Hotel berhampiran AFYONLU SUCUK YUMURTA, Istanbul

Es ist fast nah zu allem . Zimmer sieht genau so aus wie auf dem Bilder . Service sehr nett . Alles eigentlich super , außer dass es das Zimmer auf der Straßenseite lag und man morgens etwas den Lärm von Verkehr mıtbekommt aber es hat nicht gestört . Alles war gut .. Es ist reichlich für die Leute die sich nicht die ganze Zeit im Zimmer aufhalten ..

Otelin merkezi bir konumda olması, odası, temizliği ve kahvaltısı tek kelimeyle mükemmel... Ancak personel grubundan resepsiyon görevlilerinin üslupsuz yaklaşımları otelin hissedarlarına kan kaybı yaşatıyor. Tasviren gözlüklü resepsiyon görevlisi ile sarışın ve sivil giyimli resepsiyon bölgesinde yetkili gibi görünen fakat görevi konusunda açıklaması dahi olmayan şahıslar, otelin dışarıya açılan yüzü olmaktan çok müşteri kaybı odaklı çalışma havasında... 15 Eylül 2022 tarihinde saat 12.00 itibariyle çıkış işlemlerimin olacağı sıra, kuzenimin tedavimin başarılı geçmesi üzerine küçük bir kutlama yapma isteği üzere, bahsettiğim resepsiyon görevlilerinden izin istemesine ve kendilerinin de duruma refakat edebilecekleri söylenmesine rağmen otele, lobiye ve odaya misafir kabul edemeyeceklerini söylüyorlar ve ekliyorlar “Parasını verin girin” diyerek. Böyle bir anlayış yok. Çıkışıma 10 dakika kala neden otele küçük bir kutlama için gelmiş birisinden 1 günlük konaklama bedeli talep edilebilir? Bunu sorduğumdaysa, sarışın sivil giyimli personel “ Sadece kalmak için mi para verilir?” diyerek cevap verdi. Bu bir usulsüzlüktür, tecrübesizlik, üslupsuzluktur… Gelen kişinin fuhuş amaçlı geldiğini aklı sıra vurguluyor ve insanlara o damgayı vuruyor, vurmaktan da geri kalmıyor… Otelin müşterisi olacak veya hissedarlarına ve özellikle doğru bilgi edindiysem otelin sahibi Selahattin Bey’e bu satırlardan ulaşarak bilgi vermek, sesimi duyurmak istedim. Bu adamlarla bu iş olmaz. Yatırımınızı iki tane işbilmeyen ve konuştuğu cümlenin nereye gittiğini bilmeyen üsluptan habersiz insanlara teslim etmeyin (acizane tavsiyem). Öyle ki bu iki personelden otele misafirin giremeyeceğine dair tanzimli belge istesem, veremezlerdi, devletimizin imkanları tarafıyla turizm polisine durumu ihbar etsem, zor durumda kalacaklardı. Çünkü, işi bilmeyen, konuşma kültüründen habersiz personeller ve oldukça da tecrübesiz ki istinadı üslup yok…

ize yapılan ödemenin dışında 01.09.2016 doğumlu çocuk için 2568 TL daha ekstra ücret ödemek zorunda kaldık, bu sebeple daha otel ile doğru iletişim kur(a)madığınız için sizden rezervasyon yaptırmayı düşünmüyorum,ilk ve son olsun... Koray Atay-o 542 2525617

