Location of the hotel is quite convenient, in busy Kemang, close to a wide choice of restaurants, banks, etc. The rooms, not very large, but then again, we needed the place to sleep, not to entertain groups of visitors. The beds were comfy. Overall well clean. Asian (Indonesian) breakfast ok, some choice. Internasional breakfast, much less so, just some white bread with oilpalm margarine. No muesli, yoghurt, etc. Coffee is drinkable, but not the excellent coffee we got used to in Indonesia in recent years. A minus point is the street nouse which can be disturbing, sometimes till late at night. The front desk people are very friendly and efficient, making check in less of a hassle than what is sometimes is. The price is, for Jakarta, reasonable enough. We seemingly were not the only guests enjoying the place, as we could not extend our stay for a third time since it was fully booked. Which confirms the value for money accommodation.

Room is cleaned every day 24 hours front desk and very friendly staff and security. The room was fine for me but if I was in a couple and we had lots of luggage it would be a problem. Very good price for the room. There are 2 laundries 1 minute walk away and they will wash dry and iron clothes for 10000 R a kilo. Lots of great food options great quality and bargains if you enjoy the local cuisine. I stayed on Jalan Jaksa 23 years ago the backpacking scene has long gone now and the 2 remaining tired back in the day hotels that remain are a similar price to this. The taste of Padang food and the smell of clove cigarettes, in the humid air mixed in with a sprinkle of city sewage and street food reignites memories I had long forgotten

A budget hotel, quite strategic location, and spacious room. No restaurant for breakfast, but they give you instant cup noodles and bottled water. Right beside the hotel, there's a convenience store. The staff are also friendly and helpful.
