The hotel is bit of small at the entrance. But the inside the hallway is very space. I had the larger corner suite, and bathroom is very big. I also had the spa service, it is also very nice. One small area to improve is the lounge room size, and food items. Lounge is small, and food items are lack of hot items, and often is not refilled with it is empty. Nice free parking, and close to the sea. Breakfast at top has good view.

Everything was ok Only one important thing my reservation was room with sea view and I asked through my reservation I wanted my room at a high floor with nice view on the sea But the hotel gave me the room at 4th floor with smallest sea view , I’m upset from this thing because I feel this un respectable to my request through you Also I mention they put some sweet in our room as a good hospitality

Ein Mövenpick Hotel sollte nicht Ihre Zimmern vernachlässigen - dann kommen die Gäste auch für ein herrliches Frühstück. Das Hallenbad und Wellnessbereich ist in schlechtem Zustand, wenn für ein Business-Reise gebucht ist reicht alle für allemal. Fitnessbereich hat eine super Aussicht morgens zum Meer hinaus. Kaputte Fenster (417) haben uns nicht gestört aber es ist ganz billig wenn die Badezimmertür nicht zu geht!

Yorumlara bakarak gelmeyecektik ama şans vermek istedik. Otele yorumları sorduğumuzda hk ile problem yaşadıklarını ve hemen değiştirdiklerini söylediler. Odalar temizdi . Jakuzi vardı ve keyifliydi bahsedildiği gibi odayı veya banyoyu su basmadı. Aşağıda meyhane vardı aşağıdan ses geliyordu ama rahatsız edecek kadar değildi . Ama meyhane de yer ayırmamıza ve telefon numaramızı bırakmamıza rağmen en köşeyi vermişler rüzgar çok estiği için değiştirmelerini rica ettik . Bize kaba yaklaştılar rezervasyonu iptal etmemiz lazımdı siz çok geç geldiniz dediler ama onun için puan kırmayacağım. Keyifli bir deneyimdi fiyat performans oteliydi. Resepsiyonda bulunan iki hanımefendiye yardımları için teşekkür ederiz

Mitte Port Konak Hotel's infrastructure is very new and they have a great breakfast, they have a local variety of cheese very good pastries and some roasted mushrooms and potatoes. So big variety of jams and fruits. Their spa and Turkish bath was closed when we try to visit normally they say it's free to use for every guest. The room had not enough windows but the AC was working powerful to the cooldown. Only problem beds are a little small. Wi-Fi is working well. There was a mini fridge. They have safe lockers in the room. They have TV. The bathroom is very good, hot water and water pressure was perfect. Except toothbrush they provide everything. The location of the hotel is good if you travel with your car or take a taxi but walking to public transportation is a little hard. It may cost 50 TL from the Konak Meydan to the hotel by taxi better not talk during the night. The hotel staff was very nice to us and other guests. There are many local customers and abroad from a variety of countries from France, China, Iran, France etc.

I was on a Turkey trip for 12 days. On this trip I visited about 8 hotels and unfortunately have to come to the conclusion that this is the worst ever seen. For the following reasons: - Hygiene - The swimming pool was dirty (and seems still to be reading other comments here) - I'm sure the water was not changed for a long time. The pool and the water was disgusting. - Bath towels which are used for the body are used as a carpet in the ”spa”. There are just towels lying on the floor. - hospitality - Unfortunately, the receptionists can speak little or no English. It's not tragic, but they don't even make an effort to understand foreign guests. - There was an bad work ethic on the air from the staff that made you feel uncomfortable as a guest when you trying to ask something. - One had valet parking - much appreciated. - Room - Rooms are small otherwise OK for the price. We actually wanted to stay in this hotel for three days, but decided to check out 3 hours after check-in and look for another hotel. As an excuse they said that the pools will be cleaned for us tomorrow. Total nonsense, because the pool has been like this for a long time.. I studied hospitality and I find it a pity how some hotels are run without any real interest in hospitality, they just have to make a profit. So I wouldn't recommend this house at all. Not even for an overnight stay.

My option of choosing this hotel was because it is closed to Basmane Train / Metro station and I had the option to stay in hotel without breakfast included as I had to go out at 7-8 am every morning during my 4 day stay. Besides this hotel has certificate of safe tourism as one of my standard conditions on staying in hotel during global pandemic. It was pleasant stay and I had good rest. Happy to be in comfortable NK Hotel especially previously I stayed in terrible hotel in Bergama. Clean, spacious room with good sound proof, tea and coffee making facility, and no shampoo or liquid soap in small bottles but Dove shampoo and soap. Environmentally friendly. Recommended!

Good value for money. Breakfast is surprisingly very good. The hosts can communicate in English well. Location is very good. 2 subway stations are within 6 minutes from the hotel. Just take bus 302 from the izmir otogar to reach the hotel. Weak wifi is the only downside. We can overcome that wifi issue by just sitting outside the hotel room.

It was nice that it was a 20 minute walk to the Aegean sea and the smyrna basilika, which was really cool. It was also a 20 minute drive to the bus terminal and the airport. The room was really neat and clean. There were a lot of cool amenities that not a lot of hotels have. However, the shower head was broken. Since we were just staying for one night, we told the staff the next morning, and they said that they would check. Hopefully, they did.

We (4 people) had booked this hotel for three days. We said in person that we want to stay in the hotel for 1 more night (5 days later). We haggled with the reception for the price and agreed on the price. He wrote our name and the total price on the sheet and when we wanted to pay on the spot, they didn't let us and just repeated that's it! But when we came back, the receptionist asked for a much higher amount and returned our deposit and said you can go wherever you want! And he said, I am the boss and my words are important! And we had to pay the amount he asked for. This was rude because we had already agreed on the price and they cleverly did not allow us to settle the previous nights so that they would force us to pay more when we returned. This bitter memory will never be erased from my mind! Apart from the fact that the hotel is in a very dirty neighborhood and down town. And our second room was on the first floor, the window was broken and could not be closed, and the noise and smell of street cigarettes came into the room. Breakfast was repetitive and very little, and it was not self-service.

Lovely place, personal and professional, good breakfast, very nice beds, well equipped rooms and bath. all clean, perfect staff on every place. We love the area around, smart Konak and Basmane, colorful. They also have a garden, you can sit and relax. Only thing to remark: Please stop smoking in the hotel.