Начну с того, что сейчас этот отель называется DNZ TAXIM FERİDİYE HoTEL. Бронировала я пребывание на три ночи через букинг в номере делюкс. При заезде нам был выдан другой номер, не соответсвующий описанию и фото при бронировании. Вернулись к администратору с попыткой объяснить, что номер явно другой. Он долго искал наше бронирование, нашел, в итоге дал другой номер. Он был больше и по размеру походил на тот, что был на фото, но при этом не соответстовал внешне. При этом нам было сказано, что других номеров нет. В итоге, пришлось остаться в этом номере. Потом мы начали осматривать его более детально и оказались в легком шоке. Дело было то, в каком состоянии был сам номер: дверные наличники были отломаны, стены все покоцанные до основания, незакрепленная мойка, перетертый шланг для душа, кран, который держался на честном слове. Кран и вентилятор просто торчали из стены, над дверным проемом в ванной все было замазано цементом без какой-то отделки (все есть на фото). Полотенца грязные, с остатками губной помады, а также дырками. Постельное белье тоже было под вопросом. В стоимость проживания входил завтрак, который опять же оказался не таким, как на фото на букинге. Фото завтрака тоже прикреплено к отзыву. Основное там - это полбатона. На стойке регистрации работают арабы, которые по-английский знают пару слов, то есть изъясняться с ними крайне сложно. Ну, и напоследок вишенка на торте. Решили, что не выдержим тут три ночи и уедем после двух ночей. В итоге, администраторы отменили нашу бронь, когда мы выехали, и отправили на букинг информацию о том, что мы якобы не заехали. В общем, они просто обманывают людей! Я никому не рекомендую этот отель!

The hotel is amazing, very clean, and the location is very quiet except for the outdoor pool! As there's a new building under construction not far from the hotel! The breakfast there has a buffet system with plenty of types to choose from. However, I didn't like most of the items on the buffet, such as pastries were tasteless, eggs and omelettes were not that good as well. While the food at the globe was really good, especially the burgers. In addition, they have multiple interesting amenities such as relaxation room, sauna, hamam, indoor pool, and amazing gym. While, accessing the oudoor pool would cost you extra 10euros per person, and you might get surprised when they clean the outdoor pool, they don't notify the residents during the process and they'll close it for that reason even during the day! For taxis, you need to wait around 10 minutes if you'll take one from the hotel, even a bit more. Yet, if you'll take one on your own, you'll be facing the fury of drivers regarding the high prices of fuel, and they'll charge you extra, and they won't follow the counter! All in all, Hilton was a good one, but I'm sure they can still improve when it comes to customer service. I've attached some images, including the menu of the Globe restaurant. The hotel is great in location, cleanliness, but I had an incident where the room cleaner stole a fine sunglass from the room, where we discovered that after room service (the glasses was old and we didn't give that attention and we don’t want to ruin our enjoyable trip to Turkey). I sent a private complaint email to the hotel reservation after I left the hotel as I didn't want to raise the issue at checkout, just wanted to highlight this issue to hotel management to avoid such indecent in the future with other guests. But unfortunately I didn't get any reply on my email, which I coincide unprofessional from a reputed name like the Westin, that’s why I mentioned it on this website.

I have booked at Pera orient hotel because it offers what I want from an hotel during my travels and the feedbacks were in its favor. Just after my booking was done I stumble on a negative review that was posted on trip advisor. I was worried about my choice. But when I went to Istanbul and stayed there, I felt compelled to share my own experience, which was entirely different and absolutely fantastic! I believe it's essential to give credit where credit is due. First of all , if you are seeking a resort , Pera Orient is not a resort and it never claims to be one! My stay at Pera Orient was comfortable and pleasant. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the friendly and attentive staff, who made their best to help me in every possible way and to answer my queries during my 5-day long stay. Their warm smiles and genuine willingness to assist truly set the tone for my stay. The location of the hotel is ideal. A 6 min walk from the hotel takes you to Taksim square where you can take the Metro or bus to reach your desired destination. And it allowed me to make regular daily walks on istikal street . The street is a little narrow yes, but there are plenty of hotels all around that I have never felt scared or unsafe ( as it was mentioned in the negative review). And I always took the upward direction then turn right towards taksim. I was greeted by a spotless clean room with a tasteful decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, The housekeeping staff was attentive and meticulous, making sure that my room was impeccably cleaned each day. Coffee and tea were left daily next to the kettle (sometimes with a bottle of water). When I will visit Istanbul again , I will definitely chose Pera Orient to stay in.

one of the most comfortable experiences I have ever had. Kind loving and caring people. Cost effective safe and secure hotel which is a bit away from the center but if you get used to public transport and love to explore this is the place to be. I have no complaints. Thier morning breakfast was amazing and the staff who served it were even better than that.
