Hotel 3 Bintang di Irving

Location not ideal but good Quality at this hotel definitely recommend

酒店隔音挺好，樓下酒吧挺方便，接送機服務特別好，人也很熱情。

Our stay was good. The only problem we had was getting the shuttle - the person who answered the phone to assistance was not helpful. The shuttle took 45 minutes to arrive. After we got to the hotel, everything went smoothly except that they charged us the full rate a second time. I am working with trip.com now to resolve the matter. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. Photo of the shop attached to help others find what they are looking for.

댈러스 공항과 가까운데다 공항과 호텔간 셔틀버스를 이용할 수 있어 좋았어요. 룸컨디션도 괜찮았어요. 일행은 조식도 만족스럽다네요.

Ugh. Wish we’d read the reviews here first. No love for Diamond members. We couldn’t even get the breakfast voucher without updating something in my husband’s Hilton profile. Then, despite his profile stating that he prefers high floors by the elevator, we got 2nd floor on the opposite end of the hall… in a room that had a smell. Windows were dingy. Room was literally basic, at best. No bottled water either - should have been standard for Diamond members. The cherry on top was no late checkout… not even the 30 minutes other people got! Never mind that my husband is LIFETIME DIAMOND. Not one person at that front desk… either in the afternoon when we checked in or the morning when we checked out was friendly or cared remotely about customer service - they were clearly punching a clock and couldn’t be bothered. Best advice - stay somewhere else! There are plenty of other hotels nearby! My husband has stayed this hotel numerous times in the last hotel for work and will never be back.

The hotel is really close to the airport, very convenient if you have a connection. I would give 5/5 to the hotel but I had an issue with the shuttle, is really hard to know where does the shuttle stops at the airport, there is no information on the hotel's website neither on trip.com. I had to call to the hotel for indications, they only said: go to the pickup point. At the end I had to ask a person working at the airport and he told me were the stop was, but, when the shuttle arrived it didn't stopped and I had to take a $17 Uber.

Kami tinggal hujung minggu Paskah. Ia telah ditempah sepenuhnya dan banyak pesta diadakan dengan muzik yang kuat di bilik mereka. Saya meminta meja depan untuk meminta mereka menolak muzik mereka tetapi ia tidak pernah berlaku. Gadis yang bekerja di meja depan pada pagi Paskah adalah orang yang paling biadap. Ia adalah 15 minit selepas sarapan pagi selesai dan dia akan memberikan saya apa-apa walaupun semuanya sedang di luar. Saya meminta krim untuk kopi dan dia tidak akan memberi saya itu. Semua hari lain semua orang lakukan SELEPAS waktu sarapan pagi. Juga, terdapat 3 bola keranjang di sana semasa kami tiba di sana. Kemudian ahli kakitangan yang sama yang saya hadapi masalah memberitahu kami bahawa mereka tidak mempunyai apa-apa, bahawa orang tidak pernah mengembalikannya. Saya menyelinap dan melihat apabila dia tiada dan mereka duduk di belakang kaunter. Saya akan tinggal di lokasi lain lain kali.

Hotel itu cantik. Orang yang bekerja di sana adalah menyenangkan dan profesional. Akan tinggal di sana lagi dan mengesyorkannya!
