Very convenient location; within walking distance to popular sightseeing places including Hagia Sophia & Museum, Palace Topkapi, Blue Mouse, etc. There is also a tramp station nearby taking you to Grand Bazar, Spice Bazar, Taksim Square and other places of interest. The hotel staff are all very helpful and service oriented.

Amazing staff that helped us to carry our luggage to the taxi (taxi drivers went to the far far away pickup point)

Its a very nice place. The host is friendly and helpful. He helped us to make a reservation for lunch and dinner. And he introduced Turkish food to us. Thats make us feel warm.

Great location. Very close to blue mosque and Hagia Sophia Staff is very friendly and very helpful. Rooms were decent for the price. Comfy bed and shower had good hot running water Great for the price

The room is very good, and everything else is good, except for the hot water, which is sometimes cold and sometimes hot, and when it is hot, it is not too hot.

The heating was insufficient on the first day and it was very cold at night; there was not enough hot water on the second day. The waiter downstairs is very enthusiastic. The overall location is very good, very close to all major attractions.

The hotel has no elevator. You need to carry your suitcase up the small stairs around the corner. The rooms are old and the facilities are average. As soon as I arrived, I was dragged by the boss to the store next door to buy something. I asked him to arrange a car to go to the airport, but the driver asked for extra money when he reached the intersection. I'm really angry and feel like I've been tricked by my boss.
