Then we checked the bathroom and there was a cockroach on the floor and another on the table in the kitchen. They were both alive and moving around. Neither my coworker nor I were comfortable staying there after that. We were offered a different room but opted not to. Thankfully, I did recieve a full refund so that was a relief. In hindsight, we should have looked at another room to see if it were better - the area has many hotels but all were booked full so we ended up driving to Arlington to stay after we confirmed a room there was available.
