This is definitely a 5 star hotel! They always offer assistant even when not needed, they did not lack anything and I truly appreciate the receptionist. I enjoyed my stay and will come again. Esma and Olgun, and Emre, and the manager Huseyin were great, every time I went out and came back in they were ready to assisted. My room was always clean and had refreshments when I came back. Thank you very much!

酒店挺好的，快捷酒店，後面有個大超市，位置在亞洲工業區，去歐洲區還需要一點時間，整體還是很不錯的，價格也很合適。

1- Staff not professional, even they can't speak English and all the time using google translator to communicate with guest. 2- room cleaning every 3 days not every day. 3- breakfast very poor and if any items finish and you ask to get this item, they will say to you sorry its finish even during breakfast time which is from 8 to 11. 4- if you request anything to your room they will not bring and you should keep asking many times. 5- to clean your room you should inform reception and keep they key with them and end of the day when you will back to your room you will find you room not clean as you left in the morning. 5- room doesn't have safe box. 6- when you book apartment room with full bed and sofa bed you will not have full bed, only they have twin bed and they make it as a full bed. 7- internet speed is good but the internet connection is poor and you should insert user name and password every few hours. I booked in this hotel 3 rooms for me and my family (2 apartment room and 1 studio room) and room number was 102, 316, 703 and now I'm staying in 403. I don't like my current room 403 because i requested many things to the room and they didn't bring until now. my advice to you if you are looking for nice stay for beautiful vacation don't book in this hotel because you will have many issues especially in communication with reception team and any request you want. only I'm staying in this hotel now because the value of money and its very close to my work.

Anadolu Yakasında Modoko ve Keyap'a yakın bir otel arayışımız sonucunda Nish Palace Ümraniye'yi keşfettik. Otel tam bu bölgelerin kalbinde. Neredeyse bütün müşterilerimi yürüyerek ziyaret edebilecek kadar yakındım. Otelin yeni olması, sürekli vale hizmeti olması ve temizliği beni gerçekten çok etkiledi. Çalışan insanların kibarlıkları ve ilgileri de ***et yerinde ve yeterliydi. 1+1 odada kaldım, samsung kurutmalı çamaşır makinesi, Phillips ambilight android TV ve çok güzel soğutan mini bir dolap vardı. Netflix, Amazon Prime ve Youtube uygulamalarını dilediğiniz gibi izliyorsunuz. Kesinlikle tercih edilir bir otel. Şirket olarak anlaşmamızı da yaptık, konaklamaya devam edeceğiz inşallah.
