This was our first stay at Taj and what a wonderful experience it was. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly and professional, right from the security guard at the gate to each and everyone at the Hotel. It is the small things that they take care of that leaves a huge impression on you. Those small gestures just speak louder than any words I can string together. My sincere gratitude and utmost appreciation to Mr. Gaurav and Mr. Vishwas for such a smooth check in and check out, for the amazing cocktails and the fantastic evenings at the bar, I thank Mr.Aneesh, Mr. Aslam for his high energy and care towards us, Ms. Santosh for the most relaxing spa treatment, Mr. Sandeep for those surprises and Mr. Mahendra for special hospitality that he extended towards us and made sure it followed us to our next Taj stay at Havelock. Thank you to the team and staff who are behind the scenes and work from the backyard too. Taj Jai Mahal Palace was truly amazing !!! We are definitely coming back and as Taj members now. Taj is an experience to live, no reviews or comments or feedback can do justice to what they do. You have to be there to know, to see it, to feel it and to make memories. Waah Taj waah !!!

First of all, warm cookie was delicious. Hotel is located outside the city and near Amber/Amer Fort. Me & my partner like it as it was calm and quiet. Hotel staff is very polite and well behaved. Mobile network here is not that great so had to depend on hotels WIFI(speed is just good enough to get your work done). For food our overall experience was great but for morning breakfast buffet, need to add more ***power in live kitchen.

I stayed at the hotel for business and it is located at the “new” side of Jaipur, not too far from the airport and away from the traffic jams of the old city. The room, amenities etc are all suitable for business travellers. The only thing is that the hotel transfer to the airport booked was not punctual. We booked for a 2.45PM departure from the hotel but our driver was early and showed up at 2.15PM. We told the driver that we would leave at 2.45PM only. To our shock, at 2.45PM, the driver was unavailable. In fact, the hotel sent him on another job. We were only provided a replacement driver at 3PM. We already paid for the transfer, otherwise we would have booked a Uber to send us to the airport there and then. Such a shame, otherwise the whole stay would have been brilliant.

We were Stayed here in Golden Tulip Essential on dated 2-5 Jan 25. Check in and check out was smooth, Room was neat and clean, Food is so delicious and best things which we observed the part Service either dinner or Breakfast were excellent Khushi, Kuldeep and Vinod did a fantastic job. At last Thanks to Manager Mr Shan Siddiqui for arranged a best trip for us

Although the property is ultra luxurious but it lacks amenities which you expect from a 5-star resort. There aren't ***y activities to do. The worst thing is their service. The staff is untrained. Slow in action. Parking is open.

Staff was kindly helpful. I should’ve swim roof top pool. I didn’t get breakfast. Also it’s would be good service. But unfortunately power of showers was uncomfortable. Bathroom drain wasn’t good condition. Because water can’t go through.

We went there for our wedding anniversary celebration. Chef honey and his team made sure it was the finest anniversary celebration! Not only the dishes we ordered were great in taste, the hospitality was amazing! My son made friends with chef shivam there who was kind enough to play with my kid. The surprise cake cutting ceremony at the end was cherry on the top! Thank you team lemon tree 🙏🏻

Awesome experience at Hilton Jaipur. Provided early check in which is deeply appreciated. Lounge experience was also good. So was the food and service. Room with outdoor terrace felt spacious and cozy. Location is also terrific with railway stations, malls nearby. Overall a great experience. Will return for sure.
