Ulasan Lady Diana Hotel

I would definitely coming back to this hotel whenever I'm coming to Istanbul.. very strategically located. Near to Sultanahmet Tramvay Station.. the hotels room are quite comfortable compared to other hotels nearby.. the plus point is your the breathtaking view from the hotel terrace restaurant.. i couldn't get enough of it.. we stayed for 4 nights (2 room) and we are really enjoy our stay here..

Hotel is in nice location but we specifically requested a twin room, when we arrived we were allocated a double. Then when we asked the reception they moved us to a twin room but the room smelt very strongly of sulphur so we requested for the beds to be split in the first room. The receptionist said he couldn’t do anything and we would have to wait till the next day. We ended up splitting the beds ourselves and making the bed ourselves.

The hotel’s location is super cool. All places of sightseeing are close, you can reach any of it by foot. Breakfast is tasty. The only wish for the future is to add pancakes 😄 The room is clean, and very quiet. At the reception there are free drinks and fruits. So highly recommend.

Good location, good price, nice spa and service. Only problem we had it was with the window, is very noisy when it’s raining and the flush from the toilet doesn’t work very good. The rest all good.

Their Spa is amazing! The Hamam is better to take with scub coffee . Only!!! It can happen everywhere in Istanbul but it happened near this hotel Taxi on a side can be scammers , they say they have fixed price with hotel ( for the airport! ) Careful When you go to the airport, check of they put on Meter or not. Otherwise problem can appear in the middle of highway. The atmosphere in the hotel is very charming and comfortable, very close to sightseeing places ! Like “cisternas”

場所が中心地で便利です。ホテルの入り口に猫のおうちがありました。 ロビーには無料ドリンクもありました。何といっても朝食会場から見るアヤソフィアが素晴らしいです。

樓頂的餐廳景色很不錯，可以直接看到藍色清真寺和聖索菲亞大教堂。酒店房間不算大，風格比較現代一點，挺不錯。

Wir waren grundsätzlich sehr zufrieden. Lage ist mega gut (sehr zentral) super freundliches und engagiertes Personal, Hotel Zimmer war für ein kleinen städtetrip mehr als ausreichend. Einzige Problem ist das WC gewesen. Als wir ankamen war alles normal, bloß im laufe des Tages fing es an in der Toilette nach Abfluss gerochen also ziemlich unangenehm. Aber da das Personal so zuvorkommend ist, haben sie versucht das Problem direkt zu lösen, nachdem ich es ansprach. Leider kam der Geruch immer wieder, wodurch das Problem nicht gelöst werden konnte… Für jeden der einen ruhigen Schlaf braucht ist diese Info vllt hilfreich: jeden Morgen so ca. 5 Uhr, hört man für ne gewisse Zeit das Gebet durch ganz Istanbul. In unserem Zimmer konnten wir es jeden Morgen hören aufgrund der dünnen Wänden, aber wir haben uns schnell daran gewöhnt.

Это самый лучший отель из всех тех где я бывала. В нем я уже 3 раз останавливаюсь. По локации и обзору он самый удачный и лучший . А я побывала во многих отелях. Так что рекомендую не пожалеете.

이스탄불애서 운전을 하는게 쉽지는 않지만, 차로 처음 방문하기에는 다소 복잡한곳에 위치해있어요. 하지만 호텔의 시설과 퀄리티 그리고 도보로 이동할 경우 위치는 매우 좋습니다

Warning: It is NOT a 4 stars hotel. The pictures are from time of their last renovations. I stay at this hotel with my wife for a two weeks vacation. It was not a good experience at all. I will never go back. The manager or owner (The tall guy at the lobby) charged me TEN DOLLARS ($10) for a hand towel upon my check out. He personally walk to my taxi and stop the taxi driver. How rude? and really a small hand towel cost $10 in Istanbul. He just want get extra money from a customer whom stay for three weeks. I pay $10 tips for one time meal. I made a big mistake to book this hotel through third-party website and I was not able to get refund. Pro: Walking distance to Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar. Free breakfast buffet if stay for few days, but after three day it gets boring. Staff at the breakfast buffet were nice and helpful Cons: Rooms and bathrooms are tiny. Rooms have no view. At day time going by taxi is almost impossible. I promised queen bed and we got two single beds. House keeping service awful. If you stay, make sure to check bed sheets and pillow covers. Noisy street below the hotel. Lobby's furniture are beat up, dirty and old. Beds are uncomfortable and sheets are old. This is my recommendation for future guests. Stay away from this hotel, and find a nice hotel and make sure you can cancel your booking if you are not happy. If you walking-in to other hotel in the same area, you will get much better deals and better hotels
