Nice hotel with good services. Personal are very professional. Good location in Athens.

定了兩間房，整體真的很滿意，回頭很想知道他們床墊和被子是什麼品牌，怎麼那麼舒服，在外遊玩一天睡在床上就跟在棉花裏一樣。 衞生也很好，畢竟我們是過敏娃，他們郵件回覆我説他們是很高的衞生標準，也確實是。對了，咖啡機邊上的水也是贈送的。就是有個環保税比較高，總體還是很喜歡的。

總體不錯，位置鬧中取靜，就是窗户隔音差點，外面車跑着，屋裡挺清楚。

酒店和房間都比較小，性價比低。

A well situated hotel for exploring Athens, nearly every central neighborhood and museum is within walking distance, with hundreds of great restaurants, tavernas and bars nearby. Service was great (they booked us with two amazing tour guides) and the restaurant on top has an astonishing view of the Parthenon at sunset.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Modern, contemporary and exactly what I would expect from an Autograph Collection hotel. The room isn’t big but it is well appointed and in great condition being a relatively new hotel. The staff were professional and attentive at all times. Breakfast was exceptional and our experience at the roof top restaurant was the cream on the cake. For anyone staying here do yourself a favour and don’t miss this Uber cool hangout with great food, service, vibe and knockout views!

The hotel itself is very comfortable and the neighborhood is safe to walk around at night. Rooms are spacious and clean, including illy coffee makers and free bottled water. Breakfast buffet and staff are wonderful. My only complaint is with one of the housekeepers. We were in our room with the service room light turned on. The plan was to go downstairs to the lobby bar for a drink when the housekeeper arrived. When she arrived, she opened the door and yelled at us in Greek for being in the room. I tried explaining that we just needed a minute to put on our shoes, but I don’t think she understood. She was furious with us, which I don’t think was an appropriate reaction. Especially when we leave a tip for housekeeping every day.

Fantastic location, walking distance to everything. Hotel is modern, immaculate and the service is wonderful. Breakfast buffet was fabulous, rooftop restaurant has a terrific rooftop Asian fusion restaurant with amazing views and great food. Highly recommend!

The staff were incredible, but paying extra for the rooms with a view is not worth the money. The rooftop restaurant played house music starting at 9 pm that shook our whole room until 1 am. Even after asking them to turn it down it was not an environment conducive for sleep. Not worth the money, and unbelievable a place for you to sleep in makes it important for you to sleep

This hotel pays attention to the details. The design is chic and modern, with high end finishes. Diptyque products are offered for the guests. There is a nice spa and pool in the hotel, but rather small and the gym could be bigger. The rooftop restaurant has great views and food. Front desk service was superb and extra perks were granted as Bonvoy members

This hotel was fabulous!! The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and they had many delicious choices, including omelets, yummy baked goods and eggs Benedict. The rooftop bar and restaurant was amazing with good food and a spectacular view. We had sushi and it was tasty. Walking distance to all the sights!!! Check it out!!

Luxury hotel in the center of Athens with great staff. Chris at reception saved our trip and gave us a last minute deal after our flight was canceled cause of Microsoft chaos! He greeted us with fresh cocktails and a beautiful smile and saved our trip. I will not forget it We didn't have time to explore the restaurants and pool, but gave us the best impression of Athens. We will not forget it and book again

Centrally located with a small boutique hotel feel. Rooms tend to be on the small side but have nice well-appointed bathrooms. Breakfast was excellent and included many fresh food choices and made to order options. The roof top restaurant is the hidden secret of this property. We had one of our best meals in Athens overlooking the Acropolis and ventured up for drinks every other night. Staff are professional and attentive. Special appreciation to the front desk team who went above and beyond to help us track down a package we were expecting.

I cannot explain how disappointed and dissatisfied I am with this hotel… I am going to list the things which made me rate this hotel so badly: ❎ the cleaning person threw my husband clothes to the side like garbage and deliberately put the busy sign on with a note saying she was unable to refill the mini bar because we put the ‘busy’ sign up which we haven’t… she did! ❎ other guests in the hotel entered our room! - yes you read it correctly… it was so fortunate that my husband and I were at the room when that happened and we had all our tech belongings out in the open and I was coming out from the shower…. It was utterly shocking and we both didn’t feel safe at the hotel afterwards… despite talking to the front desk who took this matter so lightly and they didn’t seem to grasp the severity of how this situation is unacceptable for a hotel with their standard!!! The excuse which was offered to us was the person who checked in and my husband name share the same name… again, unacceptable excuses!! We were offered a lame amenity as an apology which was a bottle of Presseco and a plate of fruits… Fortunately, we were able to negotiate our way to leaving the hotel before our intended departure day without penalty charges… ❎literally on our departure, one of the bell guys was about to put our luggage in a taxi which belonged to another customer… It is a shame about this hotel as it has potential of being a really good and nice hotel if it wasn’t for the incompetent staff and potentially lack of training and understanding of how exceptional hotels should run. The only positive I can write about is the rooms service and break fast menu as I do think their food quality is good. All in all, we are never staying in this hotel again and I’d consider the option of selecting this hotel very carefully since other people can literally walk into your room…
