Hotel berhampiran Çamlıbelde Parkı, Istanbul

Comfortable place to stay for those who need quick access to Sabiha Gökçen airport which is a 5 minute drive away. Rooms are well kept & comfortable. Staff is friendly & accommodating. Couple of hundred meters away from some excellent food courts & a couple of small malls. Great choice for those in for a very long haul between flights or a short business trip to Istanbul. The Starbucks on their premises is a definite plus too.

Havalimanina yakın diye 2 küçük oğlumla konakladığım,neredeyse dünyanın heryerinde konaklamis biri olarak hayatımda gördüğüm konakladığım en kötü otel(otel denilebilirse).. Çalışanlar zaten yok!!! Girişte zaten bırakın karsilanmayi 2 oğlum 3 bavul zar zor odaya geçtim resepsiyonda selam vermedikleri gibi doveceklerdi o derece...saçma sapan bir sistem ile 4 ayrı otel bir otelde... Odalar!!!!!!!!!!! Çadırda kapıda kalın daha temiz ve daha rahat!!!!!!!!! Tuvalet zaten pislik içinde, oda yerler heryer saç,kıl ve toz içinde... çarşaflar keza öyle... odalar soğuk!pis,pis,pis,pis,..... 3 kişilik para ödedik 1 tane havlu onuda koltuğa serdim öyle uyudum 3 saat oda çünkü soğuktan titriyordum 3 kişiye oda diyorsunuz ama bir yatak ve bir havlu ...extra bir pike yastık hicbirsey yok... Yerlere basamadik,çocuklarım uyumak dahi istemedi pislikten. Ben başlarında bekledim üşümesinler diye... pencere kenarlarında bardaklar içinde haftalarca birikmiş sigara izmaritleri kokusu odayı sarıyor.. Sabah anahtarı bırakacak 1 tane görevli dahi yok...ellerimde bavullar çocuklar o stres ile taxi bulmak bile bir işkence oldu... kimse yardım etmiyor kaldı ki kimse YOKKKKKK.. YANI SIZ ORDA YOKSUNUZ SANKİ.... Hayatımda bu denli gerildigimi ve yalnız bir anne olarak bu denli stres yaşadığımı hatirlamiyorum

I have booked at Pera orient hotel because it offers what I want from an hotel during my travels and the feedbacks were in its favor. Just after my booking was done I stumble on a negative review that was posted on trip advisor. I was worried about my choice. But when I went to Istanbul and stayed there, I felt compelled to share my own experience, which was entirely different and absolutely fantastic! I believe it's essential to give credit where credit is due. First of all , if you are seeking a resort , Pera Orient is not a resort and it never claims to be one! My stay at Pera Orient was comfortable and pleasant. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the friendly and attentive staff, who made their best to help me in every possible way and to answer my queries during my 5-day long stay. Their warm smiles and genuine willingness to assist truly set the tone for my stay. The location of the hotel is ideal. A 6 min walk from the hotel takes you to Taksim square where you can take the Metro or bus to reach your desired destination. And it allowed me to make regular daily walks on istikal street . The street is a little narrow yes, but there are plenty of hotels all around that I have never felt scared or unsafe ( as it was mentioned in the negative review). And I always took the upward direction then turn right towards taksim. I was greeted by a spotless clean room with a tasteful decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, The housekeeping staff was attentive and meticulous, making sure that my room was impeccably cleaned each day. Coffee and tea were left daily next to the kettle (sometimes with a bottle of water). When I will visit Istanbul again , I will definitely chose Pera Orient to stay in.

one of the most comfortable experiences I have ever had. Kind loving and caring people. Cost effective safe and secure hotel which is a bit away from the center but if you get used to public transport and love to explore this is the place to be. I have no complaints. Thier morning breakfast was amazing and the staff who served it were even better than that.

