my wife and i stayed at the ayaka suites jl. karet pedurenan #45 recently. we LOVE this hotel!!! this was our 2nd time here. our favorite jakarta hotel, and we have stayed at many in the $20-$40/night range. ayaka suites is a GREAT value. we paid around $35/night including breakfast for a deluxe double room. 1 king bed, 30m, with refrigerator, separate bathroom with shower. the bed was very comfortable with great pillows, nice comforter(with cover). 32” tv, with about 40 channels, including 4 hbo channels. wifi was easily connected, fast and reliable. wifi worked good in breakfast area, around pool, and in lobby. our room faced south; looking toward satrio, with nice view of raffles, dbs, lotte shopping center and the rest of kunnigan. at night very pretty with all the lights in the area. there is alittle patio that u can access, from the room. we like this location. we stayed at the rasuna icon which is closer to rasuna said, and ayaka west, closer to satrio. but nice 5 minute walk to ambassador mall, 10 minutes to lotte, 8 minutes to axa, 15 minutes to plaza festival. the staff is what makes a BIG difference at ayakka. from the doormen, front desk, housecleaning, breakfast staff/restaurant, are all outstanding. the doormen have a nice uniform they wear; they all match; very professional looking. the car and pedestrian access has a circular drive for taksi, grab, private cars, etc. the cars can dropoff/pickup guest easily and then the front door/lobby is only steps away. the lobby is large and pretty. porcelain tile, woodgrained walls and front desk area. lots of sofas, chairs, tables, etc. it is very easy to feel at home here. 2 elevators; i think 8 floors. lots of rooms, i would estimate 200 rooms. breakfast buffet is probably my favorite thing about ayaka. the breakfast area/restaurant is large. plenty of places to sit. you can spreak out, away from other guests if you want. daily items include white rice, fried rice, fried eggs, waffles, bread, croissants, kopi, juice, hot tea, bubur, and fresh fruit. other items some days, fish, chicken, spaghetti. i do miss the omelet bar, that is still closed due to covid. there is seating outside near the pool and deck, where you can smoke. after a week in bangkok, we are going back later this month, before we back to u.s.

It was ok. I booked a king size bed, was given a twin room lower floor. The room show signs of abuse and marks of rust and bubbles on the walls. The pool is nice but very dirty of the leaves that continuously fall from the surrounding pool trees. Stay is pleasant. Food is a bit expensive. 1 beer is almost the same price of 1 dish.

I, on behalf of my husband would like to rate 1 or poor during our stay. Because of your management action during quarantine made my husband and my son 8,5 yo are separated for 14 days . You strictly refused him for taking new sample of PCR test while it is valid by current regulation. In addition your team threatened my husband if he did not want to be isolated in Harriston Hotel and preferred to choose in the 'Wisma Atlet' he Will be deported after 14 days isolation. I already Made report to the 'Satgas' team about this and they Said your team's statements were against the law. So i Will make sure to publish this issue in social media so the government can investigate your hotel and Harriston too . You guys , Shangrilla and Harriston has taken advantage of other people so badly.

hari pertama sy dapet kamar buruk banget, trus sy minta pindah, untung nya petugas nya fast respond, stelah sy pindah kamar sy merasa sedikit lebih nyaman... utk harga sgitu ya wajar lah... handuk bersih banget, cuman kadang blom ready, mesti minta gitu

Great room with comfortable bed and well function bathroom with basic amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste also a soap dispenser. The hotel itself is next to the shopping center (it's literally inside the mall) so any kind of facilities like supermarket, atm, restaurant/cafe are east to find. Just one feedback for the room is there's a lot of glitches in every tv channel, so it's quite bothering. Other than that, this is a solid budget hotel with good location and any supporting facilities.

Hotel langganan dikala sy butuh staycation selalu puas menginap disini, room besar sy menginap di type junior room lengkap dengan sofa, tapi sayang netflix n videoprime harus login akun sendiri mungkin kedepan ditingkatkan lg servicenya ya.. Bersih selalu donk Amenities lengkap sampai ke pencukur jenggot saja disiapin Makanan bervariasi macamnya sampai indomie saja ada perfect pokoknya!!

Dari daftar masuk hingga daftar keluar, perkhidmatan mereka adalah sempurna. Kakitangannya ramah dan profesional dan sentiasa berusaha keras untuk memenuhi keperluan tetamu. Bilik-biliknya mewah dan selesa, dengan semua kemudahan disediakan. Pilihan tempat makan di hotel ini kaya dan pelbagai, dan setiap hidangan adalah kejutan. Selain itu, lokasi hotel ini sangat baik dan pengangkutan adalah mudah. Secara keseluruhannya, saya sangat mengesyorkan El Hotel, ia adalah tempat yang sesuai untuk menginap.

Kami sentiasa menginap di sini setiap kali perjalanan ke Jakarta kerana hotel ini menyediakan perkhidmatan ulang-alik percuma ke lapangan terbang dan ia tersedia setiap jam. Ia sangat memudahkan kami untuk menaiki penerbangan. Sarapan paginya enak, makanannya enak, gimnya bagus, mereka mempunyai sauna dan bilik wap, kolam renangnya bersih, kakitangannya sangat ramah dan sangat membantu. Ia sangat disyorkan lelaki dan ia berhampiran dengan lapangan terbang yang merupakan perkara yang baik.
