I stayed for three nights there to attend a training workshop. The location was central to everything especially the famous pub street. They have a good sized pool, but the room was ok. I killed at least 4 mosquitos in the first night. The food could be better and the service staff coud be more friendly given the fairly high price I paid. I am not sure if it was due to the fact that I was alsmost the only Khmer guest there and just became the minority in my own country. I certiainly had a better experience in other hotels I stayed with lower or similar price.

Spacious, relaxing and very clean hotel. I love the hotel interior - with minimal decor which made it look more elegant. The staff were very courteous; friendly but professional. We appreciated the early check in which gave us some needed sleep since our flight was past midnight. We tried the BBQ night by the pool accompanied by good music. The food at Lok Lak restaurant were great, if you wish to explore Cambodian dishes. Overall, it was a great stay.

We stayed the first time in Hotel Vellita Siem Reap- what a bliss! We felt home from the very first minute. A very warm welcome by the guest relations team Reaksmey/Kevin, lovely suite, great breakfast (excellent service and amazing food / choice). The pool is lovely to unwind and the gym well equipped. Will be back!

Service was nice, room was clean. No any complains. Breakfast offered us a variety kinds of foods. The location of this is convenient, you can walk to pub street and old market within 10 minutes. Tuktuks were waiting anytime in front of the hotel. Also Angkor wat is just 15 minutes by car. I can recommend this hotel to stay in Siem Reap.

My first time to experience such a world class treatment from all the staff. I was picked up from the airport and offered me a cold towel and a cold drink. When i arrived at the hotel, i was greeted with a welcoming drink and another cold towel. The buffet breakfast were so superb. Every time i sat at the table, they would again gave me a cold towel. (Seriously, this hotel has tons of cold towels 😂). Every time i went to the pool, there was a hot tea and an unlimited banana chips being served immediately. My room was insanely beautiful. I was welcome with a personalised note in my bed, great view of the balcony and very chic bath tub. The room's interior design is also to die-for. 😍 To the staff, thank you guys for being so friendly, approachable and professional. Special mentions to the Supervisor who always greets me with a welcoming smile whenever he sees me (sorry i forgot your name sir). To Ms Chet, who gave me a tour. To the guy who gave me a scarf upon checkout( sorry i also forgot your name, too. ☹️). To Mr. Myr whose very approachable. To the girl who helped me take my pictures in the pool (sorry i forgot your name too) and to my driver Mr Moe. Thank you guys for making my stay a memorable one. Just a little thing to add, I’m just not used about the cleaning protocol. I was startled and woke up many times by the hotel cleaning staff by automatically opening my door and asked me if i want to clean the room even though i did not put a signage in front of my door or informing somebody. However, those are just small matter than can be fixed. Truthfully, i don’t have anything bad to say about this hotel. I don’t mind staying here for a long time. ❤️❤️❤️

These local drivers were not only knowledgeable about their beautiful city, but they also provided exceptional service and were readily available to show me around. This is a 5 star hotel in central Siem Reap. It is luxurious but not pretentious. Though the classic room is their ”starter” room, it was superb. We were two adults and a child. The boy slept on the sofa and they provided bedding at no charge. Our bed was extremely comfortable. The room was elegant but not pretentious integrating a lot of wood and granite. Two arm chairs with foot rests made our stay most comfortable. Staff was very friendly, helpful and responsive. The breakfast for two days was a fixed menu, then buffet. Plenty of western and Asian options. Real bacon too. The location is central and their are tuk tuks waiting outside all the time.. Everything is within a $1 to $2 tuk tuk ride. We let the hotel arrange our tuk tuk temple tours to our specifications. The driver was a great guy, and provided iced water and iced towels Their price was the same as two other tuk tuk drivers who I emailed. They also arranged airport taxis (not free). We agreed that this was the best hotel experience we've had in Asia. I highly recommend this hotel, and it is one we would return too, which we don't often do. For the quality, the rates are extremely good value

衛生很好，環境幽靜。走廊很多壁虎和小蛙，但室內沒有壁虎。蚊蟲在壁虎和小蛙們的守護下，也不是很多，我們都沒有被叮。每天屋裡都會出現小動物，😄，第一天是一隻金色的小樹蛙，第二天是一隻可愛的小麻雀（應該是陪我們休息了一晚，早上聽到它撲棱翅膀聲才發現的）。 酒店早餐可以在餐牌上點意粉、湯粉麪、咖啡等食物。高爾夫球場沒有看到，不曉得藏在哪兒。健身房可以用，孩子每天都去。泳池不是太大，適合不擅長游泳的住客。 酒店的突突車出去單程免費，回程3美金。在暹粒一定要多備美金零錢，啥都是1元、3元的。帶visa或master卡。中國掃碼支付基本不可用。還是有點落後。

A great boutique hotel that offers grand rooms, two pools and very friendly staff. Jenny, the manager and the owner of the hotel, was so helpful and made our stay very comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located 5 minutes away by tuk tuk from all the restaurants and bars.

The team at the Golden Temple Retreat is exceptional. During my stay, they went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. The hotel is pristine, with beautiful rooms and public spaces. The ambiance is relaxing, and the staff are incredibly helpful and attentive. The hotel location is great — just a few minutes away from Pub Street and the Old Market. The staff arranged all of my transportation, and also organized my private day tours for a rate that was significantly cheaper than any of the tours I found online. After a long day of exploring Siem Reap, the hotel pool was the perfect place to unwind with a cocktail. There is also a beautiful spa on site, making it easy to relax. Can’t wait to visit again!

We stayed here for a few days and could not have been happier. Between the attentive staff (particularly our personal assistant/concierge Many), the lovely and spacious Villas with very comfortable beds and the wonderful food, our trip was simply the best. Many was able to set us up with a Tuktuk driver (Mr. Rin) as well as a private vehicle (driver: Mong) for different excursions and both were excellent. Everyone gave suggestions on places to see or restaurants to enjoy that we otherwise would never have known about. We did also enjoy the salt water pool as well as the spa!

This hotel was such a cool unique experience to stay at. The rooms are very luxurious tents that feel like a hotel room on safari. (Don’t be intimidated— a few of my friends joining our party aren’t big fans of the outdoors and even they agreed it was a highlight of our vacation.) The tents have every amenity of a four star room. There is a charming elephant and 3 water buffalo that comes to greet guests every morning at breakfast. You can pet it and take pictures for free. The spa and infinity pool sits up in the treetops and you can see for miles over the jungle. The food and cocktails at the hotel were delicious. I recommend the frozen coconut rum special! The staff were friendly and completely accommodating. When I visit Ankor Wat again Im absolutely coming back to this hotel. Worth the money. *Definitely book the airport pick-up service with the hotel. The driver was so helpful getting us back and forth.
