The hotel has a great location and the amenities are quite good, which made getting around very convenient. However, the room itself had some issues. The carpet was very dirty, the room became quite cold at night, and there was an unpleasant smell that affected comfort. With better cleanliness and room conditions, this place could be much better.

Pros:
The hotel has a great location, close to shops and stores. The room is spacious, clean, and very comfortable I really liked it. The service was good, and I think it would be even more beautiful in summer with a nice lake view room.
Cons:
Sometimes there was a cigarette smell in the bathroom. Also, the breakfast could be improved by offering more variety.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

酒店位置很好，离商店和购物区很近。房间很宽敞、干净，也非常舒适，我很喜欢。服务很好，如果夏天入住湖景房，风景一定会更漂亮。
缺点：
有时候卫生间会闻到烟味。另外，早餐的种类如果能再丰富一些就更好了。

Room was clean and modern. Great for quick overnight stay when travelling. Has everything you need. Deliveries can be sent direct to the room with their robot delivery service. Walls are a little thin though, so you can hear everyone around you.

好像是新開的酒店，來海拉爾玩想着住的方便點選了這家，位置很好就在市中心，去哪都挺方便，前台也很熱情，還有推薦幾家好吃的餐廳，房間也挺乾淨，下次玩還會來住

Отдыхали в отеле с 30 апреля по 2 мая 2026 года, при заселении нам повысили категорию номера без дополнительной оплаты, что очень порадовало. На ресепшене очень вежливый персонал, решает сразу все проблемы, кроме этого приятным бонусом был бесплатный трансфер на вокзал. В целом впечатление от отеля очень хорошее, расположение замечательное, все в шаговой доступности, при желании можно заказать завтраки.

JJdalajiaoThe B&B owner was incredibly hospitable, and to my surprise, the room was spotless. Even though it snowed the next day, the room stayed warm – truly excellent. We had dinner at their place, and every dish was delicious. The 'shou ba rou' (hand-grabbed meat), 'ban you mian' (mixed oat noodles), and lamb noodle soup were all very popular, but the milk tea was especially outstanding – the best we've had on our entire trip. There was even a bonfire party in the evening; despite the cold, everyone's enthusiasm kept the chill away. We also got to set off fireworks, and the owner offered very fair prices. The kids absolutely loved it! We went during the May Day holiday, so the grass hadn't turned green yet and it was still a bit cold. The owner recommended visiting after June 20th, so we might have to go back in the summer.

XXingyuefengshaOur stay was fantastic! The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near Wanda Plaza and the museum. The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, and the soundproofing was excellent, so we had a great night's sleep. The breakfast spread was ample, and overall, it offered great value for money. It even started snowing, and the front desk thoughtfully brought us warm mineral water, which was a very nice touch.

BBaozi88888888The hotel location is convenient and near touristic sites. The staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is great and has tasty Mongolian milk tea and delicious Shaomai. The coffee machine at the reception is free of access and very tasty. A very nice stay, it is the second time I have stayed in this hotel, and next time I come to Hohhot I will here again for sure! 我很满意！

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location, just over 10 minutes' walk to Wanda, with many choices for food. Downstairs is the hotel's own parking lot 🅿, which is convenient for parking. The facilities of a newly opened hotel are relatively new, and there is almost no taste. There are many varieties of breakfast. The yam, sweet potato, and corn that I like are all gathered together. I can't eat too much. I cooked wontons and cooked half a portion. The kitchen lady also kindly told me how many half portions there were and asked if it was enough. ~ Good reviews ~ The laundry room is open all day without limit. The overall stay was not bad. I will book again next time

Our time at Xilamuren Grassland Tourism Resort will forever be etched in my heart. From the moment we arrived, the owner welcomed us like family, going above and beyond to recommend attractions, arrange tickets, and even personally drive us to the sites. Where else do you find service like that—done with a constant smile and thoughtful touches like free bottled water to keep us refreshed?
Staying in a traditional yurt on the open grassland is an experience beyond words. There is something grounding, peaceful, and almost spiritual about waking up to endless green horizons instead of concrete grey, hearing the soft rustle of the prairie wind, and watching the morning light sweep across the landscape.
This isn’t just accommodation...it’s an authentic encounter with the beauty of Inner Mongolia. Anyone visiting the region simply must experience this once in a lifetime.

GGuest UserThis place far exceeded my expectations! I booked a regular room with a queen bed for me and my little one and was upgraded to a yurt with 2 queen beds for free! I LOVED the yurt experience. There is a stargazing window which was amazing. The place was clean (but it is a wet shower meaning the entire bathroom gets wet when you shower). I think most yurts and even hotel rooms have these types of bathrooms in inner mongolia. The girl at the front desk provided extra of everything when asked. She helped me booked activities (we watched a horse and a wedding performance, and we also did horseback riding). They have 2 cute lambs on the properties. The restaurant is in a separate large yurt - I found the food to be a bit pricey. Breakfast was included in our price and it had a variety of local food we got to try. They were also so flexible with when we wanted to eat it which was very kind because I had a little one with me. Everything else was honestly wonderful. We got to borrow their Mongolian costumes and wore it to one of the performances. People kept asking me where I got the costume was. There’s a swing on the property where you can sit to stargaze at night. The inside of the yurt is pretty chilly at night because it’s cold at night outside but with the thick duvet, it felt sooo comfortable. During the day it’s quite warm. The bonfire performance that’s included in the price is actually located 10 mins away and ended at 9pm so don’t go later than 8:30pm if you want to watch it. Overall, this was an incredible experience and we would definitely come back to stay here again!

GGuest UserFacilities: The facilities felt quite old, and the decor style was a bit dated. Plus, the bathroom had a foul odor, kind of like a sewage smell. I rarely encounter this in chain hotels, so this experience was really disappointing.
Service: I booked two king rooms, but they gave us two family rooms instead (without any prior notification), which was a bit confusing.
