Ulasan World Class Hotel - Istanbul Airport

I had a room on the 4th floor, an attic room. Everything was good with cleanliness, temperature, and water. There were minimal amenities in the room. You could hear the road and the hallway, but it wasn't a major issue. We had a good sleep during our layover.

This hotel was a major letdown. First of all, no one informed us that the hairdryer was broken. We only found out aftertaking a shower — which meant we had to go to bed with wet hair. When we asked for a replacement, they simply said none were available. The air conditioning was another issue — even when set to 18°C, the room felt warm and stuffy. There was no proper ventilation, and the entire space felt hot and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the bed had mysterious stains on it, which made us question the cleanliness of the entire room. Overall, this was a terrible experience. For an airport hotel that should be convenient and comfortable, it was anything but. Would not recommend.

Had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect , and the hotel staff made me feel at home. Rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. I like the breakfast, simple and light  Very helpful staff .. they even lend a laptop adaptor and allowed me to check in at 10:00am Will come back one day 👌😊😊😊

Nice hotel for the layover. Recommend it for one night stay !

1) They charge 3 times more on food than a restaurant 0.5 mile away from the hotel. They will overcharge you. Be careful. 2) Hotel quality not worth the price.

A lovely hotel, the room was very modern and clean. Overall it was excellent value for money.

Good location for getting to Istanbul airport. The room is clean. But there are not many restaurants around. No car park. You need to park in the street.

The place is very nice to stay. The staff is very attentive to our request.

Perfect for an overnight layover or a late-night arrival.