Ia dikendalikan oleh sekumpulan orang muda dengan sikap yang sangat baik kemudahan yang lengkap dan katilnya sangat selesa Keesokan harinya Mereka memanggil kami teksi ke lapangan terbang Jika kami memerlukan persinggahan yang singkat, lebih baik untuk tinggal selama satu malam.

I made a reservation for Stay Inn Taksim Hostel via Agoda.com website for 3-6 February.Due to special reasons, I could not enter the hostel on February 3, and in this case, I contacted the hostel officer and informed him that he would check in on February 4.Despite this, my reservation was canceled by the hostel just because I did not log in and the hostel officer said that if I make a new reservation with a higher price, I will only be able to stay at the hostel that way. What kind of customer satisfaction is it that I can't use a service that I have paid for in advance and that a higher fee is demanded again? So I had to stay in another hotel.If you don’t want to happen this to you never choose Stay Inn Taksim Hostel and should definitely stay away! Agoda.com internet sitesi üzerinden Stay Inn Taksim Hostel adlı hostele 3-6 Şubat tarihleri için kredi kartı ile peşin ödeyerek rezervasyon yaptım. Özel sebeplerden dolayı 3 Şubatta hostele giriş yapamadım ve bu durumu hostel görevlisi ile görüşerek 4 Şubatta giriş yapacağımı ilettim ve görevli tarafından hostele giriş bilgileri tarafıma iletildi. Fakat buna rağmen 4 Şubatta hostele gittiğimde otele giriş yapmadığım için hostel tarafından rezervasyonumun iptal edildiğini, konaklama ücretinin iade edemeyeceklerini ve yeniden daha yüksek ücretle rezervasyon yapılırsa ancak o şekilde konaklayabileceğim söylendi. Ücretini peşin olarak ödediğim bir hizmetten ertesi gün geleceğimi bildirdiğim halde faydalanamayıp bir de üstüne tekrar daha yüksek ücret talep edilmesi nasıl bir müşteri memnuniyetidir? Şehir dışından geldiğim için de başka otelde konaklamak durumunda kaldım. Bir an önce konaklamadığım halde onayım alınmadan hostel tarafından tek taraflı olarak iptal edilen rezervasyon ücretinin iade edilmesini ve oluşan mağduriyetin giderilmesini istiyorum. Bir daha asla Stay Inn Taksim Hostel'i tercih etmem ve kesinlikle uzak durulmalı!

A new hotel with a luxurious grace and elegance with facilities that embrace sight seeing and location. The staff are the best I have experienced in 30 years of 4 and 5 star travel all around the world, including Dubai, Oman, UK, Paris and Sydney. They are focussed on providing a seamless, caring and insightful experience of Istanbul. The breakfasts were healthy, vast and extremely tasty. The rooms are spotless and quiet for a city centre, with an internet connection on the TV where you can access youtube for some tranquility. East meets west in Istanbul and the whole holistic experience gave us a holiday of a lifetime. We will be back soon to Carima Gold to shop, sight see, take in Turkeys magnificent history and eat the amazing food. Thank you so much from myself and all my family.

The hotel is amazing, very clean, and the location is very quiet except for the outdoor pool! As there's a new building under construction not far from the hotel! The breakfast there has a buffet system with plenty of types to choose from. However, I didn't like most of the items on the buffet, such as pastries were tasteless, eggs and omelettes were not that good as well. While the food at the globe was really good, especially the burgers. In addition, they have multiple interesting amenities such as relaxation room, sauna, hamam, indoor pool, and amazing gym. While, accessing the oudoor pool would cost you extra 10euros per person, and you might get surprised when they clean the outdoor pool, they don't notify the residents during the process and they'll close it for that reason even during the day! For taxis, you need to wait around 10 minutes if you'll take one from the hotel, even a bit more. Yet, if you'll take one on your own, you'll be facing the fury of drivers regarding the high prices of fuel, and they'll charge you extra, and they won't follow the counter! All in all, Hilton was a good one, but I'm sure they can still improve when it comes to customer service. I've attached some images, including the menu of the Globe restaurant.
