Good location, breakfast was basic, room was functional but small. Only one lift working most of the time so long wait at the lifts to go up to room and back down. Staff were pleasant and nice. Good hotel for price.

I was supposed to stay here. I was traveling with a friend in turkey, i was leaving a few days earlier than him. On my last day (my flight out of Istanbul was at the evening) i just wanted to leave my luggage at his room for the day and maybe shower quickly before leaving to the airport. They said its not allowed, so I had to get me my own room just for a fee hours. I have never seen behavior like this and its really unprofessional.

Good location. A bit of a walk from Metro though if planning to drag big suitcases, but overall is convenient for shops, restaurants, etc.

Booked a courtyard view in a hotel with no courtyard apparently.

The location of this hotel is wonderful. It is located on the Istiklal street which is the main street of Istanbul. (But at night, it can be noisy) The reception is very kind and helpful. We loved the buffet every morning and evening. (breakfast and dinner) My family had a wonderful time.

Great location near the famous Istiklal shopping street! Many restaurants , bars and shops nearby. The buffet was delicious with great variety. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed is a little bit hard but clean. The bathroom shower has 1/4 glass and no door so it’s quite annoying. Good hot water with complete toiletries. One night the room smelled like cigarette smoke. I assume it came from the ac (centralized). Seems that they are aware of it as they were ready with a fragrance kit. You might also hear soft noise from the nearby bars .

Fantastic Hotel, Fantastic Staff, Fantastic Location, Fantastic Yummy Breakfast, few steps away from Istiklal Street, Staying in this hotel is a pleasure itself. Recommended for every 1😍😉😜❤️

Not at all like 5star Hotel

Номер маленький, если бы мы останавливалтсь вдвоем, то нам было бы не так удобно Брать завтрак не рекомендую, вообще его не поняла. Не супер разнообразный для европейцев, зато представлена вся турецкая кухня. Благодарю персонал отеля за помощь.

Tout est parfait sauf la chambre elle est trop petite et beaucoup de bruit dans les couloirs 😣

標準間非常非常小，比國內一般的快捷酒店還要小，加洗手間一共15平方左右，房間圖片有嚴重的誤導性；酒店隔音很差，樓下有人大聲説話可以聽的很清楚，旁邊有個夜店，聲音很大，到凌晨3點都無法休息；完全不是5鑽酒店的標準，各位不要被騙。衞生條件和硬件設施也很差，如家酒店的水平。總之，用了一種極具誤導性的方式誘導下單，非常不值得。
