1. *room condition: upon entering the room, we were greeted with a terrible, stinky smell. It was far from a welcoming environment. 2. *air conditioning issues: the ac initially did not work. After waiting for 10-20 minutes for maintenance to arrive, the ac finally started but emitted a loud, disturbing noise and even started leaking water through the night. 3. *washing basin: the washing basin in the room was unusable as there was no water supply. This was very inconvenient for us during our stay. 4. *power outage: there was a power cut for around 30 to 40 minutes, which disrupted our stay even further. We have never experienced such an issue in any hotel before. 5. *room service: the room service was extremely slow. Despite calling reception three times for a towel, we did not receive it for a long time. This experience has left us disappointed, and it felt more like staying at a poorly maintained lodge rather than a hotel. I would also like to understand how such a property is being rated , as our experience does not match the ratings we saw.
