The hotel was very close to main road and easy to take cab. Management staffs are irresponsible to modify the booking upon my request.

Nice place, clean and helpful staff. Location is good , not crowded and near to touristic areas

住宿環境可以，但睡覺不佳的人要注意避開馬路這一側的房間。這家酒店的服務還是非常棒的，這另我印象很深。

挨着大馬路，晚上別想睡覺，大半夜好幾次使勁敲門，能嚇死，出門走半小時不一定能找到一個吃飯的地方

土耳其的電梯都好小好窄呀。這個在市中心，旁邊的烤肉店贊。服務態度不錯，但電梯有問題

環境差，房間內空間擁擠，但凡有一點錢不要考慮住這家，價格與環境服務等不成正比。

Few minor points,they're not jacuzzi's, just baths. Internet keeps dropping out. TV is Chinese, so has no European language options. But it's a good location, and we'll appointed.

This place is very safe and pleasant to stay. They have very helpful and friendly staff with awesome ambience. And not to mention how affordable it is. I would highly recommend this place for tourists coming for shopping and sightseeing due to the location of the place. Finally I would like to Thank Ece and Tolga for making our stay very memorable (they were so friendly and helpful the owner of this place must be very lucky for having such pleasant staff) Thank you for everything

The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. They were always there to assist us with a smile, offering helpful suggestions and ensuring we had everything we needed. Their genuine kindness and warmth made us feel right at home. We truly appreciated their exceptional service and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a delightful and welcoming experience.

The staff were absolutetly amazing and hospitable. Helped me book an airport taxi and helped me with evrything i needed. Turkey isnt the most friendly country but the staff went out of their eay to make you feel welcome. The woman, a young guy about 24 and the overnight guy who speaks english all amazing, unfortunately i lost their names but they were amazing.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location isn't bad location but isn't the best either. Only bad stuff that happened is that I asked for a blanket and they didn't give me one.
