Ulasan Sarnic Premier Hotel

Очень хороший район , но отвратительный сервис . Поселили с видом на стену , постельное с дырками. Локация замечательная , все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности, но отелю нужно поработать над сервисом.

First time in Istanbul booked Sarnic hotel. Location is great walking distance to many things We had breakfast and dinner Breakfast was buffet no much choice compare to other hotels but we weren't hungry as always was something to eat For dinner we were served by lovely Béchir and Melih. They were friendly and very efficient. We never had to wait Dinner itself always were tasty just the portions are not big for someone with more appetite that could be a bit just but for us was good as we like light dinner ;) The cook and the staff of the hotel all were very nice to us made us feel like at home We had a such an enjoyable time in Istanbul therefore planning to come back there soon So we do believe for the money we spent we received a reasonably good service and have no complains whatsoever Thank you to everyone to make us feel welcome!

The hotel is located a few minutes' walk from the most important attractions. The photos are realistic. The staff is kind and helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are of adequate size. The elevator is convenient. The breakfast is average, with several types of cheese. There is a pleasant bar with a nice view on the roof terrace. The Turkish bath is very good. I recommend to everyone.

Close to transport and main points. Great staff, very attentive and always helpful. Simple but good breakfast. Clean room, renovated bathroom. Wifi worked fine. The street is small and sometimes busy. So if you take a taxi, you have to plan to wait, depending on the day.

What was meant to be the best trip of our lives after COVID ended up a real DISASTER. After a family member receiving a life threatening experience due to hotel negligence, so called 'managers' Guljan and Hikmat proceeded to take no further action and left us customers in complete and utter shock. A family member was brutally injured due to the lack of safety and poor quality of glass in the shower, resulting in a trip to the hospital. I can only say they are lucky for the one star - and then too - I give this deserved one star to the cleaners and staff behind the kitchen. I would recommend any hotel in Istanbul over this one. Absolutely abysmal attitude shown by Guljan and Hikmat, DO NOT STAY AT THIS APPALLING ACCOMADATION. Do not book this so called “4 star hotel” at any cost, unless you want to end up in a hospital like I did. There is a huge chance it could happen to anyone- and it could be so much more worse. Somebody might not be as lucky as I was the next time round. I would seriously reconsider booking another hotel. Health is the utmost priority something that was not taken care of at all by this hotel. I was having a shower and ended up with the whole glass door which shattered all over my bare body, which left with two deep cuts, blood all over the floor, and I was shaken. I was taken by the ambulance to A+E and got three stitches in my arm and foot. The managers Hikmat and Guljan- blessed us with disgusting and abismal service after I had experienced this incidence, questioning me when the glass shattered, how I opened the door etc. The day that I had my accident neither of the managers came that evening to check up on their customer that was badly hurt. Guljan the manager was shopping on her phone whilst we were explaining how we felt about the incident. Unfortunately with a heavy heart- we have to say that these people have no humanity, they only care about your money. I was told by the doctor that I have an option file a complaint to the Sirkege police station due to negligence. I was treated so badly after this incident, by the staff at the hotel- they were blaming me and was told that they could not help us with anything more or compensate for the lost time, physical and mental damage that was caused. Absolute Abismal service, especially from the managers Hikmat and Guljan (the woman who had absolute terrible service- and very VERY bad attitude). I have to mention- we did get treated nicely by the rest of the staff at the hotel even when I had the accident it was just the managers unfortunately that had absolute horrific customer service. Go to this hotel at your peril!

Me and my family visited this so called 4 star hotel in Istanbul, with the hope that it lived up to its star rating. It was far from it My daughter was having a shower one day and the whole glass doors to the shower collapsed on her, with her sustaining many injuries and deep cuts, there was blood all around the shower area Can I just say my daughter was extremely lucky and I thank god with the utmost gratitude that my daughter is still alive, the hotel management were NOT helpful at all throughout, and the staff were ignorant . I just don’t want anything to happen to anyone else, so plz plz plz stay away everyone, go to this hotel if u want something serious to happen to your loved ones, and this is not an understatement!!!! I would give it zero stars but it doesn’t let me Plz plz stay away!!

Salle de bain qui sent mauvais. Des parfums dans chambre pour masquer les odeurs. Impossible de dormir avec toutes ses odeurs qui donnat mal à la gorge. Comme vue , un mur face à nous. Bref ce n est pas un 4 étoiles…. Passez votre chemin , publicité mensongère vu les photos qu ils affichent.

Lo único que puedo decir bueno de este hotel, es una buena ubicación y el personal súper amable y muy agradables y colaboradores. El Hotel carece de muchas cosas básicas y todo está estropeado y necesita un repaso de arriba abajo. En España sería un Hostal, y los he visto mejores. La habitación de la foto no tiene mucho que ver con la realidad. Quizás hay alguna parte del Hotel que esté algo mejor, pero en la publicidad parecen 2 Hoteles el Sarniç Otomano y el Premier que es el que contratamos, y parecen dos distintas direcciones, pero en realidad es el mismo. Las fotos engañan muchísimo y los venden como distintos y uno más moderno y de categoría superior y es lo que no encuentras. Está bastante desastroso y anticuado .

Друзья. Худший отель из встречавшихся. Сейчас нахожусь здесь. Четвёртый день. Отношение к клиенту как к мешку с деньгами. Не реагируют , не на какие элементарные замечания абсолютно. Нерабочий сейф, пульт от телевизора, и это только цветочки. Самая ГЛАВНАЯ проблема ШУМ!! Слышимость стен!!! Грохот дверей, орущий персонал ночью, Четвёртые сутки нет спокойного сна. Соседа слышно, сверху топот, за дверью ор! Ночью закрыли входные двери и пошли спать . В шесть утра кто то пришёл и долбили дверь пока всех не разбудили. И так каждый день, поверьте. Полный игнор, чтоб не орали, чтоб расклеили объявления , что посетители отдыхают…. В добавок очень копеечные с не копеечными ценами. Утром итого скудный завтрак накладывают в тарелочку будто для малыша, скребя сердцем! И не ведитесь на названия их САРНЫЧ ОТЕЛЬ и САРНЫЧ ПРЕМЬЕР ОТЕЛЬ. Это одно и тоже г..но!!!
